Claims (7)
- ベルト式無段変速機を介して動力伝達する第1動力伝達経路および減速歯車機構を介して動力を伝達する第2動力伝達経路を、入力軸および出力軸との間に並列に備えるとともに、噛合クラッチを前記第2動力伝達経路内に前記減速歯車機構と直列に備える車両の、制御装置であって、
前記出力軸の回転速度変化が所定値以上であるときに前記噛合クラッチが係合過渡状態である場合は、前記噛合クラッチの係合過渡状態を中止して前記噛合クラッチを解放する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記出力軸の回転速度変化が所定値以上であるときに前記噛合クラッチが解放過渡状態である場合は、前記噛合クラッチの係合を禁止する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記出力軸の回転速度変化が所定値以上であるときに前記噛合クラッチが解放状態である場合は、前記噛合クラッチの係合を禁止する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記第1動力伝達経路を用いた走行時においては、前記噛合クラッチを解放するための解放条件として第1の解放条件が用いられる一方、
前記出力軸の回転速度変化が所定値以上であるときに前記噛合クラッチが係合状態である場合は、前記噛合クラッチの解放条件を解放し難くする側の第2の解放条件に変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、エンジンと前後進切換装置とを備え、
前記エンジンは前記ベルト式無段変速機のプライマリプーリと前記入力軸を介して連結されており、
前記前後進切換装置は、互いに噛み合う少なくとも一対のピニオンを回転可能に支持し、前記入力軸に連結されたキャリアと、ブレーキを介して非回転部材に選択的に連結されるリングギヤと、前記噛合クラッチに連結されるサンギヤとを、備え、
前記車両は、前記サンギヤと前記キャリアとを選択的に連結する第1クラッチと、前記ベルト式無段変速機のセカンダリプーリと前記出力軸との間を選択的に連結する第2クラッチとを備え、
前記第2クラッチおよび前記ブレーキの解放、前記第1クラッチの係合および前記噛合クラッチの係合によって前記第2動力伝達経路を介して発進走行の動力が伝達され、前記第2クラッチの解放、前記ブレーキの係合、前記第1クラッチの解放および前記噛合クラッチの係合によって前記第2動力伝達経路を介して後進走行の動力が伝達され、前記第2クラッチの係合、前記ブレーキの解放、前記第1クラッチの解放および前記噛合クラッチの係合によって前記第1動力伝達経路を介して所定車速より低い前進走行の動力が伝達され、前記第2クラッチの係合、前記ブレーキの解放、前記第1クラッチの解放および前記噛合クラッチの解放によって前記第1動力伝達経路を介して所定車速以上の前進走行の動力が伝達され、
前記噛合クラッチの第1の解放条件は、車速が前記所定車速以上となることであり、前記第2の解放条件は、車速が前記所定車速よりも高く設定された車速以上となることである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記噛合クラッチは、共通の軸心まわりに回転可能に設けられ、前記軸心の方向に接近して相互に噛合可能な噛合歯をそれぞれ有する一対の噛合部材と、前記一対の噛合部材の間に設けられ、前記一対の噛合部材のうちの一方の噛合部材が他方の噛合部材に向かって移動させられる過程で前記一方の噛合部材の噛合歯に当接して前記一対の噛合部材の相互の回転が同期するまで前記一方の噛合部材の他方の噛合部材側への通過を阻止する同期リングとを備え、前記同期リングにより通過が許容された前記一方の噛合部材の前記他方の噛合部材への接近行程では、前記一対の噛合部材の相対回転が許容されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記係合過渡状態は、前記一方の噛合部材が前記他方の噛合部材に向かう移動の開始時点から前記他方の噛合部材と噛み合う移動の終了時点までの状態である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両の制御装置。
