Description
Claims (5)
- 3D印刷装置を使用して物体を製造するための、押出ベースの付加製造方法であって、前記3D印刷装置が、隣接配置された1つ以上の印刷材料のフィラメントを堆積させるように構成されているノズルを備え、前記方法は、
前記物体の少なくとも1つの層を形成するために、前記隣接配置された1つ以上の印刷材料のフィラメントを堆積させるステップと、
前記ノズルの少なくとも1つの外部表面を、前記少なくとも1つの層の周縁部に当接させるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの層の前記周縁部の少なくとも一部分に沿って、及び、前記少なくとも1つの層内に所定の距離で、前記ノズルを案内するステップと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ノズルが、第1の軸に沿って伸長しており、前記方法は、
前記ノズルを、前記第1の軸に沿って所定の距離で案内するステップを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも、前記少なくとも1つの層の前記周縁部に沿って、及び、前記少なくとも1つの層内に所定の距離で前記ノズルを案内する前記ステップの間に、前記ノズルを冷却するステップを更に含む、
請求項1及び2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 命令を含むコンピュータプログラムであって、前記命令は、前記プログラムが3D印刷装置によって実行されると、前記3D印刷装置に、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法における全てのステップを実施させる、コンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項4に記載のコンピュータプログラムを記憶している、コンピュータ可読データキャリア。
