Claims (11)
- 円筒形の濁度計バイアル(10)であって、前記バイアル(10)が、
透明で平坦な底部入口窓(16)、および、円形出口窓(20)を備えた透明な円筒本体(14)を備える透明なバイアル本体(12)と、
前記円筒本体(14)の軸方向長さの一部にわたり、前記出口窓(20)として機能する非遮蔽円筒部分に軸方向で隣接して、前記円筒本体(14)に設けられ、前記バイアル(10)の外側から内側を光学的に遮断する円筒形の光学遮蔽体(30)と
を備え、
前記光学遮蔽体(30)が、前記円筒本体(14)のうち前記出口窓(20)の軸方向上方の部分に設けられる、濁度計バイアル(10)。 - 前記光学遮蔽体(30)の近位遮蔽側に、光吸収構造(34)が設けられる、請求項1に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 前記光学遮蔽体(30)が、前記透明なバイアル本体(12)の外側に取り付けられる遮蔽体シート(32)によって設けられる、請求項1または2に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 前記光学遮蔽体(30)が、前記バイアル本体(12)の周囲の少なくとも270°にわたって設けられ、制御窓(38)が非遮蔽領域によって画定されるように、前記バイアル本体(12)の全周にわたっては設けられない、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 前記光学遮蔽体(30)が、前記バイアル本体(12)の少なくとも上方の3分の1に設けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 前記入口窓(16)が、1つまたは複数の軸方向離間手段(19)によって取り囲まれる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 前記離間手段(19)が、前記入口窓(16)を取り囲む円形膨出部(17)によって設けられる、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 前記バイアル(10)に、前記バイアル本体(12)の上部において開口(13)が設けられ、前記開口(13)が円形フランジ(18)によって取り囲まれる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 前記フランジ(18)の軸方向の厚さ(X18)が、前記バイアルの円筒本体(14)の径方向の厚さ(X14)より大きい、請求項8に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 前記入口窓(16)の窓本体(15)の材料が前記バイアルの円筒本体(14)の材料と異なる、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の濁度計バイアル(10)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の前記濁度計バイアル(10)と、
前記平坦な底部入口窓(16)を通って前記濁度計バイアル(10)内部へと軸方向に入る光線(41)を生成する測定光源(40)と、
試料(27)中に分散されている粒子によって前記光線(41)が散乱された散乱光を検出する散乱光検出装置(42)と、を備える、
比濁分析濁度計(100)。
