Claims (8)
- 互いに電気的に連結されない複数個の第1電極を含む第1電極部が、一面上に露出するように形成された第1絶縁層と、
電気的に連結された複数個の第2電極を含む第2電極部を一面上に備え、前記第1絶縁層と並んで離隔配置される第2絶縁層と、
前記第2絶縁層の他面に位置される第3絶縁層の一面に形成される温度感知部と、
前記第3絶縁層の他面に位置される第4絶縁層の一面に形成され、前記第1及び第2電極部を加熱するヒータ部と、を含み、
前記複数個の第1電極のいずれか一つは、第1電気接続端子に電気的に連結され、
前記複数個の第2電極は、第2電気接続端子に電気的に連結され、
複数個の前記第1電極と複数個の前記第2電極は、互いに対応されるよう配置され、前記第1電極間に溜まる粒子状物質により、前記第1電極が電気的に連結され、 前記複数個の第1電極と前記複数個の第2電極との間の静電容量が変化される粒子状物質センサ。 - 前記複数個の第1電極及び前記複数個の第2電極は、それぞれ前記第1及び第2絶縁層の長手方向に並んで配列され、
前記複数個の第1電極及び前記複数個の第2電極の配列は、前記第1及び第2絶縁層の幅方向に互いに対応されるように配列される請求項1に記載の粒子状物質センサ。 - 前記第1電極間に粒子状物質が順次に堆積されることで、前記第1電極が電気的に連結され、前記第1電極の面積が広くなるにつれて前記第1電極と前記第2電極と間の静電容量が増大される請求項1に記載の粒子状物質センサ。
- 前記第1絶縁層と前記第2絶縁層との間に位置される誘電層を、更に含む請求項1に記載の粒子状物質センサ。
- 前記第1絶縁層及び前記誘電層には、前記複数個の第2電極を第2電気接続端子に電気的に連結するための第1ビアホールが形成される請求項4に記載の粒子状物質センサ。
- 前記第4絶縁層には、前記ヒータ部に電気的に連結される第3電気接続端子及び第4電気接続端子、そして前記第3及び第4電気接続端子と電気的に連結されない第5電気接続端子が形成され、
第3絶縁層には、前記温度感知部を前記第4絶縁層上の前記第3電気接続端子及び前記第5電気接続端子と電気的に連結するための第2ビアホールが形成される請求項5に記載の粒子状物質センサ。 - 前記温度感知部の面積は、前記ヒータ部の面積範囲内に設定される請求項1に記載の粒子状物質センサ。
- 排気マニホールドと、
前記排気マニホールドから排出される排気ガス内に含まれる微粒子を除去する排気ガス微粒子フィルタと、
前記排気ガス微粒子フィルタに連結される流出側排気管に設けられ、前記排気ガス微粒子フィルタを通過して下流側に抜け出る粒子状物質を検出する粒子状物質センサと、を含み、
前記粒子状物質センサは、
互いに電気的に連結されない複数個の第1電極を含む第1電極部が、一面上に露出するように形成された第1絶縁層と、
電気的に連結された複数個の第2電極を含む第2電極部を一面上に備え、前記第1絶縁層と並んで離隔配置される第2絶縁層と、
前記第2絶縁層の他面上に位置される第3絶縁層上に形成される温度感知部と、
前記第3絶縁層の他面上に位置される第4絶縁層上に形成される前記第1及び第2電極部を加熱するヒータ部と、含み、
前記複数個の第1電極のいずれか一つは、第1電気接続端子に電気的に連結され、
前記複数個の第2電極は第2電気接続端子に電気的に連結され、
複数個の前記第1電極と複数個の前記第2電極は、互いに対応されるように配置され、前記第1電極間に溜まる粒子状物質により、前記第1電極が電気的に連結され、前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間の静電容量が変化され、前記変化される静電容量を測定することによって、前記粒子状物質を検出する排気ガス浄化システム。
