Description
Claims (5)
- ガラス粉末とセラミック粉末とを含む複合粉末において、
ガラス粉末の含有量が30〜60体積%であり、
セラミック粉末の含有量が40〜70体積%であり、
ガラス粉末が、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 10〜30%、B2O3 20超〜40%、SrO+BaO 20〜40%、Al2O3 0〜10%、ZnO 1〜15%を含有し、
且つ光反射基材に用いることを特徴とする複合粉末。 - セラミック粉末として、アルミナとジルコニアを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合粉末。
- 複合粉末を含むグリーンシートにおいて、
複合粉末が請求項1又は2に記載の複合粉末であることを特徴とするグリーンシート。 - 複合粉末の焼結体からなる光反射基材において、
複合粉末が請求項1又は2に記載の複合粉末であることを特徴とする光反射基材。 - 請求項4に記載の光反射基材を備えることを特徴とする発光デバイス。
