Description

前記少なくとも3つの検出プローブの第二セットは、配列番号45のヌクレオチド配列からなる第五検出プローブ、配列番号46のヌクレオチド配列からなる第六検出プローブ、及び配列番号50のヌクレオチド配列からなる第七検出プローブを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの第二ヌクレオチドが、前記少なくとも1つのヌクレオチドの位置から独立している、角膜ジストロフィーに関連する第二一塩基多型(SNP)に相当するT前記GFβI遺伝子の第二の特定の位置に位置しており、そして、
前記少なくとも3つの検出プローブの前記第二セットのうちの少なくとも2つの検出プローブが、前記TGFβI遺伝子の前記第二の特定の位置のそれぞれの変異を検出するように設計されている、前記TGFβI遺伝子中に存在する少なくとも1つの第二ヌクレオチドの同一性を決定することと;
を含む、ヒト対象由来のサンプルにおける角膜ジストロフィーに関連するゲノム変異の検出方法。
