前記外容器が、上部開口構成の本体と、該本体の上部に被せた状態で螺合結合することにより上部開口を被覆する構成の蓋体と、を有して成り、
前記蓋体が開口部を有する天板と該天板の縁部から連設状態で垂設する側壁部とを有して成り、
螺合により前記本体と蓋体とが螺合結合した際に当接する本体の上部開口の上端部と蓋体の天板の下面部との間に通気路が設けられた構成であり、
更に、前記外容器の蓋体の天板の開口部に前記液体容器の口部が下方から挿通されて上方に突出した状態で該口部の基部が前記開口部に取り付けられた状態となる構成であり、
