Claims (5)
- 溶融ガラスを移送するガラス供給管の外周に設けられるフランジ部と、前記フランジ部と一体に構成される電極部と、前記フランジ部を冷却する冷却路と、を備える加熱装置において、
前記冷却路の少なくとも外面は、Ni 50.0〜95.0質量%を含む金属により構成され、
前記冷却路は、筒部と、前記筒部の外面を被覆する膜部と、を備え、前記膜部は、前記金属により構成されることを特徴とする、加熱装置。 - 前記金属は、Fe,Cr,Nb,Moのうち少なくとも一種を含む合金により構成される、請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記膜部は、蒸着膜または溶射膜である、請求項1又は2に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記筒部は、Cu 90質量%以上を含む金属により構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置。
- 溶融ガラスを移送する金属製の管本体と、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の加熱装置とを備え、前記管本体の外周に前記フランジ部が設けられてなることを特徴とする、ガラス供給管。
