Description

Claims (9)
- 操向可能なカテーテルデバイスであって、
近位部分、遠位部分、ならびに前記近位部分および前記遠位部分を少なくとも部分的に通って延在するプルワイヤ管腔を備えるシャフトと、
前記プルワイヤ管腔を通って延在し、近位端部分および遠位端部分を有するプルワイヤであって、プルワイヤの前記遠位端部分は、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分に固定される、プルワイヤと、
前記プルワイヤの前記近位端部分に動作可能に接続され、前記シャフトの前記遠位部分の湾曲を調整するために、前記プルワイヤの張力を増減させるように構成される調整機構と、
前記プルワイヤ管腔を通り、前記プルワイヤ上で同軸上に延在する、軸方向に非圧縮性であるプルワイヤスリーブと、
を備え、
前記プルワイヤスリーブは、前記シャフトの外側で、前記シャフトと並んで延在する近位端部分を備え、前記プルワイヤは、前記プルワイヤスリーブの前記近位端部分を通過して近位に延在する、
カテーテルデバイス。 - 前記プルワイヤスリーブは、閉鎖式ピッチコイルを備える、請求項1に記載のカテーテルデバイス。
- 前記プルワイヤスリーブは、前記プルワイヤ管腔内に付着していない、請求項1または2に記載のカテーテルデバイス。
- ハンドルと、前記ハンドルの遠位の場所で前記シャフトに対して固定された停止部材とをさらに備え、前記プルワイヤスリーブは、前記停止部材に固定された近位末端を有し、前記プルワイヤは、前記停止部材を通り、前記ハンドル内に近位に延在する、請求項1に記載のカテーテルデバイス。
- 前記シャフトの外側に延在する前記プルワイヤスリーブの前記近位端部分は、前記プルワイヤスリーブが最初に前記シャフトの外側に延在する第1の場所から、前記プルワイヤスリーブの近位末端の第2の場所まで測定される前記シャフトのセクションより長い、請求項1に記載のカテーテルデバイス。
- 前記プルワイヤスリーブは、前記プルワイヤ管腔の内側で前記シャフトに対して固定される遠位末端、および、前記シャフトに対して固定される近位末端を備え、前記プルワイヤスリーブは、前記遠位末端と前記近位末端との間で前記プルワイヤ管腔に付着していない、請求項1に記載のカテーテルデバイス。
- 前記プルワイヤは、前記プルワイヤスリーブを通過して、前記プルワイヤスリーブによって占有されない前記プルワイヤ管腔の遠位セクション内に遠位に延在する、請求項1または6に記載のカテーテルデバイス。
- 前記シャフトは、第1のシャフトを備え、前記カテーテルデバイスは、第2のシャフト、および、前記第2のシャフトの遠位部分の湾曲を調整するように構成される別の調整機構をさらに備え、前記第1のシャフトは、前記第2のシャフトを通って同軸上に、前記第2のシャフトを通過して遠位に延在し、それにより、前記第1のシャフトの前記遠位部分の前記湾曲が、前記第2のシャフトに対して調整され得る、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のカテーテルデバイス。
- 1つのプルワイヤだけから成る、請求項1に記載のカテーテルデバイス。
