Claims (8)
- 空調装置の外部に空調環境を空気調節処理を実施し、前記空調装置の内部に内部空調空間を備える空調装置であって、
前記空調環境に連通する吸気口と、前記吸気口を通じて前記空調環境から空調気流を前記内部空調空間に吸い込む吸気ファンと、を含む吸気部と、
流路切替部材と、前記空調環境の外部に連通する単一の外排流路と、前記空調環境に連通する内排流路と、を含み、前記流路切替部材が前記内部空調空間と前記外排流路の間および前記内部空調空間と内排流路の間に配置され、前記流路切替部材が制御されて前記内排流路および/または前記外排流路に前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を導引することによって前記空調環境および/または前記空調環境の外部へ前記空調気流を導引する排気導引部と、
前記内排流路に配置され、操作を開始する際に前記内部空調空間を通過して前記内排流路に導引される空調気流の水分を吸着する吸湿ホイールと、
前記吸湿ホイールと熱的接続して操作を開始する際に前記吸湿ホイールが吸着される水分を加熱して蒸発する除湿加熱部と、
前記内排流路に熱的接続して操作を開始する際に前記内排流路に導引される空調気流を加温する内循環加熱部と、
を含み、
前記空調装置が外へ排気する処理を行う際に、前記外排流路に前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を導引するように前記排気導引部を制御することによって、前記空調環境の前記空調気流を前記外排流路を通過して前記空調環境の外部に直接排出し、
前記空調装置が除湿処理を行う際に、前記内排流路に前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を導引するように前記排気導引部を制御し、前記吸湿ホイールと前記除湿加熱部を作動することによって、前記空調環境の前記空調気流を前記内排流路で除湿した後に前記空調環境へ返却し、前記除湿加熱部が前記吸湿ホイールに対して加熱して蒸発することによる水蒸気を外排流路へ導引し、前記空調環境の外部に排出し、
前記空調装置が内循環送風処理を行う際に、前記内排流路に前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を導引するように前記排気導引部を制御し、前記内循環加熱部を作動しないことによって、前記空調環境の前記空調気流を前記内排流路で加温しないで前記空調環境へ返却し、
前記空調装置が暖房処理を行う際に、前記内排流路に前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を導引するように前記排気導引部を制御し、前記内循環加熱部を作動することによって、前記空調環境の前記空調気流を前記内排流路で加温して前記空調環境へ返却し、
前記排気導引部が三つの位置の間で切り替わるように配置され、前記三つの位置が、前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を前記外排流路に導引する位置と、前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を前記内排流路に導引する位置と、前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を同時に前記外排流路と前記内排流路に導引する位置と、を含み、
前記空調装置が乾燥処理を行う際に、同時に前記外排流路と前記内排流路に前記内部空調空間の前記空調気流を導引するように前記排気導引部を制御し、前記内循環加熱部を作動することによって、前記空調環境の前記空調気流の一部を加温して前記空調環境へ返却し、且つ前記空調気流の一部を前記空調環境の外部へ直接排出し、
前記流路切替部材が円心を中心として回転する回転円盤を有し、前記回転円盤が連通穴と遮蔽部とを有し、前記連通穴と前記遮蔽部がそれぞれ前記回転円盤の異なる回転角度の位置に配置され、前記回転円盤の回転によって前記連通穴と前記遮蔽部の位置を同時に変更し、前記内部空調空間と外排流路が前記連通穴によって連通し、或は前記遮蔽部によって閉鎖することで前記空調気流を前記外排流路に導引したり導引しないようにしたりすることを特徴とする空調装置。 - 前記吸気ファンが遠心送風機であり、前記吸気部が前記遠心送風機の回転軸の両側に二つの前記吸気口を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調装置。
- 前記除湿加熱部が前記吸湿ホイールの一方に貼り付けられる除湿加熱器と、前記吸湿ホイールの他方に位置する排湿穴とを有し、前記除湿加熱器と前記排湿穴とが向かい合って位置することによって、前記除湿加熱器で加熱して蒸発された水蒸気を前記吸湿ホイールを経て前記排湿穴に流し、
前記排湿穴が前記回転円盤に対応して前記回転円盤で前記空調環境の外部と連通したり連通しないようにしたりし、前記回転円盤の回転によって前記連通穴と前記遮蔽部の位置を同時に変更し、前記排湿穴が前記連通穴を通過して前記空調環境の外部と連通したり前記遮蔽部によって閉鎖したりすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調装置。 - 前記除湿加熱部が前記吸湿ホイールの一方に貼り付けられる除湿加熱器と前記吸湿ホイールの他方に位置する排湿穴とを有し、前記排湿穴が前記空調環境の外部と連通し、前記除湿加熱器と前記排湿穴とが向かい合って位置することによって、前記除湿加熱器で加熱して蒸発された水蒸気を前記吸湿ホイールと前記排湿穴とを通過して前記空調環境の外部へ排出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空調装置。
- 一端が前記外排流路の出口と前記排湿穴に連通し、他端が前記空調環境の外部に連通する導引排出ケースをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空調装置。
- 前記流路切替部材が円心を中心として回転する回転円盤を有し、前記回転円盤が連通穴と遮蔽部とを有し、前記連通穴と前記遮蔽部がそれぞれ前記回転円盤の異なる回転角度の位置に設置され、前記回転円盤の回転によって前記連通穴と前記遮蔽部の位置を同時に変更し、前記内部空調空間に外排流路が前記連通穴によって連通或は前記遮蔽部によって閉鎖することで前記空調気流を前記外排流路に導引したり導引しなかったりすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の空調装置。
- 前記排気導引部が前記回転円盤と同一の円心で配置される弧形状制限溝を有し、前記回転円盤が弧形状制限溝に向かう表面に制限凸が配置され、前記回転円盤の回転角度の範囲を制限するように前記制限凸が前記弧形状制限溝に摺動することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項6に記載の空調装置。
- 前記外排流路の出口が制限壁を有し、前記回転円盤が前記外排流路の出口に向かう表面に制限凸が配置され、前記制限凸が前記除湿処理において前記回転円盤の回転角度の範囲を制限するように前記制限壁と密着することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項6に記載の空調装置。
