Description
Claims (11)
- 反応器であって、
a)内壁面を有する反応器管と、
b)外周面、上面及び底面を有する触媒担持要素であって、前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面が前記反応器管の前記内壁に面し、間隙が前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面と前記反応器管の前記内壁との間に存在するように、前記反応器管の中に位置付けられている、触媒担持要素と、
c)前記反応器管の前記内壁面及び前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面と直接接触している可撓性シールであって、前記可撓性シールは更に前記触媒担持要素の前記上面及び前記底面と接触しており、前記可撓性シールの一部が、前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面と前記反応器管の前記内壁との間で前記反応器を通る流体流動を遮断するように位置付けられている、可撓性シールと
を備える反応器。 - 前記可撓性シールが波形である、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記シールの一部は、前記外周面及び前記内壁面が互いに接触しないように、前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面と前記反応器管の前記内壁との間にある、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記シールの一部が、前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面と接触しており、前記シールの残りの部分が、前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面から前記反応器管の前記内壁面に向かって外側へ延びている、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面から外側に延びている前記シールの前記一部が、前記外周面と30度から70度の角度をなす、請求項4に記載の反応器。
- 前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面から外側に延びている前記シールの前記一部が、前記外周面と100度から150度の角度をなす、請求項4に記載の反応器。
- 反応器であって、
a.内壁面を有する反応器管と、
b.外周面、上面及び底面を有する触媒担持要素であって、前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面が前記反応器管の前記内壁に面し、間隙が前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面と前記反応器管の前記内壁との間に存在するように、前記反応器管の中に位置付けられている、触媒担持要素と、
c.前記反応器管の前記内壁面及び前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面、前記上面又は前記底面と直接接触している可撓性波形シールであって、前記可撓性波形シールの一部が、前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面と前記反応器管の前記内壁との間で前記反応器を通る流体流動を実質的に遮断するように位置付けられている、可撓性波形シールと
を備える反応器。 - 前記シールが金属箔で作られており、径方向に拡張可能である、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記シールの一部が、前記触媒担持要素の前記上面又は前記底面と、第2の触媒担持要素の上面又は底面と接触しており、前記シールが、前記触媒担持要素と前記第2の触媒担持要素とが互いに接触しないように、前記触媒担持要素と前記第2の触媒担持要素とを分離している、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記シールの一部がリング形状であり、前記触媒担持要素の前記外周面と接触している、請求項7に記載の反応器。
- 前記シールの分離部分が、前記反応器管の前記内壁面に向かって角度をなし外側に延びている、請求項10に記載の反応器。
