Description
Claims (15)
- 三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の設備(1)であって、
エネルギー照射(5)による暫時的な層ごとの選択的な露光と、これに伴って現れる、選択的に硬化すべき構成材料層の硬化による三次元の対象(2)の積層造形的な製造のための少なくとも一つの装置(3)、
積層造形的な構成過程の枠内で硬化すべき構成材料(4)、又は積層造形的な構成過程の枠内で硬化されない構成材料(4)の収容の為の粉末チャンバーを有する粉末モジュール(11a−11c)であって、粉末チャンバーは、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)の中に配置される、又は形成される、少なくとも一つの脱磁可能な構成部品を有するキャリア(12a−12c)とともに、粉末チャンバーボリュームを画成する、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)、及び、
粉末モジュール(11a−11c)、又はキャリア(12a−12c)の磁化された少なくとも一つの構成部品の自動化可能な脱磁、又は自動化された脱磁の為に設けられた少なくとも一つの脱磁装置(14)を備えたことを特徴とする設備。 - 脱磁装置(14)が、少なくとも一つの検出ユニット(15)を有し、これが、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)、又はキャリア(12a−12c)の磁化された構成部品の磁化の検出の為に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の設備。
- 検出ユニット(15)がマグネットメーター形成されている、またはそのようなものを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の設備。
- 脱磁装置(14)が、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)、又はキャリア(12a−12c)の磁化された少なくとも一つの構成部品の脱磁のために設けられている少なくとも一つの脱磁ユニット(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 消磁場、又は磁気的交番磁界の発生の為の脱磁ユニットが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の設備。
- 粉末モジュール(11a−11c)、又はキャリア(12a−12c)の磁化された少なくとも一つの構成部品の磁化を表す検出情報に応じた、少なくとも一つの脱磁ユニット(16)の運転の制御の為に設けられた制御装置(17)をさらに備え、
脱磁装置(14)が、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)、又はキャリア(12a−12c)の磁化された構成部品の磁化の検出の為に設けられた、少なくとも一つの検出ユニット(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の設備。 - 脱磁装置(14)が、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)、又はキャリア(12a−12c)の脱磁すべき磁化された構成部品の収容の為の収容空間(18)を有し、その際、収容空間(18)内に、不活性の環境が形成可能、又は形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 粉末モジュール(11a−11c)が、設備(1)内、装置(3)と脱磁装置(14)の間、又はその逆を移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- トンネル構造(19)が設けられており、このトンネル構造が、少なくとも一つのトンネル部分(20)を有し、このトンネル部分内に、少なくとも一つの粉末モジュール(11a−11c)が移動可能である請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の設備において、
少なくとも一つの装置(3)が、少なくとも一つの接続部部分(26)を有し、これを介して、装置(3)が、トンネル構造(19)と接続可能、又は接続されているので、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)が、装置(3)から出発してトンネル構造(19)内へ、又はトンネル構造(19)から出発して装置(3)内へ移動可能であり、及び/又は、
少なくとも一つの脱磁装置(4)が、少なくとも一つの接続部分(26)を有し、これを介して装置(3)が、トンネル構造(19)と接続可能、又は接続されているので、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)が、脱磁装置(14)から出発してトンネル構造(19)内へ、又はトンネル構造(19)から出発して脱磁装置(14)内へ移動可能であることを特徴とする設備。 - トンネル構造(19)内での少なくとも一つの粉末モジュール(11a−11c)の搬送の為の搬送装置(24)が設けられており、その際、搬送装置(24)が、トンネル構造側に設けられた、又は形成された、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)を移動させるために設けられている少なくとも一つの搬送手段を有し、及び/又は、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)を移動させるために設けられている、粉末モジュール側に設けられた、又は形成された搬送手段を有することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の設備。
- 三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の設備(1)であって、
構成材料(4)の一部を層ごとに選択的にエネルギー照射(5)に露光させることにより、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)内で構成材料(4)を硬化するように構成された装置(3)、及び
粉末モジュール(11a−11c)内で三次元の対象(2)を積層造形的に製造する前に、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)の磁化された構成部品を脱磁磁界又は交番磁界にさらすことによって、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)の磁化された構成部品を、少なくとも部分的に自動的に脱磁するように構成された脱磁ユニット(16)を備えたことを特徴とする設備。 - 粉末モジュール(11a−11c)の磁化された構成部品の磁化を検出するように構成された検出ユニット(15)、及び
検出ユニット(15)により検出された、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)の磁化された構成部品の磁化を表す検出情報に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、脱磁ユニット(16)の動作を制御するように構成された制御装置(17)をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の設備。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか1項記載の設備によりさらに構成されたことを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の設備。
- 三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の方法であって、
搬送装置(24)を少なくとも部分的に使用して、磁化された構成部品を有する粉末モジュール(11a−11c)を、積層造形的設備(1)を通して移動し、
脱磁装置(14)により、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)の磁化された構成部品を脱磁し、
構成材料(4)の一部を層ごとに選択的にエネルギー照射(5)に露光させることにより、粉末モジュール(11a−11c)内で構成材料(4)を硬化するように構成された装置(3)により、三次元の対象(2)を積層造形的に製造することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の設備を少なくとも部分的に使用する方法を実行する請求項14に記載の方法。
