Claims (8)
- 燃料電池システムであって、
原燃料を改質して燃料ガスを生成する改質器と、
前記燃料ガスおよび酸化剤ガスを用いて発電を行う固体酸化物形の複数の燃料電池と、
を備え、
前記複数の燃料電池は、上下方向および左右方向に並べて配置されており、
前記改質器が、前記複数の燃料電池のうちいずれかと前後方向に対向する電池対向面を備え、
燃料電池組立体が組立体支持部により支持され、
前記燃料電池組立体が、
前記複数の燃料電池のうち、隣接して配置される2つ以上の燃料電池と、
前記2つ以上の燃料電池のそれぞれに接続されており、前記改質器から前記2つ以上の燃料電池に供給される前記燃料ガスが流れる燃料ガス共通供給管と、
前記2つ以上の燃料電池のそれぞれに接続されており、前記2つ以上の燃料電池から排出された負極排ガスが集められる負極排ガス共通排出管と、
前記2つ以上の燃料電池のそれぞれに接続されており、前記2つ以上の燃料電池に供給される前記酸化剤ガスが流れる酸化剤ガス共通供給管と、
前記2つ以上の燃料電池のそれぞれに接続されており、前記2つ以上の燃料電池から排出された正極排ガスが集められる正極排ガス共通排出管と、
を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記改質器の前記電池対向面が、前記複数の燃料電池が並べて配置される電池配列領域の中央部と対向することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記複数の燃料電池のそれぞれが、前記改質器の前記電池対向面と対向することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記複数の燃料電池からの排ガスに含まれる未利用の前記燃料ガスを燃焼させる排ガス燃焼部と、
内部空間に前記複数の燃料電池、前記改質器および前記排ガス燃焼部がこの順で配置されるハウジングと、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項4に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記改質器が、前記電池対向面を挟んで前記複数の燃料電池とは反対側に位置する燃焼部対向面をさらに備え、
前記排ガス燃焼部から排出されたガスが、前記燃焼部対向面に沿って蛇行する蛇行配管を通過して前記ハウジング外部へと導かれることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項5に記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記改質器が、
前記原燃料が供給される供給部と、
前記燃料ガスが送出される送出部と、
を備え、
前記蛇行配管の前記排ガス燃焼部側の端部が、前記改質器の前記供給部と前記送出部との間の中央部に位置することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記改質器の前記電池対向面が、前記複数の燃料電池のうち予め定められた配列方向に並ぶ3つ以上の燃料電池と対向し、
前記配列方向における前記改質器の一方の端部から前記原燃料が供給され、他方の端部から前記燃料ガスが送出されることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システムであって、
前記燃料ガス共通供給管および前記酸化剤ガス共通供給管のうち一方の共通供給管の長手方向に垂直な断面が矩形状であり、
前記負極排ガス共通排出管および前記正極排ガス共通排出管のうち一方の共通排出管の長手方向に垂直な断面が矩形状であり、
前記一方の共通供給管の一の側面と前記一方の共通排出管の一の側面とが熱交換可能に対向することを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
