Description

The present invention relates to a dust remover for sweeping and cleaning articles such as electric appliances and furniture.

A dust remover of this type for sweeping and cleaning articles such as electric appliances and furniture has been proposed, for example, in Patent Document 1 below. The dust remover of Patent Document 1 includes a handle member and a cleaning member detachably attached to the handle member.

The handle member includes a grip portion that is gripped by a user and a mounting portion that is a portion to which the cleaning member is attached. The mounting portion is formed in a flat plate shape. The cleaning member includes a flat bag-shaped core into which the mounting portion is inserted, and fiber bundles laminated on both side surfaces of the bag-shaped core. The bag-shaped core is formed by joining the periphery of two non-woven fabrics. Engagement notches are formed in the short side portions of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped core. The mounting portion of the handle member is formed with a locking projection that is locked to the engagement cut.

In the dust remover described in Patent Document 1, the cleaning member and the handle member are assembled by inserting the mounting portion of the handle member into the bag-shaped core of the cleaning member and engaging the engaging protrusion with the engaging cut. Attach it as a dust remover. Dust can be removed by the user of the dust remover gripping the grip portion of the handle member and wiping the surface of the dust removal target with the cleaning member. When the cleaning member contains dust and becomes dirty, the user of the dust remover can remove the cleaning member from the handle member and wash it.

However, the bag-shaped core of the cleaning member is made of non-woven fabric. For this reason, if the cleaning member is repeatedly washed, the bag-shaped core becomes weak, and the locking force between the locking projection and the engaging cut does not work. Then, the cleaning member comes off from the handle member during use of the dust remover.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a dust remover that can prevent the cleaning member from coming off from the handle member during use even if the cleaning member is repeatedly washed.

The dust remover of the present invention includes a handle member and a cleaning member, and the handle member is a grip body portion that is gripped by a user and an attachment that is a portion to which the cleaning member is attached and is formed in a flat plate shape. And a flat bag-shaped core having an insertion opening formed on at least one of both sides in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning member so that the mounting portion can be inserted and removed, and at both ends in the width direction of the bag-shaped core. A group of dust-removing fibers extended from the bag-shaped core, the bag-shaped core is provided with a pair of coated fiber surfaces facing each other in the thickness direction of the mounting portion, and the pair of coated fiber surfaces are each a large number. The fibers are arranged in the longitudinal direction which is a direction orthogonal to the width direction, and both widthwise sides of the coated fiber surfaces are sewn to each other, and sewn portions are provided on both widthwise sides, and the dust removal fiber group is A large number of fibers are used in the bag-shaped core, and the distance between the sewn portions is set to be substantially equal to the width of the attachment portion.

As in the above configuration, since the mounting portion of the handle member can be inserted into and removed from the bag-shaped core of the cleaning member, the cleaning member can be removed from the mounting portion and washed, and the bag-shaped core is made of fiber. Since the distance between the sewn portions formed on both sides in the width direction of the covered fiber surface is set to be substantially equal to the width of the mounting portion, even if the cleaning member is repeatedly washed, the mounting portion is sack-shaped. , The cleaning member is securely attached to the attachment portion by friction with the fibers.

In the dust remover of the present invention, the pair of coated fiber surfaces may have a configuration in which a band-shaped pre-planar fiber surface formed in a band shape is bent at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction.

As in the above-mentioned configuration, the bag-shaped core is formed by bending the planned fiber surface of the bag-shaped core formed in the band shape, so that one side in the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped core is closed.

In the dust remover of the present invention, a pair of the coated fiber surfaces may be displaced from each other in the longitudinal direction in the insertion/removal opening.

As in the above configuration, if the pair of coated fiber surfaces are displaced from each other in the longitudinal direction in the insertion/removal opening, the mounting portion of the handle member is provided along one of the pair of coated fiber surfaces in the insertion/removal opening. With this configuration, the attachment portion can be easily inserted into the bag-shaped core.

In the dust remover of the present invention, the dust-removing fiber group is formed in a state in which a large number of fibers constituting the bag-like core are raised at the widthwise end portions, and the dust-removing fiber group is the bag-like core. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the hair is covered so that it can be covered from both sides in the width direction.

As in the above configuration, by covering the bag-shaped core with the dust-removing fiber group, dust can be removed regardless of the posture of the dust-removing tool.

According to the present invention, even if the cleaning member is detached from the handle member and repeatedly washed, the cleaning member is securely attached to the handle member, so that the cleaning member can be prevented from coming off from the handle member during use.

Hereinafter, a dust remover according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The dust remover according to the present embodiment is used, for example, when sweeping and cleaning articles such as electric appliances and furniture, and is also called a brush or a mop.

As shown in FIG. 1, the dust remover 1 includes a handle member 2 and a cleaning member 3 made up of a large number of dust removing fibers, as shown in FIG. The handle member 2 includes a grip body portion 4 that is gripped by a user, and a mounting portion 5 that is a portion to which the cleaning member 3 is attached and that is formed in a flat rectangular plate shape that is long in the longitudinal direction of the grip body portion 4. Prepare The grip body 4 is extendable in the longitudinal direction, and the mounting portion 5 is rotatably connected to the grip body 4. An air hole 7b is formed in the grip body portion 4.

The mounting portion 5 is formed in a flat rectangular shape having a thickness t sufficiently smaller than the length L and the width B. The length L is formed sufficiently longer than the width B. The tip surface of the mounting portion 5 is formed in an arc shape. Since the front end surface is formed in an arc shape, it has a shape that can be easily inserted into the bag-shaped core 6 of the cleaning member 3 described later. The mounting portion 5 is provided with protrusions 5a protruding on both sides in the width direction.

The cleaning member 3 includes a bag-shaped core 6 and a dust-removing fiber group 7. The dust removing fiber groups 7 are provided on both sides in the width direction of the bag-shaped core 6, and are formed by extending the fibers forming the bag-shaped core 6 to both sides in the width direction.

That is, the cleaning member 3 has a flat bag-shaped core 6 in which the mounting portion 5 is insertable and removable and at least one of the longitudinal sides of the cleaning member 3 is formed with an insertion opening 8 and the both ends in the width direction of the bag-shaped core 6. The dust removal fiber group 7 is formed by extending the fibers that form the bag-shaped core 6. In the present embodiment, the insertion/extraction opening 8 is formed only on one side in the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped core 6.

The bag-shaped core 6 includes a pair of coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 facing each other in the thickness direction of the mounting portion 5. Each of the pair of coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 is formed by arranging a large number of fibers in the longitudinal direction, which is a direction orthogonal to the width direction. In addition, core forming sewn portions 22, 22 described later are provided.

As an example, the bag-shaped core 6 is manufactured in the order of (1) coated fiber surface forming step, (2) bristle aligning step, (3) bending step, (4) sewing step, and (5) brushing step. ..

The coated fiber surface forming step (1) will be described in detail. The coated fiber surface forming step is a step of forming a band-shaped coated fiber surface which becomes the bag-shaped core 6. As shown in FIG. 3, the dust-removing fibers arranged in the longitudinal direction, which is a direction orthogonal to the width direction of the mounting portion 5, are sewn into a fiber bundle group composed of a large number of fiber bundles 12, and covered. A fibrous surface is formed. A plurality of (at least three) sewn portions are formed. In this embodiment, five stitched portions are formed. That is, there are two end sewn portions 13, 13 on both sides in the width direction and three intermediate sewn portions 14 between the end sewn portions 13, 13.

The two first separation widths L1 between the intermediate sewn portions 14 are set to be equal. The second separation width L2 between the end sewing portions 13, 13 and the intermediate sewing portion 14 on the side of the end sewing portions 13, 13 is set to be slightly smaller than the first separation width L1. The end sewn portions 13 and 13 are sewn so as to divide the fiber bundle 12 in two in the longitudinal direction. That is, the end sewn portions 13, 13 are sewn so as to span the fiber bundles 12 that are adjacent in the longitudinal direction.

The hair aligning step (2) will be described in detail. The step of aligning the fluff is a step of trimming the fluff of the dust-removing fibers protruding outward in the width direction from both ends in the width direction (end sewn portions 13, 13) of the coated fiber surface to adjust the fluff. is there. The fluff is trimmed to a length capable of covering the coated fiber surface (bag-shaped core 6) from both sides in the width direction.

The bending step (3) will be described in detail. The bending step is a step of bending the coated fiber surface at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction. By the bending step, the coated fiber surface has a pair of coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 facing each other in the thickness direction of the mounting portion 5. In this bending step, the other longitudinal ends 20 and 21 of the pair of coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 are displaced in the longitudinal direction. At the other ends 20 and 21 in the longitudinal direction of the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 that are displaced, the dust-removing fibers protruding outward in the width direction from both ends in the width direction with respect to the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 are different from each other. The hair is cut shorter than the dust-removing fibers in the area.

The sewing step (4) will be described in detail. The sewing step is a step of sewing both sides in the width direction of the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 to form the bag-shaped core 6. Core forming sewn portions 22 and 22 are formed on both sides of the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 in the width direction. The core forming sewn portions 22, 22 are formed adjacent to the end sewn portions 13, 13 and outward in the width direction with respect to the end sewn portions 13, 13. The distance between the core forming sewn portions 22 and 22 and the intermediate sewn portion 14 that is closest to the core forming sewn portions 22 and 22 inward in the width direction is the first separation width L1. .. The distance between the core forming sewn portions 22, 22 is set to be substantially equal to the width of the mounting portion 5. The bag-shaped core 6 is formed by bending the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 formed in a band shape, so that one side in the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped core 6 is closed.

The raising step (5) will be described in detail. The raising process is a process of raising the dust-removing fibers protruding outward in the width direction from both side ends in the width direction of the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11. On the other hand, the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 are areas that cannot be raised because they are sewn and bundled.

In the cleaning member 3 manufactured as described above, the flat bag-shaped core 6 in which the mounting portion 5 can be inserted and removed, and the insertion/extraction opening 8 is formed in at least one of both sides in the longitudinal direction, and the bag-shaped core 6 are provided. And a fiber group 7 for dust removal formed by extending the fibers forming the bag-shaped core 6 at both ends in the width direction.

Since the mounting portion 5 of the handle member 2 can be inserted into and removed from the bag-shaped core 6 of the cleaning member 3 as in the above configuration, the cleaning member 3 can be removed from the mounting portion 5 and washed.

The bag-shaped core 6 is made of fiber, and the distance between the core forming sewn portions 22 formed on both sides in the width direction of the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 forming the bag-shaped core 6 is equal to the width of the mounting portion 5. The settings are almost equal. Thereby, even if the cleaning member 3 is repeatedly washed, when the mounting portion 5 is inserted into the bag-shaped core 6, the cleaning member 3 is securely attached to the mounting portion 5 due to friction with the fibers. Further, the cleaning member 3 is unlikely to come off the mounting portion 5 due to the friction between the fiber and the protrusion 5a.

The other longitudinal ends 20, 21 of the pair of coated fiber surfaces 10, 11 are displaced in the longitudinal direction. If the pair of coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 are displaced from each other in the longitudinal direction in the insertion/removal opening 8, the handle member 2 is attached to one of the pair of coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 in the insertion/removal opening 8. If the part 5 is arranged along the side, the attachment part 5 can be easily inserted into the bag-shaped core 6. Further, at the other longitudinal ends 20 and 21 of the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 that are displaced, the dust-removing fibers protruding outward in the width direction from both ends in the width direction with respect to the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11, The hair is cut shorter than the dust-removing fibers in other areas. For this reason, the dust-removing fibers do not interfere when the attachment portion 5 is inserted into the bag-shaped core 6.

The dust-removing fiber group 7 is made of fluff that can cover the bag-shaped core 6 in the width direction. Therefore, the dust-removing fiber group 7 can cover the bag-shaped core 6, and the dust-removing fiber group 7 can have a rectangular parallelepiped shape or a columnar shape as shown in FIG. The dust removing operation can be performed without using the entire area of the dust removing fiber group 7 (without exposing the bag-shaped core 6).

The end sewn portions 13 and 13 are sewn so as to extend over the fiber bundles 12 that are adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction. For this reason, the fiber bundles 12 are more firmly integrated, the fibers are not easily frayed, and even if the cleaning member 3 is repeatedly washed, it can withstand long-term use.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11 may be folded back in the thickness direction at the insertion/extraction opening 8 portions of the pair of coated fiber surfaces 10 and 11. With this configuration, the other longitudinal ends 20, 21 of the coated fiber surfaces 10, 11 corresponding to the insertion/extraction opening 8 can be reinforced, and the mounting portion 5 can be easily inserted using the folded portion as a guide. ..

In the above embodiment, the case where the insertion/extraction opening 8 is formed only on one side in the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped core 6 has been illustrated. However, instead of the step of bending the coated fiber surface in the middle part in the longitudinal direction, a pair of separate coated fiber surfaces to be the bag-shaped core 6 is prepared, and both are formed by the core forming sewing portions 22 and 22. It can also be integrated. In this case, the insertion/removal opening 8 is formed only on one side in the longitudinal direction of the bag-shaped core 6, and the mounting portion 5 can be inserted from any of the insertion/removal openings 8.
