Description

The present invention relates to a speaker cover.

Patent Literature 1 discloses a technique in which a speaker is attached to an opening of a ceiling plate of a building and housed in a space above the ceiling, and a speaker is covered with a speaker cover as a means for suppressing sound leakage from the speaker to the space above the ceiling. Is disclosed. The speaker cover is made of a synthetic resin, and has a cylindrical portion whose axis is oriented in the up-down direction, and a top plate that covers the upper end of the cylindrical portion.

Since the top plate of the speaker cover has a flat plate shape and low rigidity, the speaker cover easily vibrates due to the sound pressure from the speaker, and a sufficient sound leakage suppressing effect cannot be expected.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and has as an object to solve the problem of improving the sound leakage suppression function of a speaker.

The speaker cover of the present invention
A tubular part surrounding the speaker attached to the opening in the ceiling panel,
The curved portion of a vertical cross section forms a curved and a including top plate,
The tubular portion has an upper end edge, and has a substantially circular shape connected all around,
The top plate may be connected to the upper edge of the tubular portion to close an upper end of the tubular portion .

Since the top plate portion includes a curved surface portion having a curved vertical cross-sectional shape, the top plate portion has higher rigidity as compared with the one configured only with a flat surface portion. Therefore, the vibration of the top plate portion caused by the sound pressure by the speaker is small, and sound leakage from the speaker to the space above the ceiling can be sufficiently suppressed.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the speaker cover according to the first embodiment. Top view with speaker cover attached to speaker FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. 2 showing a state in which the speaker cover and the speaker are attached to a ceiling plate. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view corresponding to the line YY of FIG. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the speaker cover according to the second embodiment. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the speaker cover according to the second embodiment, which is turned upside down. Sectional view showing a state where the speaker cover and the speaker of Embodiment 2 are attached to a ceiling plate. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the speaker cover and the speaker according to the second embodiment are attached to a ceiling plate at a position different from FIG. 7.

The speaker cover of the present invention may include a rib formed on the top plate and extending in a radial direction. According to this configuration, the rigidity of the top plate is increased by the ribs, so that the sound leakage suppressing function is improved.

In the speaker cover of the present invention, an end of the rib may be connected to an outer peripheral edge of the top plate. Since the outer peripheral edge of the top plate portion is connected to the cylindrical portion, the rigidity is higher than that of a region inside the outer peripheral edge portion of the top plate portion. Therefore, by connecting the end of the rib to the high rigidity outer peripheral portion, the top plate portion is less likely to vibrate, and the function of suppressing sound leakage is improved.

The speaker cover of the present invention is configured such that a top plate main portion surrounded by the outer peripheral edge portion of the top plate portion has a height difference in a step shape with respect to the outer peripheral edge portion, and the rib includes the top plate portion. The plate body may be formed on a surface recessed with respect to the outer peripheral edge, and an end of the rib may be connected to an inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral edge. According to this configuration, it is possible to secure the protrusion size of the rib at the end of the rib while keeping the protrusion size of the rib within the range of the height difference between the outer peripheral edge portion and the top plate body. Thereby, the rigidity improving function by the rib is sufficiently exhibited.

The speaker cover of the present invention may be configured such that the curved surface portion is curved so as to expand downward. According to this configuration, the height of the speaker cover can be reduced.

The speaker cover of the present invention may include a guiding slope formed on an outer peripheral edge of an upper end portion of the tubular portion and inclined in a vertical direction. According to this configuration, when the speaker cover is attached to the opening from below the ceiling plate, even if the speaker cover is misaligned with respect to the opening, the misalignment can be corrected by the guiding slope.

<実施例1>
<Example 1>
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the speaker cover A according to the first embodiment transmits sound from a speaker 23 attached to an opening 21 of a ceiling panel 20 such as a bathroom to a space 22 above the ceiling panel 20. It is a member for suppressing leakage. Although not shown in detail, the speaker 23 includes a speaker body 24 having cone paper to generate sound, and a substantially annular frame 25 supporting the speaker body 24. The frame 25 is fixed to the opening edge of the opening 21 in the ceiling plate 20 through the attachment 26, and almost the entire speaker 23 (speaker main body 24) is disposed in the space 22 above the ceiling. The speaker cover A is attached so as to cover at least the speaker body 24 from above.

The speaker cover A is a single component made of a synthetic resin, and includes a tubular portion 10 and a top plate 11. The cylindrical portion 10 has an axis oriented in the up-down direction (vertical direction), and the shape of the cylindrical portion 10 in a plan view is substantially circular. On the outer peripheral edge of the upper end portion of the tubular portion 10, a guide slope 12 that is oblique to the axis (vertical line) of the tubular portion 10 is formed. The top plate portion 11 has a form in which the upper end of the cylindrical portion 10 is closed over the entire area, and the shape of the top plate portion 11 in plan view is substantially circular like the cylindrical portion 10. The internal space of the speaker cover A is a housing space 13 in which only the lower surface is open. The speaker cover A is attached to the speaker 23 with the speaker main body 24 accommodated in the accommodation space 13 and the lower end of the tubular portion 10 placed on the upper surface of the outer peripheral edge of the frame 25.

The top plate portion 11 includes a substantially annular outer peripheral edge portion 14 continuing to the upper end edge of the tubular portion 10 and a top plate main body portion 15 surrounded by the outer peripheral edge portion 14 in plan view. The entire area of the outer peripheral edge portion 14 is a flat portion 16. The upper surface of the flat portion 16 forms a flat surface perpendicular to the axis of the tubular portion 10. In the following description, the “outer peripheral portion 14” and the “flat portion 16” indicate the same portion. The top plate body 15 has a circular shape concentric with the top plate 11 in plan view. The entire area of the top plate body 15 is a curved surface 17. In the following description, the “top body 15” and the “curved surface 17” indicate the same part. Therefore, the top plate portion 11 is constituted by one flat surface portion 16 and one curved surface portion 17.

The curved surface portion 17 is stepwise lower than the flat surface portion 16. The curved surface portion 17 is curved so that the height difference from the flat portion 16 gradually increases from the outer peripheral side toward the center side. The curved shape of the curved surface portion 17 is such that the height difference from the flat surface portion 16 changes concentrically with the top plate portion 11 (the cylindrical portion 10). Therefore, the curved surface portion 17 is the lowest at the center thereof, and the height difference between the curved surface portion 17 and the flat surface portion 16 is the largest at the central portion.

When a sound is generated from the speaker main body 24, the sound pressure causes the curved surface portion 17 of the top plate portion 11 to vibrate up and down. The smaller the vibration of the curved surface portion 17 is, the more the sound leakage to the space 22 above the ceiling is suppressed. Therefore, four ribs 18 having a reinforcing function are formed on the curved surface portion 17 as means for suppressing the vibration of the curved surface portion 17. The rib 18 has a form projecting upward from the curved surface portion 17 in a plate shape. That is, the rib 18 is formed only on the upper surface of the top plate 11.

In a plan view, the four ribs 18 extend linearly in the radial direction (radial direction) from the center of the curved surface portion 17 toward the outer periphery, and are arranged at 90 ° intervals in the circumferential direction. The four ribs 18 are connected to each other at the center of the curved surface portion 17. Further, an end on the outer peripheral side of each rib 18 is connected to the inner peripheral surface of the flat portion 16. That is, the ribs 18 are formed only on the upper surface of the curved surface portion 17 and are not formed on the upper surface or the lower surface of the flat surface portion 16.

The height of the protruding ends (upper ends) of all the ribs 18 is constant over the entire length of the ribs 18 and is the same as the upper surface of the flat portion 16. That is, the projecting dimensions of the entire region of the rib 18 fall within the range of the height difference between the upper surface of the flat portion 16 and the upper surface of the curved portion 17. The curved portion 17 vibrates in the vertical direction with its outer peripheral edge (that is, the boundary with the flat portion 16) as a fulcrum. At this time, the curvature of the curved portion 17 tends to change in a vertical cross section. However, since the rigidity of the curved surface portion 17 is increased by the ribs 18 extending in the radial direction, the curvature of the curved surface portion 17 in the vertical cross section is hard to change. Thereby, the vibration of the curved surface portion 17 is suppressed to be small, and the sound leakage to the outside of the speaker cover A is effectively suppressed.

The speaker cover A of the first embodiment includes a cylindrical portion 10 surrounding the speaker 23 attached to the opening 21 of the ceiling plate 20 over the entire circumference, and a curved surface portion 17 having a vertical cross-sectional shape that is curved. And a top plate section 11 for closing the upper end of the tubular section 10. As described above, the top plate portion 11 includes the curved surface portion 17 having a curved vertical cross-sectional shape as shown in FIGS. Is high. Therefore, the vibration of the top plate 11 due to the sound pressure by the speaker 23 is suppressed to a small level, and sound leakage from the speaker 23 to the space 22 above the ceiling can be sufficiently suppressed. Further, since the ribs 18 extending in the radial direction are formed on the top plate portion 11, the ribs 18 increase the rigidity of the top plate portion 11. Thus, the function of the speaker cover A for suppressing sound leakage is improved.

In addition, the tubular portion 10 of the speaker cover A has a substantially rigid shape because it has a substantially circular shape and is connected over the entire circumference, and vibration caused by sound pressure from the speaker 23 is smaller than that of the top plate portion 11. Small. Since the outer peripheral edge portion 14 of the top plate portion 11 is connected to the upper end portion of the cylindrical portion 10 having high rigidity, the rigidity is higher than that of the top plate main portion 15 (curved surface portion 17). Focusing on this point, the radially outer end of the rib 18 was connected to the outer peripheral edge 14. Thereby, the reinforcing function by the rib 18 is improved, so that the curved surface portion 17 (the top plate portion 11) is less likely to vibrate, and the sound leakage suppressing function is improved.

The top plate body 15 of the top plate 11 has a step-like height difference with respect to the outer peripheral edge 14, and the rib 18 is recessed with respect to the outer peripheral edge 14 of the top plate main body 15. The rib 18 has an outer peripheral end connected to the inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral edge 14. According to this configuration, the projecting dimension (vertical dimension) is also set at the outer peripheral end of the rib 18 while keeping the projecting dimension of the rib 18 within the range of the height difference between the outer peripheral edge part 14 and the top plate body part 15. I was able to secure it. Since the reinforcing function is improved as the protrusion size of the rib 18 is larger, the function of improving the rigidity of the top plate 11 by the rib 18 is sufficiently exhibited.

In addition, the curved surface portion 17 is curved so as to swell downward, and the height of the rib 18 is the same as that of the flat portion 16, so that the height of the speaker cover A can be reduced. Further, since the ribs 18 are exposed on the upper surface of the top panel 11, when the speaker cover A is put on the speaker 23, the workability is improved by pinching the ribs 18. Also, since the top surface of the speaker top plate 11 is substantially flat, when the speaker cover A and the speaker main body 24 are assembled and the ceiling plate 20 is to be mounted, the top plate portion 11 faces downward. In this state, the speaker cover A and the speaker 23 can be temporarily placed on the floor. If the speaker main body 24 is temporarily placed in such an orientation, the lower surface of the speaker main body 24 faces upward, so that it is possible to prevent the foreign matter on the floor from damaging the cone of the speaker main body 24.

In addition, a guide slope 12 that is inclined with respect to the vertical direction is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the upper end of the tubular portion 10. The guiding slope 12 is inclined such that the diameter thereof gradually decreases as going upward. Therefore, even when the speaker cover A is displaced in the horizontal direction with respect to the opening 21 when the speaker cover A is attached to the opening 21 from under the ceiling plate 20, the position of the speaker cover A is displaced by the guiding slope 12. Can be corrected. At this time, the speaker cover A and the speaker main body 24 may be attached to the opening 21 of the top plate 20 in an attached state in advance.

<実施例2>
<Example 2>
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The speaker cover B of the second embodiment is obtained by turning the top plate 31 upside down from that of the first embodiment. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, and thus the same configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description of the structures, operations, and effects is omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the curved surface portion 37 (the top plate main body portion 35) constituting the top plate portion 31 is stepwise higher than the flat portion 36 (the outer peripheral edge portion 34). The curved surface portion 37 is curved so that the height difference from the flat portion 36 gradually increases from the outer peripheral side toward the center side. The curved shape of the curved surface portion 37 is such that the height difference from the flat surface portion 36 changes concentrically with the top plate portion 31 (the cylindrical portion 10). Therefore, the curved surface portion 37 is highest at the center thereof, and the height difference between the curved surface portion 37 and the flat portion 36 is maximum at the center portion.

The curved surface portion 37 is formed with four ribs 38 having a reinforcing function. The rib 38 has a form protruding downward from the curved surface portion 37 in a plate shape. The rib 38 is formed only on the lower surface of the top plate 31. The height of the protruding ends (lower ends) of all the ribs 38 is constant over the entire length of the ribs 38 and is the same height as the lower surface of the flat portion 36. That is, the projecting dimension of the entire region of the rib 38 is within the range of the height difference between the lower surface of the flat surface portion 36 and the lower surface of the curved surface portion 37.
