Description
モータと、
複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングによって前記モータを駆動するインバータと、
電力ラインを介して前記インバータに接続された蓄電装置と、
前記モータのトルク指令に基づく電圧の変調率および電圧位相と、前記モータの電気角の単位周期当たりのパルス数と、に基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子のPWM信号を生成して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう制御装置と、
を備える駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記モータの駆動電力の熱変換要求があるときには、前記熱変換要求がないときに比して、前記モータおよび前記インバータの合計損失が大きくなるように前記複数のスイッチング素子のPWM信号を生成する、
ことを要旨とする。
Claims (6)
- モータと、
複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングによって前記モータを駆動するインバータと、
電力ラインを介して前記インバータに接続された蓄電装置と、
前記モータのトルク指令に基づく電圧の変調率および電圧位相と、前記モータの電気角の単位周期当たりのパルス数と、に基づいて前記複数のスイッチング素子のPWM信号を生成して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう制御装置と、
を備える駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記モータの駆動電力の熱変換要求があるときには、前記熱変換要求がないときと同一の前記パルス数で、前記熱変換要求がないときに比して、前記モータおよび前記インバータの合計損失が大きくなるように前記複数のスイッチング素子のPWM信号を生成する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記熱変換要求があるときには、前記熱変換要求がないときに比して、所望の次数の高調波成分が大きくなることによって前記合計損失が大きくなるように前記複数のスイッチング素子のPWM信号を生成する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2請求項に記載の駆動装置であって、
前記モータと前記インバータと前記蓄電装置とに冷却水を循環させる冷却装置を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の昇温要求があるときに、前記熱変換要求があると判定する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の駆動装置であって、
エンジンと、
前記モータと前記インバータと前記エンジンとに冷却水を循環させる冷却装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記エンジンの暖機要求があるときに、前記熱変換要求があると判定する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の駆動装置と、
エンジンと、
第2モータと、
前記モータおよび前記蓄電装置に前記電力ラインを介して接続されると共に複数の第2スイッチング素子のスイッチングによって前記第2モータを駆動する第2インバータと、
共線図において順に並ぶ3つの回転要素に順に前記第2モータ,前記エンジン,駆動輪に連結された駆動軸が接続されたプラネタリギヤと、
前記電力ラインに取り付けられたコンデンサと、
を備え、
前記モータは、前記駆動軸に接続され、
前記制御装置は、前記インバータの前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なうと共に、前記第2インバータの前記複数の第2スイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう、
自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、前記駆動輪がスリップした後にグリップしたときに、前記熱変換要求および前記第2モータの駆動電力の第2熱変換要求があると判定し、前記熱変換要求および前記第2熱変換要求がないと判定したときに比して、前記合計損失が大きくなるように前記複数のスイッチング素子のPWM信号を生成して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なうと共に前記第2モータおよび前記第2インバータの第2合計損失が大きくなるように前記複数の第2スイッチング素子のPWM信号を生成して前記複数の第2スイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう、
自動車。 - 請求項1または2記載の駆動装置と、
エンジンと、
第2モータと、
前記モータおよび前記蓄電装置に前記電力ラインを介して接続されると共に複数の第2スイッチング素子のスイッチングによって前記第2モータを駆動する第2インバータと、
共線図において順に並ぶ3つの回転要素に順に前記第2モータ,前記エンジン,駆動輪に連結された駆動軸が接続されたプラネタリギヤと、
を備え、
前記モータは、前記駆動軸に接続され、
前記制御装置は、前記インバータの前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なうと共に、前記第2インバータの前記複数の第2スイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なう、
自動車であって、
前記制御装置は、降坂路で前記駆動軸に制動トルクの出力が要求されたときに、前記熱変換要求があると判定し、前記熱変換要求がないと判定したときに比して、前記合計損失が大きくなるように前記複数のスイッチング素子のPWM信号を生成して前記複数のスイッチング素子のスイッチングを行なうことによって前記モータを回生駆動する、
自動車。
