Description
図1は、本実施の形態1に係る水系電池1を示す分解斜視図である。この図1に示すように、水系電池1は、ケース2と、ケース2内に収納された電極体3と、電極体3に挿入された複数の位置決め部材6とを含む。
図4などを用いて、実施の形態2に係る水系電池1Aについて説明する。図4は、水系電池1Aの電極体3Aを示す一部を断面視した側面図である。また、図5は、図4のV−V線における断面図である。
図11および図12を用いて、実施の形態3に係る水系電池1Bについて説明する。図11は、実施の形態3に係る水系電池1Bを示し、一部を断面視した側面図である。この図11に示すように、水系電池1Bのケース2の上面には、安全弁75および注入部76とが形成されている。安全弁75は、ケース2内の内圧が所定圧以上になった際に開弁してケース2内のガスを外部に排気する。注入部76は、製造過程において、電解液を注入する際に用いられる。
Claims (1)
- 正極板と、セパレータと、負極板とが積層方向に積層された電極体と、
前記電極体を収納する収納ケースと、
前記電極体に挿入されると共に前記積層方向に延びる絶縁性の位置決め部材と、
を備え、
前記電極体を前記積層方向から離れた位置から視ると、前記セパレータは、前記正極板および前記負極板のいずれとも対向する対向部分と、前記対向部分と隣り合うと共に前記正極板および前記負極板のいずれとも対向しない非対向部分とを含み、
前記位置決め部材は、前記セパレータと前記非対向部分を通るように設けられ、
前記位置決め部材は、前記積層方向に延びる軸部と、前記軸部から突出すると共に所定の間隔をあけて形成された複数の支持部とを含み、
前記セパレータは、前記支持部によって支持された、水系電池。
