Description
[切断装置]
まず、実施の形態に係るソーワイヤーを備える切断装置の概要について、図1を用いて説明する。図1は、本実施の形態に係る切断装置1を示す斜視図である。
金属線10は、タングステン(W)を含む金属線である。金属線10におけるタングステンの含有率は、90wt%以上である。例えば、タングステンの含有率は、95wt%以上でもよく、99wt%以上でもよく、99.9wt%以上でもよい。
以下では、上記特徴を有する金属線10(ソーワイヤー2)の製造方法について、図7を用いて説明する。図7は、本実施の形態に係る金属線10の製造方法を示す状態遷移図である。
以上のように、本実施の形態に係る金属線10は、タングステンを含む金属線であって、金属線10におけるタングステンの含有率は、90wt%以上であり、金属線10の引張強度は、4000MPa以上であり、金属線10の弾性率は、350GPa以上450GPa以下であり、金属線10の線径φは、60μm以下であり、金属線10の線軸に直交する断面における平均結晶粒度は、0.20μm以下である。
続いて、上記の実施の形態の変形例について説明する。以下では、上記の実施の形態との相違点を中心に説明し、共通点の説明を省略又は簡略化する。
以上、本発明に係る金属線及びソーワイヤーについて、上記の実施の形態及び変形例に基づいて説明したが、本発明は、上記の実施の形態に限定されるものではない。
10 金属線
Claims (5)
- タングステンと、タングステンとは異なる1種類以上の金属との合金からなる金属線であって、
前記金属は、レニウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム又はオスミウムであり、
前記金属線におけるタングステンの含有率は、90wt%以上であり、
前記金属線における前記金属の含有率は、0.1wt%以上10wt%以下であり、
前記金属線の引張強度は、4000MPa以上であり、
前記金属線の弾性率は、350GPa以上450GPa以下であり、
前記金属線の線径は、60μm以下であり、
前記金属線の線軸に直交する断面における平均結晶粒度は、0.20μm以下である
金属線。 - カリウムがドープされたタングステンからなる金属線であって、
前記金属線におけるタングステンの含有率は、99wt%以上であり、
前記金属線におけるカリウムの含有率は、0.01wt%以下であり、
前記金属線の引張強度は、4000MPa以上であり、
前記金属線の弾性率は、350GPa以上450GPa以下であり、
前記金属線の線径は、60μm以下であり、
前記金属線の線軸に直交する断面における平均結晶粒度は、0.20μm以下である
金属線。 - 前記金属線の引張強度は、4400MPa以上である
請求項1又は2に記載の金属線。 - 前記金属線の引張強度は、5000MPaより大きい
