Claims (11)
- 器官における、ボクセルと呼ばれる基本ボリュームの動脈/組織/静脈の動態系の注目量(14)の推定値を生成する方法(100)であって、前記方法(100)は、灌流イメージング解析システムの処理ユニット(4)の処理手段によって実行され、複数のステーション(I、II、III、IV、V)に紐づく灌流データ(12)から前記注目量(14)を推定するステップ(130)を備え、各ステーションは医用イメージング装置によって規定される取得フィールドに対応するボリュームであって、
前記方法は、前記複数のステーションのうちの少なくとも1つのステーションに紐づく灌流データから共通の動脈入力関数を作成するステップ(120)を備え、
前記注目量を推定する前記ステップ(130)は、前記作成された共通の動脈入力関数の関数を使用することを特徴とする方法(100)。 - 共通の動脈入力関数を作成するステップ(120)は前記少なくとも1つのステーションのうちのステーションに固有の動脈入力関数を決定するステップを備え、前記共通の動脈入力関数は前記固有の動脈入力関数から作成される、請求項1に記載の方法(100)。
- 前記灌流イメージング解析システムは前記システムのユーザ(6)に対する出力手段(5)を備え、前記出力手段(5)は前記処理ユニット(4)と協働し、前記方法は、前記出力手段による前記共通の動脈入力関数の出力をもたらす後続のステップ(121)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の方法(100)。
- 前記灌流データ(12)を前処理する予備的なステップ(110)を備え、前記ステップは前記灌流データ(12)を補正するように定められる、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法(100)。
- 注目領域の動脈/組織/静脈の動態系の注目量の推定値を生成する方法(200)であって、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法(100)を備え、前記領域は少なくとも1つのボクセルを備え、前記注目量は請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法(100)を使用してボクセル単位で推定される方法(200)。
- 前記注目領域は前記複数のステーション(I、II、III、IV、V)のうちのいくつかのステーションに亘っている、請求項5に記載の方法(200)。
- 前記灌流イメージング解析システムは前記システムのユーザ(6)に対する出力手段(5)を有し、前記出力手段(5)は前記処理ユニット(4)と協働し、前記方法は、前記注目領域の前記ボクセルに対する前記推定された注目量の、前記出力手段(5)による出力をトリガする後続のステップ(211)を備える、請求項5または6に記載の方法(200)。
- 外部との通信手段と、記憶手段と協働する処理手段と、を有する処理ユニット(4)であって、
前記通信手段は複数のステーション(I、II、III、IV、V)に紐づく灌流データ(12)を前記外部から受信するように適合され、各ステーションは医用イメージング装置によって規定される取得フィールドに対応するボリュームであって、
前記記憶手段は前記処理手段により実行可能または解釈可能な命令を含み、前記処理手段が前記命令の解釈または実行をすることによって請求項5から7のいずれかに記載の方法(200)の実行をすることを特徴とする処理ユニット(4)。 - 前記通信手段は、推定された注目量(14)をユーザ(6)に対して出力するように適合された出力手段(5)に適した形式で、前記推定された注目量(14)を伝達する、請求項8に記載の処理ユニット(4)。
- 請求項8または9に記載の処理ユニット(4)と、前記処理ユニット(4)によって実行される請求項5から7のいずれかに記載の方法により推定された量(14)をユーザ(6)に出力するように適合された出力手段(5)と、を備える灌流イメージング解析システム。
- 請求項8または9に記載の処理ユニット(4)の前記処理手段によって解釈可能または実行可能な1つ以上の命令を備えるコンピュータプログラム製品であって、前記処理ユニット(4)はさらに、記憶手段を備えるか、またはそのような記憶手段と協働し、前記プログラムは前記記憶手段にロード可能であって、前記処理手段が前記命令の解釈または実行をすることによって請求項5から7のいずれかに記載の方法(200)の実行をすることを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム製品。
