Description
以下、図1から図8を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る空調装置100について説明する。
冷房運転時には、冷凍サイクル2は、冷房モードに切り換えられる。冷房モードでは、冷凍サイクル2内の冷媒は、図4に太実線で示すように循環する。
暖房運転時には、冷凍サイクル2は、ヒートポンプ暖房モードに切り換えられる。暖房運転時には、いわゆる外気吸熱ヒートポンプ運転が実行される。ヒートポンプ暖房モードでは、冷凍サイクル2内の冷媒及び温水サイクル4内の温水は、図5に太実線で示すように循環する。
除湿暖房運転時には、冷凍サイクル2は、第1運転モードとしての除湿暖房モードにて運転され、第2運転モードとしての冷房モードに一時的に切り換えられる。除湿暖房モードと冷房モードとの切り換えについては、図8を参照しながら後で詳細に説明する。また、冷房モードは、冷房運転の場合と同様であるため、ここでは詳細な説明を省略する。除湿暖房モードでは、冷凍サイクル2内の冷媒及び温水サイクル4内の温水は、図6に太実線で示すように循環する。
以下、図9から図11を参照して、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る空調装置200について説明する。以下に示す各実施形態では、第1の実施形態と異なる点を中心に説明し、同様の機能を有する構成には同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (12)
- 車両に搭載される空調装置であって、
冷媒を圧縮する圧縮機と、
冷媒と外気との間で熱交換を行う室外熱交換器と、
前記車両の車室に導かれる空気の熱を冷媒に吸収させることで冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器と、
前記車室に導かれる空気を前記圧縮機にて圧縮された冷媒の熱を用いて加熱する加熱器と、
前記室外熱交換器の下流に配置され、前記室外熱交換器から導かれる冷媒を液相冷媒と気相冷媒とに分離させて液相冷媒を貯留する受液器と、
前記加熱器と前記室外熱交換器との間に設けられ、冷媒を減圧膨張させる絞り機構と、
前記室外熱交換器と前記蒸発器との間に設けられ、前記室外熱交換器を通過した冷媒を減圧膨張させる膨張弁と、
を備え、
除湿要求がある場合に、前記絞り機構が冷媒の流れを絞る状態で、前記蒸発器にて冷媒を蒸発させると共に前記加熱器にて放熱する第1運転モードから、前記絞り機構が冷媒の流れを絞らない状態で、前記蒸発器にて冷媒を蒸発させると共に前記受液器への液相冷媒の貯留を促進する第2運転モードに、一時的に切り換える、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項1に記載の空調装置であって、
前記絞り機構をバイパスするように冷媒の流路を切り換える流路切換弁を更に備え、
前記第1運転モードでは、前記流路切換弁は、冷媒が前記絞り機構を通過するように切り換えられ、
前記第2運転モードでは、前記流路切換弁は、冷媒が前記絞り機構をバイパスするように切り換えられる、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項1に記載の空調装置であって、
前記絞り機構は、開度を調節可能な電気式絞り機構であり、
前記第1運転モードでは、前記電気式絞り機構は、冷媒の流れを絞るように調節され、
前記第2運転モードでは、前記電気式絞り機構は、冷媒の流れを絞らないように調節される、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の空調装置であって、
前記第2運転モードには、前記第1運転モードにて、前記蒸発器の温度が設定温度よりも高くなった場合に切り換えられる、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項4に記載の空調装置であって、
前記蒸発器の温度を検出する蒸発器温度検出器を更に備え、
前記第1運転モードにて、前記蒸発器温度検出器が検出した温度が前記設定温度よりも高くなった場合に、前記第2運転モードに切り換えられる、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の空調装置であって、
前記第2運転モードには、前記第1運転モードにて、前記蒸発器の温度が前記設定温度よりも高い状態が設定時間以上継続した場合に切り換えられる、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の空調装置であって、
前記車室に導かれる空気の加熱を補助する補助加熱器を更に備え、
前記第2運転モードでは、前記補助加熱器が、前記蒸発器を通過して前記車室に導かれる空気を加熱する、

前記補助加熱器は、前記車室に導かれる空気を直接加熱する空気式ヒータ、前記車室に導かれる空気を加熱するための温水を加熱する温水ヒータ、及び前記車両の内燃機関の排熱を使用して前記車室に導かれる空気を加熱する温水式熱交換器の少なくともいずれか一つである、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の空調装置であって、
前記空調装置の起動時に前記除湿要求がある場合には、前記第2運転モードにて運転を開始する、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の空調装置であって、
前記膨張弁は、前記蒸発器を通過した冷媒の温度に応じて開度が調節される温度式膨張弁である、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の空調装置であって、
前記蒸発器の上流の冷媒と下流の冷媒との間で熱交換を行う内部熱交換器を更に備える、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一つに記載の空調装置であって、
前記第1運転モードでは、
前記加熱器は、前記圧縮機が吐出した高圧冷媒と前記車室へ導かれる空気とを熱交換させ、
前記絞り機構は、前記加熱器から導出された冷媒を減圧膨張させ、
前記室外熱交換器には、前記絞り機構にて減圧膨張した中間圧冷媒が流入し、
前記受液器は、前記室外熱交換器から導出された冷媒を気相冷媒と液相冷媒に分離させ、
前記膨張弁は、前記受液器から導かれる液相冷媒を減圧膨張させ、
前記蒸発器は、前記膨張弁にて減圧膨張した低圧冷媒と前記車室へ導かれる空気とを熱交換させて冷媒を蒸発させ、
前記圧縮機には、気相冷媒が導かれ、
前記第2運転モードでは、
前記加熱器は、前記圧縮機が吐出した高圧冷媒が通過し、
前記室外熱交換器には、前記加熱器を通過した高圧冷媒が流入し、
前記受液器は、前記室外熱交換器から導出された冷媒を気相冷媒と液相冷媒に分離させて液相冷媒を貯留し、
前記膨張弁は、前記受液器から導かれる液相冷媒を減圧膨張させ、
前記蒸発器は、前記膨張弁にて減圧膨張した低圧冷媒と前記車室へ導かれる空気とを熱交換させて冷媒を蒸発させ、
前記圧縮機には、気相冷媒が導かれる、
ことを特徴とする空調装置。
