Claims (14)
- 標的の物体の画像を生成するための方法であって、
複数の励振信号パルスを超音波センサユニットの超音波送信機に印加するステップであって、前記複数の励振信号パルスの周波数が前記超音波センサユニットの内部で超音波定在波信号を生成するために選択される、ステップと、
前記複数の励振信号パルスがある基準時間長印加されるかどうかを判定するステップであって、前記基準時間長は前記超音波定在波信号のエネルギーの第1の閾値レベルを超える増大を可能にするのに十分であるように選択され、前記時間長が前記励振信号パルスの数に基づく、ステップと、
前記複数の励起信号パルスが前記基準時間長だけ印加されている場合、
前記超音波センサユニットの超音波受信機を使用して、前記超音波定在波信号と前記標的の物体との間の相互作用と関連付けられる前記超音波定在波信号の1つまたは複数の特性の変化を検出するステップと、
前記超音波定在波信号の前記1つまたは複数の特性の前記検出された変化に基づいて、前記標的の物体の前記画像を生成するステップとを備える、
方法。 - 前記超音波定在波信号が、前記選択された周波数における、前記超音波センサユニットの音響空洞の内部の1つまたは複数の反射された超音波信号との、生成された超音波信号の強め合う干渉に起因する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数の反射された超音波信号が、前記超音波センサユニットの1つまたは複数の境界からの前記超音波信号の反射により生成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記超音波定在波信号の前記1つまたは複数の特性の前記変化を検出する間に、前記励振信号パルスを前記超音波センサユニットの前記超音波送信機に印加することを継続するステップをさらに含む、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記超音波定在波信号の前記1つまたは複数の特性の前記変化を検出するステップが、前記励振信号パルスが前記超音波センサユニットの前記超音波送信機に印加された後の変化を検出するステップを含む、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記時間長が基準期間の経過に基づく、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記励振信号パルスの前記数が、4個以上のパルス、5個以上のパルス、または6個以上のパルスである、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記超音波定在波信号の前記1つまたは複数の特性の前記変化を検出するステップが、前記超音波定在波信号の振幅の変化を検出するステップ、または、前記超音波定在波信号の位相の変化を検出するステップを含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 複数の励振信号パルスを超音波センサユニットの超音波送信機に印加するための手段であって、前記励振信号パルスの周波数が前記超音波センサユニットの内部で超音波定在波信号を生成するために選択される、手段と、
前記複数の励振信号パルスがある基準時間長印加されるかどうかを判定するための手段であって、前記基準時間長は前記超音波定在波信号のエネルギーの第1の閾値レベルを超える増大を可能にするのに十分であるように選択され、前記時間長が前記励振信号パルスの数に基づく、手段と、
前記複数の励起信号パルスが前記基準時間長だけ印加されている場合、前記超音波定在波信号と標的の物体との間の相互作用と関連付けられる前記超音波定在波信号の1つまたは複数の特性の変化を検出するための手段と、
前記超音波定在波信号の前記1つまたは複数の特性の前記検出された変化に基づいて、前記標的の物体の画像を生成するための手段と、
を備える、超音波センサシステム。 - 前記検出するための手段は超音波受信機を備え、前記生成するための手段は制御ユニットを備え、前記超音波センサシステムはさらに、複数の励起信号パルスを受信するように構成された超音波送信機を備え、少なくとも前記超音波送信機、前記超音波受信機、および薄膜トランジスタTFT基板が前記超音波センサユニット内部の音響空洞を形成する、請求項9に記載の超音波センサシステム。
- 前記TFT基板が前記送信機と前記受信機の間に配置される、請求項10に記載の超音波センサシステム。
- 前記超音波センサユニットが、前記超音波受信機を覆って配置されるカバー層を含む、請求項9乃至11の何れか1項に記載の超音波センサシステム。
- 前記励振信号パルスの前記選択される周波数が、音響空洞の厚み、前記音響空洞の密度、前記音響空洞中での音の速さ、またはこれらの任意の組合せに基づく、請求項9乃至12の何れか1項に記載の超音波センサシステム。
- プロセッサによって実行可能な命令を備えるコンピュータ可読記憶媒体であって、前記命令が、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の方法を実装するための命令を含む、コンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
