Description
本発明は、電気変色素子に関する。
本出願は、2016年05月09日に出願された大韓民国特許出願第10−2016−0056310号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として組み入れるものとする。

Claims (8)
- 第1電極層;第1電極層上に設けられる第1電気変色層;第1電気変色層上に設けられる電解質層;電解質層上に設けられる第2電気変色層;及び第2電気変色層上に設けられる第2電極層を含み、
電解質層を介して互いに対向する第1電気変色層及び第2電気変色層の各々の対向面に各々設けられた第1補助電極層及び第2補助電極層を含み、
第1及び第2補助電極層は、各々金属材質で形成された電極部と、電極部を電解質層と絶縁させるための絶縁部と、を含み、
前記第1電極層及び前記第2電極層は、銀ナノワイヤ、メタルメッシュ、またはOMO(oxide metal oxide)のうちいずれか一つを含むことを特徴とする、電気変色素子。 - 第1及び第2補助電極層は、メタルメッシュまたはメタルストリップパターンで形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 第1及び第2補助電極層は、各々金属材質で形成された電極部及び前記電極部を前記電解質層と絶縁させるように平面視において前記電極部を取り囲む絶縁部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記絶縁部は、樹脂材質で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記絶縁部は、アクリレートまたはエポキシ系列の樹脂で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記絶縁部は、無機フィラーまたは無機充填材を追加して含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記絶縁部は、幅が5mm以下であり、厚さが2mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気変色素子。
- 前記電極部は、幅が3mm以下であり、厚さが1mm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気変色素子。
