Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device installed on a beam-representing ceiling in which part or all of a structural beam is exposed.

Beams (structural beams) that support the house along with the pillars are usually concealed by a ceiling plate or inner wall so that they cannot be seen from inside the room. The house which exposed is provided. Such a ceiling is called a beam ceiling or a ceiling. Wiring for lighting fixtures installed on general ceilings and light source drive devices are placed behind the ceiling plate so that they are not visible from inside the room, but there is no ceiling plate on the beam ceiling, so lighting fixture wiring, etc. Can't hide.

On the other hand, Patent Document 1 proposes an illuminating device that uses a structural beam as a housing of a luminaire in a beam-represented ceiling in which a structural beam made of steel is exposed in a steel frame structure house. In this lighting device, a decorative plate having a vertical dimension larger than that of the structural beam is attached to both side surfaces of the structural beam, and a concave portion surrounded by a lower surface of the structural beam and two decorative plates is formed in the lower portion of the structural beam. A lighting fixture and wiring are accommodated in the recess. In this lighting device, since the wiring is not visible from the outside, it looks good. In addition, the indoor space can be made wider compared to a configuration in which the lighting device is fixed or suspended below the structural beam.

On the other hand, in a wooden house, the purpose of using a beam as a ceiling is to make use of the texture and appearance of structural beams made of wood, in addition to widening the indoor space. Therefore, in the case of a beam-like ceiling of a wooden house, as in Patent Document 1, attaching a decorative plate to a structural beam in order to form a recess that accommodates a lighting fixture and wiring impairs the appearance of the structural beam. That is not preferable. In addition, unlike structural beams made of steel with a standardized shape, some structural beams made of wood do not have the same overall thickness, and it is difficult to attach decorative panels to such structural beams. .

In the case of structural beams made of wood, it is conceivable to form a recess along the length direction by carving the lower part of the structural beam, and to accommodate lighting fixtures and wiring (or only wiring etc.) there. Will also damage the appearance of the structural beam. Considering the function of the structural beam to support the house, it is desirable to make the concave part as small as possible because forming the concave part in the structural beam leads to a decrease in the strength of the structural beam. It is difficult to illuminate the room sufficiently brightly with the light from the illuminated lighting equipment.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to prevent the appearance of a structural beam from being impaired when a lighting device is installed on a beam-appearing ceiling and to ensure sufficient brightness.

The present invention made to solve the above problems
A lighting device installed on a beam-representing ceiling having a plurality of structural beams arranged side by side in a horizontal direction,
a tubular housing that is mounted between two structural beam located next of a) said plurality of structural beam,
b) an opening formed in the lower portion of the housing;
c) a translucent window formed on a side of the housing;
d) a first luminaire arranged in the housing and emitting light from the opening;
e) a second luminaire that emits light from the translucent window disposed in the housing.

Since the illuminating device according to the present invention is attached between the structural beams on the beam-representing ceiling, the appearance of the structural beam is not impaired .
In the lighting device according to the present invention, light from the first lighting fixture is radiated from an opening in the lower portion of the housing, and light from the second lighting fixture is radiated from a light transmitting window on the side of the housing. Thus, since light can be emitted from two places toward the room, the room can be illuminated brightly.

A so-called downlight can be adopted as the first lighting fixture. That is, in this structure, the 1st lighting fixture has the light source accommodating part attached to opening, the LED bulb attached to this light source accommodating part, and the drive device of the LED bulb arrange | positioned in the housing. In this configuration, the LED bulb can be exchanged through the opening.
The second lighting fixture may include an LED bulb and a driving device for the LED bulb. Thus, when an LED bulb is used as the light source for both the first and second lighting fixtures, temperature rise during lighting can be suppressed.

In the present invention, it is also a good structure that a window portion is formed in the upper portion of the housing. According to this configuration, light from the second light source can be emitted upward from the window portion. Further, by providing the window at the top of the housing, even when the temperature of the first and second lighting fixtures rises during lighting, the heat can be efficiently discharged from the window.

The illuminating device according to the present invention is particularly effective when installed on a beam-appearing ceiling of a wooden house. In this case, the housing is preferably formed from the same wood as the structural beam.

In addition, the beam display ceiling according to the present invention is
a) a plurality of structural beams arranged side by side in the horizontal direction;
b) the above-described lighting device attached between two structural beams located next to each other among the plurality of structural beams;
It is characterized by providing.

According to the present invention, it is possible to install a lighting device on a beam-appearing ceiling without impairing the appearance of a structural beam. Since the light from the light source is emitted, the room can be made sufficiently bright.

FIG. 2 is a view showing a state in which two lighting devices 100 between the structural beam 2 and the structural beam 3 are removed from the ceiling of the beam, FIG. 3 is an external perspective view of the lighting device 100, and FIG. 4 is a longitudinal section of the lighting device. It is figure (a) and a bottom view (b). As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the lighting device 100 includes a rectangular cylindrical wooden housing 10 and two types of lighting fixtures (first lighting fixture 30 and second lighting fixture) housed in the housing 10. 40). The housing 10 is set to an appropriate length according to the interval between adjacent structural beams. Further, in this embodiment, the housing 10 is made of the same wood having the same color as that of the structural beams 1 to 3 so that the lighting device 100 fits into the beam-like ceiling and has an appearance similar to that of the structural beams 1 to 3. It is configured.
A rectangular frame 101 having an outer shape substantially the same as the inner peripheral shape of the housing 10 is fixed to the side surfaces of the structural beams 1 to 3. In this embodiment, the rectangular frame 101 is made of wood, but may be made of a metal material (for example, an aluminum angle material).

The housing 10 includes a main body portion 11 having a U-shaped cross section and a lid portion 13 that closes an upper opening of the main body portion. The main body 11 includes a rectangular lower surface portion 110 and a rectangular side surface portion 120 erected on each of two opposing long side portions of the lower surface portion 110. Two circular openings 111 are formed in the lower surface portion 110, and a light transmitting window 122 including a plurality of elongated slits 121 is formed in the side surface portion 120. In this embodiment, a combination of slits 121 having different lengths constitutes a rhombus-shaped translucent window 122 as a whole.

The lid portion 13 is detachably fitted to the upper end portion of the side surface portion 120, and five circular heat radiating windows 131 arranged at substantially equal intervals are formed. A heat resistant sheet 20 made of metal (stainless steel, aluminum, etc.) is attached to the inner surface of the lid portion 13 and the inner surface of the side surface portion 120, respectively. The heat-resistant sheet 20 is used to improve the heat resistance of the wooden housing 10, and is a mesh-like sheet so as not to hinder heat radiation from the heat radiation window 131 and radiation of illumination light from the translucent window 122. Is adopted. Further, the heat resistant sheet 20 also functions as an insect net.

Two types of lighting fixtures 30 and 40 are accommodated in the housing 10. The lighting fixtures 30 and 40 are both attached to the lower surface portion 110 of the housing 10.
The first lighting fixture 30 includes a so-called downlight, and includes a truncated-cone-shaped light bulb mounting portion 31 fitted in the opening 111 of the lower surface portion 110, and a light source driving device 32 disposed on the upper surface of the lower surface portion 110. An LED bulb 33 as a light source is attached to the bulb mounting portion 31. A communication device 34 that receives a signal transmitted from a remote controller (hereinafter referred to as a remote controller, not shown) is connected to the light source driving device 32, and the LED bulb 33 is turned on / off by operating the remote controller. And dimming is possible. In the first lighting fixture 30, after the light source driving device 32 is inserted into the housing from the opening 111 of the lower surface portion 110, the flange 31 a of the bulb mounting portion 31 is directed to the peripheral portion of the opening 111, and a fixture (not shown) ), The light bulb mounting portion 31 is fixed to the lower surface portion 110 so as to be detachably attached to the lower surface portion 110.

On the other hand, the second lighting fixture 40 has a support base 41 fixed to a portion between the two openings 111 of the lower surface portion 110, and two attachments provided on the upper surface of the support base 41 so that the inclination angle can be changed. A piece 42, a socket 43 fixed to each mounting piece 42, an LED bulb 44 as a light source detachably attached to the socket 43, a light source driving device 45 disposed near one end of the lower surface portion 110, A communication device 46 connected to the light source driving device 45 and a wiring 47 connecting the light source driving device 45 and the socket 43 are included. Similar to the first lighting fixture 30, in the second lighting fixture 40, the LED bulb 44 can be turned on, off, and dimmed by a signal transmitted from a remote controller (not shown).

In the lighting device 100, the openings at both ends of the housing 10 are fitted into the rectangular frames 101 fixed to the side surfaces of the structural beams, respectively, and makeup is made in the holes provided in the corresponding portions of the side surface portion 120 of the housing 10 and the rectangular frames 101. The screw 102 is fixed to the structural beam by screwing. Moreover, the lighting device 100 is removed from the structural beam by loosening the decorative screw 102 and removing it from the side surface 120 of the housing 10 and the hole of the rectangular frame 101 and releasing the fitting between the housing 10 and the rectangular frame 101.

When replacing the LED bulb 33 of the first lighting fixture 30 of the lighting device 100, the old LED bulb 33 is removed from the bulb mounting portion 31 fitted in the opening 111 of the lower surface portion 110 of the housing 10, and then a new LED bulb 33 is formed. Install. On the other hand, when replacing the LED bulb 44 of the second lighting fixture 40, the first lighting fixture 30 is once removed from the opening 111, and a hand is put into the housing 10 from the opening 111 to replace the LED bulb 44.

In the lighting device 100, when the LED bulb 33 of the first lighting fixture 30 is turned on, the light is emitted downward through the opening 111. On the other hand, when the LED bulb 44 of the second lighting fixture 40 is turned on, the light is radiated to the side through the translucent window 122 and radiated upward through the heat radiating window 131. Light radiated downward from the housing 10 directly illuminates the interior of the room, and light radiated laterally and upward from the housing 10 illuminates the interior of the interior after striking the ceiling surface, wall surface, structural beam, or the like. . Accordingly, when the LED bulbs 33 and 44 of both the first and second lighting fixtures 30 and 40 are turned on, the lighting device 100 can obtain both the direct illumination and the indirect illumination effects, and can illuminate the interior brightly. it can.

On the other hand, when it is desired to suppress the brightness of the room a little, one to three of the four LED lighting bulbs 30 and 40 are turned on. In this case, when only the LED bulb 44 of the second lighting fixture 40 is turned on, indirect illumination is performed, so that the room can be illuminated with calm atmosphere light.

Thus, according to the illuminating device 100 which concerns on a present Example, even when it installs on a beam appearance ceiling, a room | chamber interior can be illuminated sufficiently brightly. Moreover, since the housing 10 of the lighting device 100 is made of the same wood as the structural beams 1 to 3 and has an appearance similar to that of the structural beams 1 to 3, the appearance of the beam-appearing ceiling is not impaired.

<Second embodiment>
A lighting apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. Here, components that are the same as or correspond to those in the first embodiment already described are denoted by the same reference numerals in the last two digits, and description thereof will be omitted as appropriate. In addition, in FIG. 4, illustration of a heat resistant sheet is abbreviate | omitted for convenience.
