Description
Claims (6)
- 輸液ライン内の液体を送液するポンプ部と、
前記輸液ラインに配置され、該輸液ライン内の圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
前記圧力検出部の圧力値が設定圧力以上になった場合に、前記ポンプ部の駆動を停止し、その停止期間中における前記圧力検出部が検出する圧力値に基づき輸液状態を判別する判別処理部と、を備え、
前記判別処理部は、前記停止期間中における前記輸液ライン内の圧力値が、前記設定圧力の所定の割合以下となる時間を計測し、計測した時間が所定の期間閾値以下であった場合に、前記液体の生体管腔外への漏れが発生したと判定する
ことを特徴とする輸液状態検出システム。 - 輸液ライン内の液体を送液するポンプ部と、
前記輸液ラインに配置され、該輸液ライン内の圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
前記圧力検出部の圧力値が設定圧力以上になった場合に、前記ポンプ部の駆動を停止し、その停止期間中における前記圧力検出部が検出する圧力値に基づき輸液状態を判別する判別処理部と、を備え、
前記判別処理部は、送液停止状態となった時点から所定の期間閾値を経過した時点での前記輸液ライン内の圧力値が所定の圧力判別閾値以下の場合に、前記液体の生体管腔外への漏れが発生したと判定する
ことを特徴とする輸液状態検出システム。 - 輸液ライン内の液体を送液するポンプ部と、
前記輸液ラインに配置され、該輸液ライン内の圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
前記圧力検出部の圧力値が設定圧力以上になった場合に、前記ポンプ部の駆動を停止し、その停止期間中における前記圧力検出部が検出する圧力値に基づき輸液状態を判別する判別処理部と、を備え、
前記判別処理部は、前記停止期間中における前記輸液ライン内の圧力値の変化率が所定の変化率閾値以上であった場合に、前記液体の生体管腔外への漏れが発生したと判定する
ことを特徴とする輸液状態検出システム。 - 輸液ライン内の液体を送液するポンプ部と、
前記輸液ラインに配置され、該輸液ライン内の圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
前記圧力検出部の圧力値が設定圧力以上になった場合に、前記ポンプ部の駆動を停止し、その停止期間中における前記圧力検出部が検出する圧力値に基づき輸液状態を判別する判別処理部と、を備え、
前記判別処理部は、前記停止期間の終了後に前記ポンプ部の駆動を再開し、その再開後に前記圧力検出部が検出する圧力値が上昇した場合に、前記輸液ラインの閉塞が発生したと判定する
ことを特徴とする輸液状態検出システム。 - 輸液ライン内の液体を送液するポンプ部と、
前記輸液ラインに配置され、該輸液ライン内の圧力を検出する圧力検出部と、
前記圧力検出部の圧力値が設定圧力以上になった場合に、前記ポンプ部の駆動を停止し、その停止期間中における前記圧力検出部が検出する圧力値に基づき輸液状態を判別する判別処理部と、を備え、
前記判別処理部は、前記設定圧力を、前記ポンプ部の前記液体の送液量に基づき自動的に設定する
ことを特徴とする輸液状態検出システム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の輸液状態検出システムにおいて、
前記圧力検出部は、生体の体内に挿入される前記輸液ラインの挿入部の近傍位置に配置される
ことを特徴とする輸液状態検出システム。
