Description
青森県産のアイ(タデ科Persicaria tinctoria)について、花が咲いてから、花と、花の近くの茎や葉を共に刈り取り、乾燥させ、適当な大きさに裁断した。
実施例1と同様にしてアイ(タデ科Persicaria tinctoria)の花と茎と葉を乾燥させたのち、適当な大きさに裁断し、1回焙煎した。
実施例1と同様にしてアイ(タデ科Persicaria tinctoria)の花と茎と葉を乾燥させたのち、適当な大きさに裁断し、2回焙煎した。
青森県産のアイ(タデ科Persicaria tinctoria)について、花がつく前に、葉と茎を共に刈り取り、乾燥させ、適当な大きさに裁断した。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1のアイ組成物について、お湯を注ぎ、成分を抽出してお茶として飲んだ。その結果、比較例1は生臭く青くさかったが、実施例1では生臭さ、青臭さが少なくなり、実施例2、3では生臭さ、青臭さが感じられず、美味しかった。また、実施例3では、実施例2に比べて、風味が更によくなり美味しかった。すなわち、本発明によれば、美味しく効果的に摂取できることがわかった。

- アイ(タデ科Persicaria tinctoria)の葉と茎と花の乾燥物を含むことを特徴とするアイ茶。
- アイ(タデ科Persicaria tinctoria)の葉と茎と花の乾燥焙煎物を含むことを特徴とするアイ組成物またはアイ茶。
- アイ(タデ科Persicaria tinctoria)の葉と茎と花を乾燥させることを特徴とするアイ茶の製造方法。
- アイ(タデ科Persicaria tinctoria)の葉と茎と花を乾燥させたのち焙煎することを特徴とするアイ組成物またはアイ茶の製造方法。
