Description
たとえば、特許文献1には、カプリン酸貴金属塩を還元性溶媒の炭素数4〜8のアルコール中で還元するときにマイクロ波をかけて加熱し、銀、金、白金などの貴金属ナノ粒子を製造することが記載されている。
発明(以下、発明35という)は、発明16〜34のいずれかに記載の銅ナノ粒子の製造
装置において、反応管にテフロン(登録商標)PFAを用いて製造したことを特徴とする
銅ナノ粒子の製造装置である。
今回の分割出願で、発明者らは、分割出願の請求項1〜5を次のように提案した。
請求項1に記載の発明は、銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法において、水酸化銅を含む複数種類の銅塩を溶媒に溶解させた溶液と、分散剤と、反応管内壁への析出物付着抑制剤乃至析出防止剤としての水と混和しないドデカン(C12H26)あるいは流動パラフィンやナフタレン系などの熱媒体油から選ばれる少なくとも一種類と、還元剤と、を含む反応溶液をそれぞれ用意する工程を有し、さらに、それらをマイクロ波を照射する空間を通過させて還元反応を生じさせる工程を有することを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法である。
請求項2に記載の発明は、前記複数種類の銅塩が硝酸銅と水酸化銅である。複数の銅塩を溶媒に溶解することが好ましい。前記分散剤の例としてポリカルボン酸がある。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1または2に記載の銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法において、前記反応液に、反応管内壁への析出物付着抑制剤乃至析出防止剤の補助剤としてのジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル(C8H18O3)(BDGという)と2−エチルヘキサノール(C8H18O)の少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法である。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法において、反応管のマイクロ波照射領域の後段に反応液の色を監視する工程を有することを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法である。
請求項5に記載の発明は、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法において、反応のセンサーの出力を利用して、反応管に流通させる反応液の流速と設定温度と流量と反応液に含まれる物質の混合割合と反応液に含まれる物質の個別の流速の少なくとも1つを制御することを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法である。

Claims (5)
- 水酸化銅を含む複数種類の銅塩と、分散剤と、還元剤と、反応管内壁への析出物付着抑制剤乃至析出防止剤としての水と混和しないドデカン(C12H26)あるいは流動パラフィンやナフタレン系を含む熱媒体油から選ばれる少なくとも一種類とを含む反応溶液をそれぞれ用意する工程と、反応管に前記溶液を流通させる工程と、前記溶液をマイクロ波が照射される場にある反応管を通過させる工程とを有することを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法において、前記複数種類の銅塩が硝酸銅と水酸化銅であり、前記分散剤がポリカルボン酸であることを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法において、前記反応液に、反応管内壁への析出物付着抑制剤乃至析出防止剤の補助剤としてのジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル(C8H18O3)(BDGという)及び/又は2−エチルヘキサノール(C8H18O)を含むことを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法において、反応管のマイクロ波照射領域の後段に反応液の色を監視する工程を有することを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法において、反応のセンサーの出力を利用して、反応管に流通させる反応液の流速と設定温度と流量と反応液に含まれる物質の混合割合と反応液に含まれる物質の個別の流速の少なくとも1つを制御することを特徴とする銅ナノ粒子コロイドの製造方法。
