Description

The present invention relates to a concrete product for retaining walls, more specifically, a highly versatile reinforced concrete comprising a flat part (bottom plate) and a vertical part (longitudinal wall), and can be a retaining wall with the outer surface of the longitudinal wall or the inner surface of the longitudinal wall exposed. It relates to an L-shaped retaining wall.

Conventionally, block fences formed by stacking a plurality of concrete blocks vertically and horizontally have been used in order to demarcate the boundary between a site and road owned by the self and the boundary between adjacent land of others.
Such a block fence is formed by stacking a plurality of concrete blocks on a block fence foundation embedded in the ground and fixing them with cement mortar. Further, a metal reinforcing member such as a reinforcing bar is embedded inside as a core material. And installation at a comparatively low cost is possible.
However, since the strength of the block cage decreases year by year due to deterioration of the concrete block and corrosion of the reinforcing bars, for example, there is a risk that the block cage will collapse by receiving a lateral force from the outside. In particular, when a large force such as an earthquake is applied, the block fence collapses in an instant, causing a pedestrian walking in the vicinity to directly lay down and causing great damage.

Among such prior arts, one disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known as an alternative to a block cage in which concrete blocks are stacked.
Patent Document 1 discloses an L-shaped retaining wall concrete product in a side view including a flat portion (bottom plate) and a vertical portion (vertical wall). In FIG. 3 of this document, 1 indicates an L-shaped retaining wall.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-200567

However, according to the invention described in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 in Document 1, no reinforcing material is provided on the plane portion and the vertical portion. In other words, it is only molded with concrete.
By the way, as for such a concrete product, it is common that a reinforcing material (reinforcing bar) is embedded at a position close to a surface to which stress (external force) is applied. That is, when depositing earth and sand on the inner side of the vertical part of the L-shaped retaining wall (upper side of the flat surface part), in the vertical part, the grid-like reinforcing bars are embedded at a position displaced inward from the half of the thickness. . On the other hand, when depositing earth and sand on the outside of the vertical part of the L-shaped retaining wall, it is used that has a reinforcing bar embedded at a position displaced to the earth and sand side. In other words, two types of L-type retaining walls having different reinforcing bar embedding positions are prepared in accordance with the topographical conditions of the planned construction site of the house, and a residential land or the like is created by appropriately selecting and arranging them. In fact, the crossing angle between the vertical portion and the flat portion of the conventional L-shaped retaining wall is often set to about 85 degrees with an interior angle of less than 90 degrees. That is, in this type of L-shaped retaining wall 1, the vertical portion 2 and the flat portion 3 intersect at 85 degrees, and the lattice-like reinforcing bars 4 are deviated and arranged on the bent inward side.
If it is not possible to prepare and construction is performed with one type of L-shaped concrete retaining wall 1, the following problems will occur. For example, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), there is no problem when the retaining wall concrete product 1 is designed and installed under the condition that the sediments etc. are in contact with the inner surface of the vertical portion 2 and the upper surface of the flat portion 3. 4) When the concrete product 1 for retaining walls is constructed under the condition that the sediment is in contact with the outer surface of the vertical part 2 as shown in FIG. Cracks occurred in the lower part of the vertical part 2 from the surface in contact with the sediment, etc., to the surface not in contact with the sediment, etc. without being able to resist the proof stress. It will be pushed down by sediments.
Therefore, in order to prevent these phenomena, the sediments and the like of the vertical portion 2 that are not desired to be deposited are raised so that the forces of the sediments and sand are balanced on both sides of the vertical wall 2. I had to.

Therefore, the inventor paid attention to the embedding position of the metal reinforcing material (rebar) and the length of the plane part and the vertical part perpendicular to each other at 90 degrees, embed the metal reinforcing material in the plane part and the vertical part, and By arranging these metal reinforcements so as to be located in the center of the short side (position of half the thickness) when viewed from the side, two types of one type L-shaped concrete retaining wall (the flat portion is embedded) It has been found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by installing and using the present invention in a mode and a mode not embedded. In addition, if the length of the flat part that is the bottom plate is equal to the length of the vertical part that is the vertical wall, even if the flat part is installed on the vertical wall and the vertical part is installed on the bottom plate by mistake, It was found that they function equally, and the present invention was completed.

An object of the present invention is to provide an L-type retaining wall concrete product with high versatility that can be constructed as a retaining wall that can expose either a plane portion or a surface that constitutes a vertical portion.

The invention according to claim 1 has a flat portion that becomes a bottom plate and a vertical portion that becomes a vertical wall when a retaining wall is constructed, and is a rectangular vertical portion when viewed from the side and a rectangular flat portion when viewed from the side. Crossing at 90 degrees and presenting an L shape, the upper surface of the flat portion is buried with sediment of a predetermined depth, etc., and the exposed surface is only the surface that does not contact the sediment of the vertical portion, etc. In the concrete product for retaining walls that can be used in any form of the construction in which the sedimentary earth or the like is in contact with only one surface of the vertical part without the sedimentary earth or the like in contact with the upper surface of the flat part , The vertical portion is a rectangular cross section with a constant thickness, and a lattice-shaped metal reinforcing material is disposed on the entire surface of the vertical portion when viewed from the front at a half of the thickness. Is a constant rectangular cross-section, and the flat surface is viewed from above at a half position of its thickness. A child-like retaining walls for concrete products metallic reinforcing member is disposed.
A position that is half the thickness of the vertical portion means that the metal reinforcing material is disposed at the center position. In other words, it means that the depth positions from the front and back surfaces of the vertical portion are the same for the embedded reinforcing bars.
Even if an external force is applied from the left or right direction with respect to the cross section, the lattice rebar can exert an equivalent reaction force (resistance force) against these external forces.
Since the reinforcing bars in the form of lattices are arranged at half the thickness of the vertical part, which is a vertical wall made of concrete products having a predetermined width, predetermined height, and predetermined thickness, concrete products having the same predetermined width, predetermined length, and predetermined thickness are also provided. Even when used by depositing earth and sand on the flat surface, which is a bottom plate made of, or when the upper surface is exposed without being deposited, it has the same strength and resists external force (earth pressure) be able to. That is, it is easy to use and can be used conveniently in building residential land and the like.
As the metal reinforcing material, for example, a lattice-shaped reinforcing bar (planar reinforcing material) can be used.

It is possible to embed reinforcing bars arranged in a grid as a metal reinforcing material.

According to the present invention, a metal reinforcing material (for example, a grid-like reinforcing bar) is provided at the central portion of the short side (at a position half the thickness) as viewed from the side of the flat portion and the vertical portion. In the flat portion, the metal reinforcing material is provided so as to be located on the entire surface of the flat portion when viewed from above. That is, the depth from the upper surface of the flat portion to the position where the metal reinforcing material is provided is substantially equal to the depth from the lower surface to the position where the metal reinforcing material is provided. Similarly, in the vertical portion, a metal reinforcing material is provided on the entire surface of the vertical portion when viewed from the front. That is, the depth from the front (for example, the left side) of the vertical portion to the position where the metal reinforcing material is provided and the depth from the back surface (for example, the right side) to the position where the metal reinforcing material is provided. Almost equal.
Since it is an L-shaped retaining wall concrete product configured in this way, even if the retaining wall is configured to expose either the front (left side) or the back (right side) of the vertical part Well, it is possible to build a retaining wall using one type of L-shaped concrete retaining wall without using two types of retaining wall concrete products depending on the construction situation.

Further, when the length of the flat portion and the length of the vertical portion are substantially equal, the upper surface or the lower surface of the flat portion may be exposed, or the upper surface (left side surface) or the lower surface (right side surface) of the vertical portion may be exposed. By comprising in this way, it is not necessary to use a vertical part and a plane part properly, and the versatility and operativity (handling) of the concrete product for retaining walls become easy.

Here, the metal reinforcing material may be of any configuration as long as it is made of metal, but it is necessary to be able to withstand external stress (especially, external force perpendicular to the surface). Requires mechanical strength (such as bending strength by external force). Reinforcing bars, steel bars and the like are preferable in terms of availability and mechanical strength. Moreover, about the shape of the metal reinforcing material, a metal bar (deformed bar) may be formed in a lattice shape.
The type of cement used as a raw material for concrete products is not particularly limited. Moreover, since precast concrete is common for a retaining wall, it is preferable from the viewpoint of availability.

According to the present invention, the retaining wall may be configured so that either the front surface (left side surface) or the back surface (right side surface) of the vertical portion is exposed, for example, in residential land development. Retaining walls can be built without using different concrete products for retaining walls. The same can be done for external forces acting from either the left or right direction of the retaining wall, such as earth pressure.
In addition, when the length of the flat portion is substantially equal to the length of the vertical portion (when these are substantially the same shape and configuration), even if the upper surface or lower surface of the flat portion is exposed, the upper surface or lower surface of the vertical portion is exposed. Therefore, it is not necessary to use the vertical portion and the flat portion separately, and the versatility and operability (handling in construction) of the retaining wall concrete product is further facilitated.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view (a perspective view with a part broken away) of a concrete product for retaining walls according to an embodiment of the present invention.
This retaining wall concrete product (L-shaped concrete retaining wall) 11 is composed of two parts: a rectangular vertical part (vertical wall) 12 when viewed from the side and a rectangular flat part (bottom plate) 13 when viewed from the side. Has been. And these plane part 13 and perpendicular | vertical part 12 cross | intersect at 90 degree | times, and are continuous, and by forming these integrally, the L-shaped retaining wall concrete product 11 comprises a side view. Is done. Actually, for example, in a factory, a L-shaped retaining wall concrete product form is used, and a lattice-shaped deformed reinforcing bar 14 that is a metal reinforcing material is placed in a predetermined position (a position that is half the thickness). The retaining wall concrete product 11 is manufactured by attaching (arranging) and pouring the concrete into the formwork.

The flat portion 13 made of concrete is a rectangular parallelepiped plate (length is constant in the length direction) having a length of 5 m, a width of 5 m, and a thickness of 40 cm. Then, a metal reinforcing material 14 having a length of 4.8 m and a width of 4.7 m is embedded and provided at a position of 20 cm in thickness of the flat portion 13.
The metal reinforcing member 14 is formed by assembling 95 iron rods (deformed reinforcing bars) having a circular cross section (diameter 2.5 cm) into a lattice shape at intervals of 10 cm, and the vertical and horizontal rods overlap each other ( Welded at grid-like intersections).

The concrete vertical portion 12 is a rectangular parallelepiped plate having a length of 5 m, a width of 4.6 m, and a thickness of 40 cm. That is, the thickness is constant in the length direction. Further, a metal reinforcing material (deformed bar) 14 having a length of 4.8 m and a width of 4.7 m is provided at a position of the vertical portion 12 having a thickness of 20 cm (a position at a half of the thickness).
This metal reinforcing member 14 is formed by assembling 95 iron rods having a circular cross section (diameter 2.5 cm) into a lattice shape (lattice plane) at intervals of 10 cm, and the positions where the rods overlap (the lattice Welded at the intersection).

The retaining wall concrete product 11 configured in this way is used in the following two modes, for example, in residential land development. First, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the upper surface of the flat portion 13 is buried with sedimentary earth and the like having a predetermined depth, and the exposed surface is only the surface (outer surface) that does not contact the sedimentary sediment and the like of the vertical portion 12. This is the case. Secondly, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the sediments and the like are in contact with one surface (outer surface) of the vertical portion 12 without the sediments and the like contacting the upper surface of the flat portion 13 and the inner surface of the vertical portion 12. It is a case where it constructs in In any of these embodiments, the retaining wall concrete product 11 can be used in a state of having sufficient design strength.
The metal reinforcing material 14 is provided in the central portion (half the thickness) of the vertical portion 12 in the thickness direction, and stress is applied from any surface (inward or outward) of the vertical portion 12. This is because the durability does not change.

Moreover, in the said Example, even if the vertical part 12 and the plane part 13 which were formed by the same size in length, width, and thickness differ in the function, the change (when constructing a plane part as a vertical wall and a vertical part) The same sufficient strength and function can be exhibited before and after the vertical wall. This is because the configuration of the vertical portion 12 and the plane portion 13 is not different with respect to the portion to which the stress is applied. That is, it is set as the structure where the usefulness in construction (use) increases.
In the above-described embodiment, the description has been given of the concrete product for retaining walls in which the rectangular vertical portion when viewed from the side and the rectangular flat portion when viewed from the side intersect at 90 degrees to exhibit the L shape. The substantially T-shaped retaining wall slightly protruding from the portion is also included in the present invention.
The vertical portion has a rectangular cross section with a constant thickness, and the metal reinforcing material is placed in a line-symmetric position around a virtual straight line extending in parallel with the long side of the rectangular cross section at a half of the thickness. For example, in the case where a plurality of grid-like reinforcing bars are arranged and embedded, the retaining wall concrete product includes a case where these reinforcing bars are embedded in parallel at a predetermined interval.

The present invention is useful as a concrete retaining wall used, for example, in residential land development work.
