Claims (9)
- 操縦可能な電気手術用電極であって、ハンドルと、制御部材と、第1管体と、第2管体と、第3管体と、電極と、送電ユニットとを含み、
前記ハンドルが、第1近位端部、第1遠位端部、外側表面、内側表面、収容空間、開口部を備え、前記内側表面に平坦区域が設けられ、
前記制御部材が、制御端と位置決め端を備え、前記位置決め端が前記収容空間内に配置され、かつ複数の位置決め平面を備え、前記制御端が前記開口部から突出され、前記制御部材のいずれかの前記位置決め平面が前記平坦区域に回動可能に当接されるように、前記制御部材が第1ピンにより前記ハンドルに軸着され、
前記第1管体が第2近位端部と第2遠位端部を備え、前記第2近位端部が第2ピンにより前記制御部材に軸着され、前記第2遠位端部が前記ハンドルの前記第1近位端部から離れるように延伸され、
前記第2管体が、前記第1管体の周囲に配置され第3近位端部と第3遠位端部を備え、前記第3近位端部が前記ハンドルの第1遠位端部に連結され、前記第3遠位端部が前記ハンドルの第1近位端部から離れるように延伸され、
前記第3管体が第4近位端部と第4遠位端部を備え、前記第4近位端部が前記第1管体の第2遠位端部と前記第2管体の第3遠位端部に隣接するように、前記第3管体が前記第1管体と前記第2管体の遠位側に配置され、
前記電極が前記第3管体の第4遠位端部に配置され、
前記送電ユニットが電源コネクタと電線を含み、前記電線が、前記収容空間と、前記第1管体および前記第3管体の内側を通過して、前記電極に電気的に接続される、
ことを特徴とする、操縦可能な電気手術用電極。 - 前記制御部材が、前記複数の位置決め平面に対応する複数のロック孔を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操縦可能な電気手術用電極。
- さらに前記ハンドル上に設置されたロック部材を含み、前記ロック部材が前記複数のロック孔のいずれかに動作可能に係合されるように形成されたロックピンを備え、前記制御部材の回動を規制することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の操縦可能な電気手術用電極。
- さらに第5近位端部と第5遠位端部を備えた第1リンクと、第6近位端部と第6遠位端部を備えた第2リンクを含み、そのうち、前記第1リンクの前記第5近位端部が前記第2管体の第3遠位端部に軸着され、前記第1リンクの前記第5遠位端部が前記第3管体の前記第4近位端部に軸着され、前記第2リンクの前記第6近位端部が前記第1管体の前記第2遠位端部に軸着され、前記第2リンクの前記第6遠位端部が前記第3管体の前記第4近位端部に軸着される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操縦可能な電気手術用電極。
- 前記第1リンクの前記第5遠位端部と、前記第2リンクの前記第6遠位端部が、前記第3管体の前記第4近位端部の異なる位置に軸着されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の操縦可能な電気手術用電極。
- 前記制御部材の前記位置決め端が、2つ以上の位置決め平面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操縦可能な電気手術用電極。
- 前記制御部材の前記位置決め端が、3つ以上の位置決め平面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操縦可能な電気手術用電極。
- 前記制御部材の前記位置決め端が、4つ以上の位置決め平面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操縦可能な電気手術用電極。
- 前記制御部材の前記位置決め端が、5つ以上の位置決め平面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の操縦可能な電気手術用電極。
