Description
図1は、分離装置100の概略的な構成を説明するための図である。本実施形態の図1では、垂直に交わるX軸(水平方向)、Y軸(水平方向)、Z軸(鉛直方向)を図示の通り定義している。また、図1中、液体の流れを実線の矢印で、信号の流れを破線の矢印で示す。
図4は、気液接触流路Rにおける液体および気体の流れについて説明する図である。図4中、液体の流れを白抜き矢印で示し、気体の流れを黒い塗りつぶしの矢印で示す。なお、ここでは、理解を容易にするために、リブ230(区画流路DR)および邪魔板240の記載を省略する。

Claims (2)
- 低沸点成分と、該低沸点成分より沸点が高い高沸点成分とを含んで構成される原料液を、該原料液より該低沸点成分が高濃度の留出流体と、該原料液より該高沸点成分が高濃度の缶出液とに分離する分離装置であって、
前記留出流体を排出する留出流体排出口が一端側に設けられ、前記缶出液を排出する缶出液排出口が他端側に設けられた気液接触流路と、
前記気液接触流路のうち前記留出流体排出口と前記缶出液排出口との間に設けられた原料液導入口を通じて、該気液接触流路に前記原料液を導入する原料液導入部と、
前記原料液導入口から前記缶出液排出口までの間に設けられ、前記気液接触流路中の液体を前記低沸点成分の沸点以上に加熱するリボイラと、
前記原料液導入口から前記留出流体排出口までの間に設けられ、前記気液接触流路中の気体を、前記低沸点成分の沸点未満に冷却するコンデンサと、
前記気液接触流路における前記リボイラで加熱される加熱流路内に設けられ、前記加熱流路の上面から離隔し、下端部から上端部へ向かうに従って前記缶出液排出口側に傾斜する1または複数の邪魔板と、
を備えたことを特徴とする分離装置。 - 前記邪魔板は、前記加熱流路の上面と前記上端部との間、および、該加熱流路の底面と前記下端部との間を前記原料液が通過するように配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離装置。
