Description
The present invention belongs to the technique of storage and infiltration facility for rainwater and the like.
For the purpose of suppressing the outflow of rainwater and the like, rainwater storage and infiltration facilities in which unit members made of plastic or the like are arranged and filled underground and the surroundings are appropriately covered with a sheet are widespread. For this purpose, various unit members having different shapes have been proposed and used in, for example, JP-A-10-252108 and JP-A-11-222886. In each method, the unit members were arranged underground, and the surrounding area was wrapped with a water-permeable or water-impervious sheet to form a permeation / storage facility for storing rainwater or the like in the internal space.
The present inventors have proposed the methods of JP-A-2008-280775, JP-A-2010-048010, and JP-A-2010-059729 as a method for saving resources by devising the arrangement of the unit members.
The present invention is a proposal for resource saving of a rainwater storage and infiltration facility using a table-shaped unit member.
In the present invention, in a storage and infiltration facility for rainwater or the like in which a storage space is formed by arranging a table-shaped member composed of a flat plate portion and a leg portion opening in the flat plate portion underground, the table-shaped member is used as the leg portion. The pillars obtained by arranging the units combined in the opposite state in the vertical direction were arranged at the apex of four squares, and the upper part was covered with a top plate and provided in the legs of the table-shaped member and on the top plate. Concrete is poured so as to connect the holes in the vertical direction to form a concrete pillar to form a storage space constituent part, and the outermost open part of the space obtained by arranging the storage space constituent parts in the left, right, front and back is made of a wall material. It is a storage and infiltration facility for rainwater, etc., which is a closed storage space and the storage space is covered with a sheet.
In the present invention, the columns obtained by arranging the table-shaped unit members in the vertical direction of the unit in which the legs are opposed to each other are arranged at the vertices of four squares, and the upper portion thereof is covered with a top plate. Since concrete is poured so as to connect the legs and the top plate of the table-shaped member in the vertical direction to form a storage space component, the following effects are obtained.
1. 1. Since the shape of the storage space component is determined and it can be used as a unit member, the vertical and horizontal strength required for the design of the storage space is determined by determining the strength of the storage space component.
2. Great resource saving effect.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of a storage space constituting the storage and infiltration facility of the present invention.
FIG. 1a is a plan view, and FIG. 1b is a side sectional view.
As shown in FIG. 2, the table-shaped member used in the present invention is formed of a flat plate portion and one leg portion that opens into the flat plate portion. Although the flat plate portion is not shown, a hole portion is provided so that water can flow down. The legs have a circular cross section in the figure, and are tapered from the convenience of transportation and storage so that they can be stacked in a nested manner. Further, a hole is provided in the sole of the leg.
As shown in FIG. 2b, it is common to use this table-shaped member as a unit in which the legs face each other.
As shown in FIG. 3a, the units are stacked vertically and arranged at the vertices of four squares. At this time, the legs form a space that is linearly and vertically connected.
Next, as shown in FIG. 3b, the top plate is placed on the pillar formed by the unit. The top plate is provided with a hole that penetrates a place corresponding to the space formed by the table-shaped member legs so as to be connected to the vertical space formed by the legs. One connected space is formed for each pillar formed by the table-shaped member.
As shown in FIG. 3c, the space is filled with concrete to form concrete columns to form a storage space component.
In addition, each unit is filled with concrete in its legs, placed at the apex of the square, stacked in the vertical direction, the top plate is placed on top of it, and the holes provided in the top plate are filled with concrete. , It may be a method of connecting with the lower unit.
The storage space components are arranged on the front, back, left and right, and the opening on the outermost surface is closed with a wall material to form the storage space shown in FIG.
FIG. 4 shows a top plate placed on a pillar formed by the unit forming the storage space, which is also arranged as a floor plate at the bottom. At this time, it is preferable to fill the concrete so as to communicate from the floor plate to the top plate.
By doing so, the storage space can be uniformly subjected to earth pressure and water pressure applied from the horizontal direction, and the safety of the storage space is improved.
Fig. 5 shows an example of using this storage space as a rainwater outflow control facility with ancillary equipment such as a mud basin and an orifice basin in a storage tank covered with a water shield sheet and a protective sheet.
