Claims (13)
- 光を出力するように適応された少なくとも1つのレーザと、
入射光によって励起されるときに光を発する画素化発光スクリーンと、
前記少なくとも1つのレーザからの光を前記画素化発光スクリーンへと向け直し且つ分配するように適応された、少なくとも1つの光学コンポーネントと
を有し、
前記画素化発光スクリーンは、
離隔された側端を有して互いに隣接配置された複数の発光画素であり、各画素が発光材料を有する、複数の発光画素と、
熱伝導材料から形成されたヒートシンクであり、前記複数の発光画素の間に、隣接する画素の側端と接触するように位置付けられたヒートシンクと
を有し、
前記複数の発光画素の各々が、
光を出力するように適応されたフロント光出力面、及び
前記フロント光出力面の反対側の裏面
を有し、
前記ヒートシンクは、前記複数の発光画素の各々の前記裏面を少なくとも部分的に覆っており、前記ヒートシンクは、少なくとも1つの開口を有し、前記少なくとも1つの開口は、光がそれを通り抜けて前記複数の発光画素の各々の前記裏面に入射することを可能にするように適応されており、
少なくとも部分的に透明な層が、前記複数の発光画素の各々の前記フロント光出力面を少なくとも部分的に覆っている、
照明システム。 - 前記複数の発光画素の前記フロント光出力面は平坦でない、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数の発光画素の前記側端は、発光画素の前記フロント光出力面の面積が該発光画素の前記裏面の面積よりも大きくなるようにテーパー状にされている、請求項1又は2に記載の照明システム。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に透明な層は平坦でない、を更に有する請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に透明な層は、レンズ状構造のアレイを有する、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に透明な層は、2W・m−1・K−1よりも高い、好ましくは10W・m−1・K−1よりも高い、より好ましくは40W・m−1・K−1よりも高い、さらに好ましくは100W・m−1・K−1よりも高い熱伝導率を持つ材料から形成されている、請求項1に記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数の発光画素の各々は、同じ発光材料を有する、請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数の発光画素のうちの少なくとも1つは更に、少なくとも部分的に透明な非発光材料を有する、請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数の発光画素のうちの少なくとも1つは更に反射材料を有する、請求項1乃至8の何れかに記載の照明システム。
- 前記複数の発光画素は、異なる形状及び/又は大きさのものを含む、請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の照明システム。
- それぞれ第1及び第2のレーザ光を出力するように適応された第1及び第2のレーザと、
前記第1及び第2のレーザ光を前記画素化発光スクリーンのうちの異なる組の発光画素へと分配するように適応された複数の光学コンポーネントと、
を有する請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載の照明システム。 - 前記熱伝導材料の熱伝導率は、10W・m−1・K−1よりも高く、好ましくは40W・m−1・K−1よりも高く、さらに好ましくは100W・m−1・K−1よりも高い、請求項1乃至11の何れかに記載の照明システム。
- 光を出力するように適応された少なくとも1つのレーザと、前記少なくとも1つのレーザからの光を画素化発光スクリーンへと向け直し且つ分配するように適応された少なくとも1つの光学コンポーネントと、を有する照明システム用の画素化発光スクリーンを製造する方法であって、
離隔された側端を有して互いに隣接配置された複数の発光画素を設ける工程であり、当該複数の発光画素の各々が、光を出力するように適応されたフロント光出力面と、該フロント光出力面の反対側の裏面とを有する、工程と、
熱伝導材料からヒートシンクを形成する工程であり、当該ヒートシンクが、前記複数の発光画素の各々の前記裏面を少なくとも部分的に覆い、且つ前記複数の発光画素の間に、隣接する画素の側端と接触するように位置付けられるようにされる、工程と、
前記ヒートシンク内に少なくとも1つの開口を形成する工程であり、当該少なくとも1つの開口が、光がそれを通り抜けて前記複数の発光画素の各々の前記裏面に入射することを可能にするように適応される、工程と、
前記複数の発光画素の各々の前記フロント光出力面を少なくとも部分的に覆う少なくとも部分的に透明な層を設ける工程と、
を有する方法。
