Description
(1) 塞栓装置を血管内の所定の部位にて設置する塞栓装置配置システムであって、
内部を通って延在する第1のルーメンを有し、かつ、近位端及び遠位端を有する細長い軟性配置カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの前記第1のルーメン内に配設され、かつ、第2のルーメンを形成するノッチセクションと、
保持環を近位端に有する塞栓装置と、
前記第2のルーメン内に部分的に配設された係合部材であって、
前記保持環を通って延在する遠位ループ、及び
前記第1のルーメン内へ延在する近位ループ、を含む、係合部材と、
前記配置カテーテルの前記第1のルーメン内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ、前記近位ループ及び遠位ループを通って配設される細長い分離部材であって、前記近位ループと遠位ループとの間で前記分離部材上に配設された分離部材隆起を含む、細長い分離部材と、を備え、
前記分離部材が前記遠位ループ内に配設され、前記遠位ループが前記保持環内に配設されたときに、前記塞栓装置は係合位置にあり、
前記分離部材が近位に引き抜かれたときに、前記分離部材は前記遠位ループから抜去され、
前記分離部材隆起は、前記保持環からの前記遠位ループの離脱を支援し、結果的に前記塞栓装置を放出するために前記近位ループに接触する、塞栓装置配置システム。
(2) 前記第2のルーメンの外側で前記係合部材の近位端上に配設された保持具隆起を更に備え、前記保持具隆起は、遠位方向の前記係合部材の移動を防止する、実施態様1に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
(3) 前記保持具隆起は、前記第2のルーメンよりも大きい少なくとも1つの寸法を含む、実施態様2に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
(4) 前記保持具隆起及び前記分離部材隆起は、互いに干渉を防止するようにサイズ設定される、実施態様2に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
(5) 前記塞栓装置は、塞栓コイルである、実施態様1に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
内部を通って延在する第1のルーメンを有し、かつ、近位端及び遠位端を有する細長い軟性配置カテーテルと、
保持環を近位端に有する塞栓装置と、
収縮状態と拡張状態を有し、かつ、内部を貫通する少なくとも2つの開口を有する拡張可能な部材であって、前記第1のルーメン内に配設され、かつ、前記拡張状態によって前記第1のルーメン内に固定される、拡張可能な部材と、
少なくとも1つの開口内に部分的に配設された係合部材であって、
前記保持環を通って延在する遠位ループ、及び
前記第1のルーメン内へ延在する近位ループ、を含む、係合部材と、
前記第1のルーメン及び前記開口のうちの別の開口内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ、前記近位ループ及び遠位ループを通って配設される細長い分離部材であって、前記近位ループと遠位ループとの間で前記分離部材上に配設された分離部材隆起を含む、細長い分離部材と、を備え、
前記分離部材が前記遠位ループ内に配設され、前記遠位ループが前記保持環内に配設されたときに、前記塞栓装置は係合位置にあり、
前記分離部材が近位に引き抜かれたとき、前記分離部材は、前記遠位ループから抜去され、
前記分離部材隆起は、前記保持環からの前記遠位ループの離脱を支援し、結果的に前記塞栓装置を放出するために前記近位ループに接触する、塞栓装置配置システム。
(7) 前記開口の近位の前記係合部材の近位端上に配設された保持具隆起を更に備え、前記保持具隆起は、遠位方向の前記係合部材の移動を防止する、実施態様6に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
(8) 前記保持具隆起は、前記開口よりも大きい少なくとも1つの寸法を含む、実施態様7に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
(9) 前記保持具隆起及び前記分離部材隆起は、互いに干渉を防止するようにサイズ設定される、実施態様7に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
(10) 前記塞栓装置は、塞栓コイルの形を取る、実施態様6に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
前記塞栓装置の保持環内に位置する遠位ループを有する係合部材を配置するステップと、
前記係合部材の遠位ループ内に分離部材の遠位端を配置することによって前記塞栓装置を保持するステップと、
係合部材の近位ループを通して前記分離部材を配置するステップと、
分離部材隆起を前記係合部材の近位ループと遠位ループとの間に配置するステップと、
前記分離部材を前記係合部材の遠位ループから近位に抜去するステップと、
前記分離部材隆起を前記係合部材の近位ループと接触させ、前記係合部材の遠位ループを前記保持環から更に離脱させて、前記塞栓装置を配置するステップと、を含む、方法。
(12) カテーテル及び前記塞栓装置を体の内腔内に設置するステップと、
前記カテーテル及び塞栓装置を治療部位に移動させるステップと、を更に含む、実施態様11に記載の方法。
(13) 保持具隆起を前記係合部材上に配置するステップと、
前記係合部材の遠位移動を前記保持具隆起で制限するステップと、を更に含む、実施態様11に記載の方法。
(14) 前記係合部材及び前記分離部材をカテーテル内に配置するステップと、
ノッチを前記カテーテル内に形成するステップと、
前記係合部材の一部を前記ノッチ内に配置するステップと、を更に含み、
前記制限するステップは、
前記保持具隆起が前記ノッチを通過するのを防止するステップと、
前記保持具隆起及び前記ノッチを係合させて遠位移動を制限するステップと、を含む、実施態様13に記載の方法。
Claims (10)
- 塞栓装置を血管内の所定の部位にて設置する塞栓装置配置システムであって、
内部を通って延在する第1のルーメンを有し、かつ、近位端及び遠位端を有する細長い軟性配置カテーテルと、
前記軟性配置カテーテルの前記第1のルーメン内に配設され、かつ、第2のルーメンを形成するノッチセクションと、
保持環を近位端に有する塞栓装置と、
前記第2のルーメン内に部分的に配設された係合部材であって、
前記保持環を通って延在する遠位ループ、及び
前記第1のルーメン内へ延在する近位ループ、を含む、係合部材と、
前記軟性配置カテーテルの前記第1のルーメン内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ、前記近位ループ及び前記遠位ループを通って配設される細長い分離部材であって、前記近位ループと前記遠位ループとの間で前記分離部材上に配設された分離部材隆起を含む、細長い分離部材と、を備え、
前記分離部材が前記遠位ループ内に配設され、前記遠位ループが前記保持環内に配設されたときに、前記塞栓装置は係合位置にあり、
前記分離部材が近位に引き抜かれたときに、前記分離部材は前記遠位ループから抜去され、
前記分離部材隆起は、前記保持環からの前記遠位ループの離脱を支援し、結果的に前記塞栓装置を放出するために前記近位ループに接触する、塞栓装置配置システム。 - 前記第2のルーメンの外側で前記係合部材の近位端上に配設された保持具隆起を更に備え、前記保持具隆起は、遠位方向の前記係合部材の移動を防止する、請求項1に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
- 前記保持具隆起は、前記第2のルーメンよりも大きい少なくとも1つの寸法を含む、請求項2に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
- 前記保持具隆起及び前記分離部材隆起は、互いに干渉を防止するようにサイズ設定される、請求項2に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
- 前記塞栓装置は、塞栓コイルである、請求項1に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
- 塞栓装置を血管内の所定の部位にて設置する塞栓装置配置システムであって、
内部を通って延在する第1のルーメンを有し、かつ、近位端及び遠位端を有する細長い軟性配置カテーテルと、
保持環を近位端に有する塞栓装置と、
収縮状態と拡張状態を有し、かつ、内部を貫通する少なくとも2つの開口を有する拡張可能な部材であって、前記第1のルーメン内に配設され、かつ、前記拡張状態によって前記第1のルーメン内に固定される、拡張可能な部材と、
前記少なくとも2つの開口のうちの少なくとも1つの開口内に部分的に配設された係合部材であって、
前記保持環を通って延在する遠位ループ、及び
前記第1のルーメン内へ延在する近位ループ、を含む、係合部材と、
前記第1のルーメン及び前記少なくとも2つの開口のうちの別の開口内に摺動可能に配設され、かつ、前記近位ループ及び前記遠位ループを通って配設される細長い分離部材であって、前記近位ループと前記遠位ループとの間で前記分離部材上に配設された分離部材隆起を含む、細長い分離部材と、を備え、
前記分離部材が前記遠位ループ内に配設され、前記遠位ループが前記保持環内に配設されたときに、前記塞栓装置は係合位置にあり、
前記分離部材が近位に引き抜かれたとき、前記分離部材は、前記遠位ループから抜去され、
前記分離部材隆起は、前記保持環からの前記遠位ループの離脱を支援し、結果的に前記塞栓装置を放出するために前記近位ループに接触する、塞栓装置配置システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの開口の近位の前記係合部材の近位端上に配設された保持具隆起を更に備え、前記保持具隆起は、遠位方向の前記係合部材の移動を防止する、請求項6に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
- 前記保持具隆起は、前記少なくとも1つの開口よりも大きい少なくとも1つの寸法を含む、請求項7に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
- 前記保持具隆起及び前記分離部材隆起は、互いに干渉を防止するようにサイズ設定される、請求項7に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
- 前記塞栓装置は、塞栓コイルの形を取る、請求項6に記載の塞栓装置配置システム。
