Description
Claims (7)
- 入力側と出力側とを有するブリッジ整流器と、整流器の出力側の両端間に接続されたスイッチトキャパシタラインとを含み、スイッチトキャパシタラインは、キャパシタと、充電脚と、スイッチ式放電脚とを含み、充電脚は、トランジスタが導通しているとき、実質的に一定の充電電流を維持するように制御されるトランジスタを内蔵し、ブリッジ整流器からの出力が、所定値よりも大きく、キャパシタの出力より高いとき、一定電流におけるキャパシタの充電が生じ、一旦キャパシタの充電が整流器のキャパシタへの出力を超える点に達すると、充電が停止し、キャパシタの充電が維持されるようにスイッチ式放電脚が制御され、その後、スイッチ式放電脚のスイッチを制御してキャパシタの放電を許容することを特徴とする、電気変換に使用される装置。
- トランジスタのベースに印加される電圧が、少なくとも部分的に、ツェナーダイオードによって制御されるように、トランジスタが接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- トランジスタのベースに印加される電圧が、少なくとも部分的に、抵抗器に基づく分圧器を用いて制御されるように、トランジスタが接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 充電が生じる期間が、ブリッジ整流器からのピーク出力電圧に関して、実質的に対称であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 電気機器または電子機器のための電源の一部を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 入力側と出力側とを有するブリッジ整流器と、整流器の出力側の両端間に接続されたスイッチトキャパシタラインとを準備することを含み、スイッチトキャパシタラインは、キャパシタと、充電脚と、スイッチ式放電脚とを含み、充電脚は、トランジスタを内蔵しており、トランジスタが導通しているとき、実質的に一定の充電電流を維持するように、トランジスタを制御し、ブリッジ整流器からキャパシタへの出力が、所定値よりも大きく、キャパシタの出力より高いとき、一定電流でのキャパシタの充電が生じ、一旦キャパシタの充電がキャパシタへの整流器の出力を超える点に達すると、充電が停止し、キャパシタの充電が維持されるようにスイッチ式放電脚が制御され、その後、スイッチ式放電脚のスイッチを制御してキャパシタの放電を許容することを特徴とする電気変換方法。
- 充電が生じる期間が、ブリッジ整流器からのピーク出力電圧について、実質的に対称であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
