Claims (10)
- 入口から出口に延在する流路を画定するレギュレータ本体と、
前記流路内に配置された開口部であって、前記開口部は弁座を画定する、開口部と、
流体流れが前記開口部を通ることができる開位置と、流体流れが前記開口部を通ることを防ぐ前記弁座に対する閉位置との間を移動するように配置された制御要素と、
前記制御要素によって担われるディスク筐体であって、前記ディスク筐体は座部を有し、該座部は前記制御要素の端面内に配置された溝を備え、該溝は凹弓形輪郭を有する、ディスク筐体と、
前記ディスク筐体に装着するようにサイズ化されたシールディスクであって、前記シールディスクは装着部およびシール面を有する、シールディスクとを備え、
前記シールディスクの前記シール面は、前記制御要素が前記閉位置にあるときに前記弁座をシール係合するように配置され、
前記シールディスクの前記装着部は、前記ディスク筐体の前記座部の前記凹弓形輪郭に補完する輪郭を有し、
前記溝の凹弓形輪郭は、第1の傾斜壁および第2の傾斜壁を含む逆V形輪郭である、流体レギュレータ。 - 前記レギュレータ本体および前記制御要素に作動可能に結合されたアクチュエータをさらに備え、前記アクチュエータは、
アクチュエータ筐体と、
前記アクチュエータ筐体の内側に配置されたダイヤフラムと、
前記ダイヤフラムを前記制御要素に作動可能に連結するリンケージとを備え、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記出口において流体圧の変化に応答して前記制御要素を移動し、前記出口において予め選択された設定圧力範囲を維持する、請求項1に記載の流体レギュレータ。 - 流れ制御弁の制御要素のためのシールディスク・アセンブリであって、
前記制御要素によって担われるディスク筐体であって、前記ディスク筐体は座部を有し、該座部は前記制御要素の端面内に配置された溝を備え、該溝は凹弓形輪郭を有する、ディスク筐体と、
前記ディスク筐体に装着するようにサイズ化されたシールディスクであって、前記シールディスクは装着部およびシール面を有する、シールディスクとを備え、
前記シールディスクの前記装着部は、前記ディスク筐体の前記座部の前記凹弓形輪郭に補完する輪郭を有し、
前記溝の凹弓形輪郭は、第1の傾斜壁および第2の傾斜壁を含む逆V形輪郭である、シールディスク・アセンブリ。 - 前記シールディスクは弾性シール材料を備え、前記ディスク筐体は剛性材料を備える、請求項3に記載のシールディスク・アセンブリ。
- 前記ディスク筐体の前記座部の前記凹弓形輪郭は、ロックアップ中に前記シールディスクの圧縮を最小にするように形作られる、請求項3又は4に記載のシールディスク・アセンブリ。
- 前記ディスク筐体の前記座部の前記凹弓形輪郭は、ロックアップ中に前記シールディスクを均一に圧縮するように形作られる、請求項3乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のシールディスク・アセンブリ。
- 弁体および流れ制御部材を含む流れ制御弁内のシールディスク・アセンブリであって、
座部を有し、該座部は前記流れ制御部材である制御要素の端面内に配置された溝を備えたディスク筐体と、
前記ディスク筐体に装着されたシールディスクであって、前記シールディスクは装着部およびシール面を有する、シールディスクと、
前記流れ制御部材の閉位置において前記シールディスクを圧縮するように配置された弁座とを備え、
前記ディスク筐体の前記座部は凹弓形輪郭を有し、前記凹弓形輪郭は、第1の傾斜壁および第2の傾斜壁を含む逆V形輪郭であり、前記シールディスクの前記装着部は、前記ディスク筐体の前記座部内に配置された輪郭を有し、前記弁座は前記シールディスクを前記装着部の前記輪郭に亘って均一に圧縮する、シールディスク・アセンブリ。 - 前記シールディスクの前記装着部の前記輪郭は、前記ディスク筐体の前記座部の前記凹弓形輪郭に補完する、請求項7に記載のシールディスク・アセンブリ。
- 前記シールディスクは前記流れ制御部材によって担われる、請求項7又は8に記載のシールディスク・アセンブリ。
- 前記流れ制御部材は流体レギュレータの一部であり、前記弁体はレギュレータ本体であり、前記弁座は開口部によって画定される、請求項7乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のシールディスク・アセンブリ。
