Description

The present invention relates to a scaffolding support used for a one-sided scaffold assembled at the time of building construction or repair.

Conventionally, on one side of the scaffold assembled during construction or repair of a building, a pillar having a substantially U-shaped receiving bracket on the side wall is used, and a wedge-type scaffolding material is driven into the receiving bracket and fixed. (Patent Literature 1) and Patent Literature 2 propose using a pillar having a flange on a side wall, sandwiching the flange from above and below with a holding portion of a scaffolding material, and driving in a lock pin to fix the flange.

However, in such a conventional column, since a receiving bracket and a flange protrude from a side wall of the column, a large number of columns are bulky when stacked, which is inconvenient for transportation. In addition, it may be caught on the protruding receiving bracket or flange, which may require a lot of work.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object to provide a scaffold support that is easy to carry and highly convenient.

The present invention includes a side wall, four partition walls, an intermediate side wall, and an opening , the side wall is cylindrical, and a plurality of the side walls are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction, and the partition wall is separated from an axis of the side wall. Each extends radially toward the side wall and is formed along the longitudinal direction, and the intermediate side wall is provided between the side walls and the side wall, does not protrude from the outer periphery of the side wall, and the opening is formed with the side wall. It is formed by a gap with the intermediate side wall, and the partition wall is exposed from the opening .

The intermediate side wall is composed of two first intermediate side walls and two second intermediate side walls, and is formed between adjacent partition walls. The two may be arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the side wall, and the first intermediate side wall and the second intermediate side wall may be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the column.

According to the present invention, the partition wall extends radially from the axis of the side wall toward the side wall and is formed along the longitudinal direction, and the openings are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction between the side walls. Since the partition wall is exposed from the opening and the intermediate side wall does not protrude from the outer periphery of the side wall, the end of the scaffolding material such as a handrail or a bracket is locked in the opening and the inside of the side wall. Since it does not have a fitting, a flange, or the like protruding from the column, it is easy to carry without being bulky even when stacked, and is highly convenient. And by having four partition walls, the strength as a support | pillar is high, and since the material for scaffolds can be fixed from four directions in one place by four partition walls and an intermediate side wall, versatility is high.
The intermediate side wall is composed of two first intermediate side walls and two second intermediate side walls, and is formed between adjacent partition walls. The two are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the side wall, and if the first intermediate side wall and the second intermediate side wall are displaced in the longitudinal direction of the column, for example, the first intermediate side wall and the second intermediate side wall are stepped in different directions of front and rear and left and right Thus, the end of the scaffolding material can be locked, so that versatility is high and a scaffold having substantially the same configuration as that of the related art can be assembled.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The scaffold support of the present invention includes a side wall 1, a partition wall 2, an opening 3, and an intermediate side wall 4.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the scaffolding strut 101 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a partition wall 2 inside a cylindrical side wall 1 located at intervals in the longitudinal direction.
The four partition walls 2 radially extend from the axis O of the side wall 1 toward the side wall 1, and are formed in the longitudinal direction of the scaffolding column 101. Further, the partition walls 2 are arranged at substantially equal intervals.

An opening 3 and an intermediate side wall 4 are provided between the adjacent side walls 1 and 1. The openings 3 are provided at two locations between the adjacent side walls 1 and 1 with an interval in the longitudinal direction, and the partition walls 2 are exposed from the openings 3. The intermediate side wall 4 is provided between the partition walls 2 adjacent to each other between the openings 3. In the scaffolding support 101 of the first embodiment, the intermediate side wall 4 is connected in the circumferential direction and has a cylindrical shape. Then, the intermediate side wall 4 does not protrude from the outer periphery of the side wall 1. In other words, the outer peripheral surface of the partition wall 2 is formed to be the same as the outer peripheral surface of the side wall 1 or on the inner side (on the axis O) than the outer peripheral surface of the side wall 1. The shape of the intermediate side wall 4 is not limited as long as the intermediate side wall 4 does not project from the side wall 1. It is desirable to provide a thickness.

The size of the opening 3 is large enough to insert the wedge portion X1 of the scaffolding material X, and the height dimension of the intermediate side wall 4 is fixed by fitting the wedge portion X1 of the scaffolding material X. It is as big as you can. The wedge portion X <b> 1 inserted from the opening 3 is fitted into a space in a quarter circle in plan formed by the two partition walls 2 and 2 and the intermediate side wall 4. In addition, when connecting a sandwich-type scaffolding material Y formed so as to be able to hold a flange to be described later, the height of the intermediate side wall 4 is set to a size that can be held by the holding portion Y1. The dimension of the intermediate side wall 4 in the height direction is not particularly limited, but a smaller one is better when using the sandwich-type scaffolding material Y than when using a wedge-type scaffolding material X. . When the sandwich-type scaffolding material Y is used and the dimension of the intermediate side wall 4 in the height direction is small, it is desirable to increase the dimension in the thickness direction in consideration of strength.

The side wall 1, the opening 3, the intermediate side wall 4, the opening 3, and the side wall 1 are formed in this order from above to below the scaffold support 101. Assuming that the two openings 3 between the side walls 1 and the intermediate side wall 4 formed therebetween are one attachment part 5, a plurality of attachment parts 5 are provided at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the scaffolding support 101. Scaffolding materials X and Y such as handrails and brackets, which will be described later, can be attached to the attachment portion 5, and the location and number of attachment portions 5 are arbitrarily determined according to the length and use of the scaffolding support 101. May do it.

Next, a scaffold support 102 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the scaffolding support 102 of the second embodiment includes a partition wall 2 inside a cylindrical side wall 1 that is spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, and the adjacent side walls 1, 1. An opening 3 and an intermediate side wall 4 are provided between them, and the opening 3 and the intermediate side wall 4 are the same as the scaffold support 101 of the first embodiment in that they serve as attachment portions 5 for the scaffolding materials X and Y. However, the configurations of the opening 3 and the intermediate side wall 4 are different.

More specifically, the intermediate side wall 4 includes two first intermediate side walls 41, 41 and two second intermediate side walls 42, 42. The first intermediate side wall 41 and the second intermediate side wall 42 are formed in the circumferential direction between the adjacent partition walls 2, respectively, and the first intermediate side walls 41, 41 and the second intermediate side wall 42, 42 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis O of the side wall 4. That is, assuming that the front side is the front side and the back side is the rear side in FIG. 3 for convenience, the first intermediate side walls 41, 41 are formed facing each other at the same position in the height direction, and the second intermediate side wall is formed. 42, 42 are formed to face left and right at the same position in the height direction. The first intermediate side wall 41 and the second intermediate side wall 42 are displaced from each other in the longitudinal direction of the scaffold support 102. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the second intermediate side walls 42, 42 are not formed at the height where the first intermediate side walls 41, 41 are located. Then, between the adjacent side walls 1 and 1, upper and lower sides of the first intermediate side wall 41 and the second intermediate side wall 42 are openings 3 respectively.

When assembling a scaffold, the scaffold support of the present invention can use various scaffold materials conventionally used. For example, when connecting a wedge-shaped scaffolding material X having a wedge portion X1 at the end as shown in FIG. 5 to the scaffolding support 101 of the present invention, first, as shown in FIG. X1 is inserted into the opening 3. Next, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the scaffold material X is hammered and fixed so that the wedge portion X1 is fitted into the space formed by the two partition walls 2 and the intermediate side wall 4. The mounting portion 5 for inserting the wedge portion X1 can select an arbitrary place depending on the configuration of the scaffold, and it is also possible to mount the scaffolding material X to one mounting portion 5 from front, rear, left and right, and a plurality of directions. is there. Since the space in which the wedge portion X1 of the scaffold material X is fitted is a quarter circle in plan view, it is desirable that the shape of the wedge portion X1 also conforms to the shape.
Such a wedge-type scaffolding material X can be applied to the scaffolding support 102 of the second embodiment.

When connecting a sandwich-type scaffolding material Y formed so as to be able to sandwich a flange as shown in FIG. 6 to the scaffold support 101 of the present invention, first, as shown in FIG. The holding portion Y1 formed at the end of the material Y is inserted into the upper and lower openings 3, 3, and the intermediate side wall 4 is held. Then, as shown in FIG. 6 (b), the lock pin P is inserted into the hole Y2 provided in the holding portion Y1, and the quadrangular shape in plan view formed by the two partition walls 2, 2 and the intermediate side wall 4. The scaffolding material Y is fixed by being inserted into the space.
Such a sandwich-type scaffolding material Y can be applied to the scaffolding support 102 of the second embodiment.

According to the scaffold struts 101 and 102 configured as described above, the partition walls 2 extend radially from the axis O of the side wall 1 toward the side wall 1 and are formed along the longitudinal direction. The two side walls 1 are provided between the side walls 1 at an interval in the longitudinal direction. The partition wall 2 is exposed from the opening 3, and the intermediate side wall 4 does not project from the outer periphery of the side wall 1, so that a handrail is provided. It is possible to lock the wedge portion X1 and the sandwiching portion Y1 of the scaffolding materials X and Y such as brackets and brackets inside the opening portion 3 and the side wall 1, and there is no receiving metal fitting or flange protruding from the side wall 1. It is easy to carry without bulking even when stacked, and is convenient. Further, by having the four partition walls 4, the strength as a column is high, and the four partition walls 4 and the intermediate side wall 4 can fix the scaffolding materials X and Y from four directions in one place. High in nature.

The intermediate side wall 4 is a scaffolding support 102 composed of two first intermediate side walls 41, 41 and two second intermediate side walls 42, 42, and the first intermediate side wall 41 and the second intermediate side wall 42 are adjacent to each other. The first intermediate side walls 41, 41 and the second intermediate side walls 42, 42 are formed axially symmetric with respect to the axis O of the side wall 1. If the intermediate side wall 41 and the second intermediate side wall 42 are configured to be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the column, the scaffolding materials X and Y can be locked in different directions, for example, in the front-rear and left-right directions. A scaffold with high versatility and substantially the same configuration as the conventional one can be assembled.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the first intermediate side wall and the second intermediate side wall are described as being provided on the front, rear, left, and right for convenience, but the front, rear, left, and right of the scaffolding support can be freely determined by the structure of the scaffold to be assembled and the scaffolding material.
