Claims (12)
- 骨欠損、特に顎領域における骨欠損を被覆するためのインプラントであって、
該インプラントはマグネシウム膜から成り、
該マグネシウム膜は50μm〜300μmの厚さを有し、
該マグネシウム膜は少なくとも該マグネシウム膜の中心域に開孔を有しない、インプラント。 - 幾何学的に安定しており、湾曲形状、特に曲率半径が0.5cm〜10cm、好ましくは0.7cm〜1.5cmであり、及び/又は角度が30度より大きい湾曲形状を有する、請求項1に記載のインプラント。
- 1つの歯に対して少なくとも1つの凹部を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のインプラント。
- エッチング表面を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- コーティング表面を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 厚さが好ましくは5μm未満、より好ましくは2μm未満である不動態化表面、特にフッ化マグネシウム層を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 周辺域に沿って構造化している及び/又は穿孔している、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記マグネシウム膜の厚さが70μm〜200μmである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 前記マグネシウム膜に500ppm未満の鉄、銅、及び/又はニッケルが含まれている、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
- 顎領域における骨欠損を被覆するためのキットであって、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のインプラントと、該インプラントを顎に固定するピン、ねじ又は縫合糸とを含む、キット。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のインプラントを製造する方法であって、
マグネシウム膜を準備することと、
被覆する部位の長さまで前記マグネシウム膜を短くすることと、
前記マグネシウム膜を屈曲させることと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記マグネシウム膜をフッ化水素酸で処理することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
