Description
積層造形システムは、層毎に三次元物体を生成する。幾つかの3D印刷技術において、構築材料(例えば、粉末)が3D物体を形成するために選択的に融解されることができ、未融解の構築材料が構築プロセス後に残されるかもしれない。
図1Aに示されるように、一例による三次元(3D)印刷システム100(又は積層造形システム)は、手押し車(トロリー)102、3Dプリンタ104及び材料管理ステーション106を含む。材料管理ステーション106は構築材料を管理する。
Claims (15)
- 積層造形プロセスにおいて構築材料を用いて構築された物体を開梱するための装置であって、
開梱隔室と、
構築された物体の周りから未融解構築材料を吸引することにより回収するために前記開梱隔室内で操作するための収集ホースと、
前記収集ホースにより回収された未融解構築材料を受け取るために、前記収集ホースに結合された回収構築材料タンクと、
前記収集ホースを操作するためにユーザのアクセスを可能にするために少なくとも部分的に開くように前記開梱隔室を画定するハウジングと、
前記開梱隔室の外側の空気から前記開梱隔室の方へ前記開梱隔室を横切る層流を生成するための隔室気流ポンプとを含み、
前記装置が、回収された未融解構築材料を前記回収構築材料タンクから積層造形プロセスのために提供する、装置。 - 前記収集ホースにより回収された未融解構築材料を受け取るために前記収集ホースに結合可能なオーバーフロータンクを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記収集ホースから前記回収構築材料タンクへ及び前記オーバーフロータンクへの流体連絡を選択的に可能にするための切り換え弁を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記収集ホースを前記回収構築材料タンクに結合するための導管を含む、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記収集ホースに吸引力を生成するための吸引ポンプを含む、請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- ダストフィルタを含み、
前記隔室気流ポンプが、前記装置内に粉末を閉じ込めるために前記開梱隔室および前記ダストフィルタを通る層流を生成する、請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の装置。 - 積層造形プロセスにおいて使用され、且つ構築材料の部分が前記積層造形プロセスにおいて融解される構築プラットフォームを含む手押し車を受容するための手押し車ドックを含み、前記手押し車ドックが、使用中に前記構築プラットフォームを前記開梱隔室に面して位置決めすることができる、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記収集ホースが、前記構築プラットフォーム上の構築済み物体の周りから未融解構築材料を吸引することにより回収するために、前記開梱隔室内で操作することができる、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 新しい構築材料の供給タンクを受容するためのインターフェースと、前記手押し車の構築材料貯蔵部に供給するための、前記回収構築材料タンクからの未融解構築材料を前記新しい構築材料の供給タンクからの新しい構築材料と混合するための混合タンクとを含む、請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記混合タンクが、未融解構築材料を新しい構築材料と混合するための混合ブレードを含む、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 構築済み物体および未融解構築材料をコンテナから受け取るために、使用中に前記開梱隔室に面する開梱プラットフォームを含み、前記収集ホースが、前記コンテナから前記開梱プラットフォーム上に置かれた構築済み物体の周りから未融解構築材料を吸引することにより回収するために前記開梱隔室内で操作することができる、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記積層造形プロセスを実行するための3Dプリンタから分離した材料管理ステーションとして提供される、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の装置。
- 積層造形プロセスにおいて構築材料を用いて構築された物体を開梱する方法であって、
構築材料管理装置の開梱隔室に面する表面上で、構築された物体および未融解構築材料を受け止め、
回収構築材料タンクに結合された収集ホースに吸引力を生成し、且つ前記開梱隔室の外側の空気から前記開梱隔室の方へ前記開梱隔室を横切る層流を生成するように前記材料管理装置を動作させ、
構築された物体の周りから未融解構築材料を吸引することにより回収するために前記開梱隔室内で前記収集ホースを操作することを含む、方法。 - 積層造形プロセスにおいて構築材料を用いて構築された物体を開梱する方法であって、
構築プラットフォーム、構築材料貯蔵部、及び前記構築プラットフォーム上の構築された物体と未融解構築材料を含む手押し車を構築材料管理装置にドッキングし、
前記構築材料管理装置の開梱隔室の底部に前記構築プラットフォームを位置決めし、
前記構築材料管理装置内に位置する回収構築材料タンクに結合された収集ホースに吸引力を生成するように前記構築材料管理装置を動作させ、
前記構築プラットフォーム上の構築された物体の周りから未融解構築材料を吸引することにより回収するために前記開梱隔室内で前記収集ホースを操作することを含む、方法。 - 前記構築材料管理装置に設けられた混合タンクにおいて、前記回収構築材料タンクからの未融解構築材料を、前記構築材料管理装置のインターフェースにより受容された新しい構築材料の供給タンクからの新しい構築材料と混合し、
混合された構築材料を前記構築材料貯蔵部に供給することを更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
