[Acrylic resin emulsion (A)]
The acrylic resin emulsion (A) used in the present invention is an unsaturated carboxylic acid such as acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid or itaconic acid containing an acrylate monomer, and monoesters thereof, styrene and α. -Synthesized by polymerizing unsaturated group-containing polymerizable monomers such as styrenes such as methylstyrene, vinyltoluene and chlorostyrene, vinyl esters such as vinyl acetate, vinyl ethers such as methyl vinyl ether, ethyl vinyl ether and butyl vinyl ether. Aqueous acrylic resin emulsions such as acrylic ester copolymer resins, vinyl acetate/acrylic ester copolymer resins, and silicone-modified acrylic resins can be used. The resin solid content in the entire jet black water-based coating material composition of the present invention is preferably 1.0 to 15.0% by weight, and when it is less than 1.0% by weight, tackiness and coating workability are lowered, and 15.0% by weight. When the content is more than wt%, the viscosity is lowered, the coating workability is lowered, and the number of designs (patterns) that can be expressed is lowered. As a commercially available acrylic resin emulsion (A), there is ACRONAL PS743 (manufactured by BASF, solid content 55% by weight).
[Aggregate (B) with an average particle size of 100 μm or more]
The aggregate (B) having an average particle size of 100 μm or more used in the present invention is blended for the purpose of giving unevenness to the finished surface of the jet-black water-based coating material composition, but the average particle size is 100 μm or more. For example, the particle size can be arbitrarily selected, and for example, silica sand, glass, silica, talc, ground calcium carbonate, etc. can be used. As a commercially available heavy calcium carbonate having an average particle size of 200 μm, there is K-250 (trade name, manufactured by Asahi Mineseki Co., Ltd.). The content of the aggregate (B) is 40 to 65% by weight based on the entire jet black water-based coating material composition. If it is less than 40% by weight, the design property (unevenness of the coating material) is insufficient, and if it exceeds 65% by weight, the work is performed. Sex decreases.

The amount of the filler (C) compounded is 3 to 20% by weight, preferably 5 to 12% by weight, based on the entire coating material composition. If it exceeds 20% by weight, the viscosity of the coating material increases and the coating workability becomes poor. If it is less than 3% by weight, the hiding property may decrease depending on the color tone, and if it exceeds 12% by weight, the coating workability tends to decrease at low temperatures such as in winter.
[顆粒状顔料組成物(D)]
本発明に使用する顆粒状顔料組成物(D)は、C13〜C15の分枝及び直鎖アルコールのエチレンオキシド付加物である非イオン性表面活性添加剤12〜14重量部と、カーボンブラック75〜85重量部と、スルホネート、スルフェート、ホスホネートまたはホスフェートをベースとする少なくとも1種のアニオン性表面活性添加剤と、を含有して成り、具体的には特許第4800578号に示される顔料調整物である。
