Description

The present invention relates to a fitting provided with a ridge that holds the panel body to the frame body.

In the fittings installed at the opening of a building, a frame having a frame body and a ridge is used as a frame for holding the panel body. The panel body is arranged in the opening formed by the frame and is held by the frame body by the ridge. However, when the ridge made of synthetic resin comes off from the frame body due to melting, softening, deformation, etc. due to a fire, the panel body may come off from the frame body. Therefore, conventionally, a fitting for holding glass in a frame by a holding member composed of two parts, a glass holder and a glass holder, apart from the ridge is known (see Patent Document 1).

However, in the conventional fitting described in Patent Document 1, the holding member is composed of two constituent parts, and the cost of the holding member may increase. Further, when the glass is arranged in the opening of the frame, the glass receiver cannot be attached to the frame. On the other hand, when the glass receiver and the glass retainer are attached to the frame, the glass hits the glass retainer, so that the glass cannot be arranged in the opening of the frame. Therefore, it is necessary to attach only the glass receiver to the frame in advance. In that state, the glass is placed in the opening of the frame and the glass retainer is attached to the glass holder. As described above, with the conventional fittings, it takes time to attach the holding member, and it is difficult to improve the work efficiency of the attachment.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the vertical frame 7 and the holding member 60 of the present embodiment, and shows a part of the vertical frame 7 in the longitudinal direction including the mounting position of the holding member 60 without the ridge 50.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mounting member 30 has a plate-shaped cover portion 34 and a rectangular penetrating portion 35 formed at a mounting position of the holding member 60. The cover portion 34 is the bottom portion of the groove portion 32 and covers the overhanging portion 7D of the frame main body 7A. The penetrating portion 35 is formed in a part of the mounting member 30 and penetrates the mounting member 30. In the penetrating portion 35, the engaged portion 33 and the cover portion 34 on the panel body 2 side are cut off from the mounting member 30.

The holding member 60 has a mounting portion 61, a protruding portion 62, and a wrap portion 63, and is formed in an L shape when viewed from the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 7. The attachment portion 61 of the holding member 60 is a plate-shaped base portion, and is arranged on the indoor side of the panel body 2. The mounting portion 61 is arranged in the penetrating portion 35 formed in the mounting member 30, and is arranged in the overhanging portion 7D (mounting position) of the frame body 7A. Within the penetrating portion 35, the mounting portion 61 is attached to the overhanging portion 7D by a screw 70. The screw 70 is inserted into the through hole 64 formed in the mounting portion 61 and fixed to the screw hole formed in the overhanging portion 7D. The overhanging portion 7D and the mounting portion 61 are arranged on the outdoor side of the frame 9A, and are shielded by the frame 9A when the vertical frame 7 is viewed from the indoor side.

The protruding portion 62 of the holding member 60 is a plate-shaped protrusion, and protrudes inward from the outdoor end of the mounting portion 61 to the opening 3A. The ridge 50 is arranged on the inner side of the opening 3A with respect to the mounting portion 61, and is arranged on the indoor side with respect to the protruding portion 62. The wrap portion 63 of the holding member 60 is a part of the protruding portion 62 and faces the panel body 2. Here, the wrap portion 63 is a portion on the tip end side of the protruding portion 62, and is arranged adjacent to the panel body 2. When the wrap portion 63 is viewed from one side (indoor side) of the vertical frame 7 in the prospective direction, the wrap portion 63 overlaps the panel body 2 and covers a part of the panel body 2.

The wrap portion 63 of the holding member 60 is a holding portion of the holding member 60 that holds the panel body 2, and is arranged indoors with respect to the panel body 2. When the panel body 2 comes into contact with the wrap portion 63, the holding member 60 prevents the panel body 2 from moving by the wrap portion 63 and holds the panel body 2 in the frame body 7A. In the pair of vertical frames 7, the wrap portion 63 is arranged along the vertical edge portion of the panel body 2 to hold the vertical edge portion of the panel body 2.

The attachment portion 61 of the holding member 60 is arranged on the overhanging portion 7D side (outer side of the opening 3A) with respect to the ridge 50, and is provided between the ridge 50 and the overhanging portion 7D. The protruding portion 62 and the wrap portion 63 of the holding member 60 are arranged on the panel body 2 side (outdoor side) with respect to the ridge 50, and are provided between the ridge 50 and the panel body 2. The holding member 60 is covered with the ridge 50 and the mounting member 30, and is shielded by the ridge 50 and the mounting member 30 on the indoor side of the panel body 2.

The mounting position of the holding member 60 is set at at least one position (one place or a plurality of places) of the frame body 7A, and the holding member 60 is mounted at the mounting position of the frame body 7A. When the mounting positions are set at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the frame body 7A, the plurality of holding members 60 are provided at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the frame body 7A at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the frame body 7A. Further, in each of the vertical frames 7 (see FIG. 1), the holding member 60 is provided at least between the upper end portion 7F of the frame main body 7A and the vertical central portion 7G of the frame main body 7A. Here, the holding member 60 is provided in the central portion 7G of the frame main body 7A, and the panel body 2 is held by the central portion 7G.

With the panel body 2 arranged in the opening 3A, the holding member 60 and the ridge 50 are attached in order. The mounting member 30 is mounted in advance on the overhanging portion 7D of the frame body 7A. Before attaching the ridge 50 to the attachment member 30, the attachment portion 61 of the holding member 60 is attached to the overhanging portion 7D. Next, the ridge 50 is attached to the mounting member 30, and the panel body 2 is held by the ridge 50 on the frame body 7A. The wrap portion 63 of the holding member 60 does not contact the panel body 2 but faces the indoor surface of the panel body 2. A gap is formed between the wrap portion 63 and the panel body 2.

In the event of a fire, the panel body 2 will warp due to heat. Further, when the panel body 2 is warped, the panel body 2 may come into contact with the wrap portion 63 of the holding member 60. In this case, the holding member 60 holds the panel body 2 on the frame body 7A by the wrap portion 63. The panel body 2 is held between the rising portion 7C of the frame body 7A and the wrap portion 63. As a result, the panel body 2 is prevented from coming off from the frame body 7A and the frame body 3.

The first to sixth heated foaming materials 81 to 86 are heated by the heat of the fire and foam and expand in the space between the edge of the panel body 2 and the frames 5 to 7, respectively. The first to sixth heated foaming materials 81 to 86 expand toward the panel body 2 side to fill the portion between the frame bodies 5A to 7A and the panel body 2, respectively. In the space between the edge of the panel body 2 and the frames 5 to 7, the expanded first to sixth heated foaming materials 81 to 86 prevent the generation of through holes penetrating from the indoor side to the outdoor side. As a result, fire-related products (flame, smoke, heat, gas, etc.) are prevented from passing through the space between the edge of the panel body 2 and the frames 5 to 7.

Even when the ridge 40 of the upper frame 5, the ridge 50 of the vertical frame 7, and the mounting member 20 of the lower frame 6 are melted, the expanded first to sixth heated foaming materials 81 to 86 prevent the generation of through holes. Will be done. Further, when a fire breaks out on the outdoor side of the fitting 1, the second heated foaming material 82, the fourth heated foaming material 84, and the sixth heated foaming material 86 provided on the indoor side of the rising portions 5C to 7C are used. A heat insulating layer is formed. The second heated foaming material 82, the fourth heated foaming material 84, and the sixth heated foaming material 86 foam on the indoor side of the rising portions 5C to 7C, and expand from the rising portions 5C to 7C toward the indoor side. , Form a heat insulating layer. By providing the first to sixth heated foaming materials 81 to 86 in the frame body 3 in this way, the fire prevention performance of the fitting 1 is improved.

In the fitting 1 described above, the panel body 2 can be held by the frame body 7A by the holding member 60 composed of one component. Therefore, the number of constituent parts of the holding member 60 can be reduced as compared with the conventional case, and the cost of the fitting 1 can be reduced. Since the entire holding member 60 can be integrally formed, the strength of the holding member 60 can be ensured and the fire prevention performance of the fitting 1 can be improved. Further, the holding member 60 can be easily attached to the frame body 7A on the indoor side of the panel body 2. As a result, it is possible to save the trouble of attaching the holding member 60 and improve the work efficiency of the attachment.

The holding member 60 can be hidden by the ridge 50 to prevent the holding member 60 from being visually recognized. By arranging the mounting portion 61 in the penetrating portion 35 of the mounting member 30, the mounting portion 61 can be easily attached to the overhanging portion 7D and the ridge 50 can be easily attached to the mounting member 30. By arranging the overhanging portion 7D and the mounting portion 61 on the outdoor side of the frame 9A, the overhanging portion 7D and the mounting portion 61 can be protected by the frame 9A in the event of a fire, and the mounting portion 61 can be prevented from coming off from the overhanging portion 7D. It can be suppressed.

In the event of a fire, the portion between the upper end portion 7F and the central portion 7G of the frame body 7A is more likely to warp due to the influence of heat than the other portions. By providing the holding member 60 between the upper end portion 7F and the central portion 7G of the frame body 7A, the panel body 2 can be held by the frame body 7A even when the frame body 7A is warped. When the holding member 60 is provided in the central portion 7G of the frame main body 7A, the panel body 2 can be stably supported by the holding member 60 in the central portion 7G of the frame main body 7A.

FIG. 6 is a side view showing another example of the holding member 60, and shows the holding member 60 as viewed from the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 7.
As shown, here the holding member 60 has a reinforcing rib 65 formed between the mounting portion 61 and the protruding portion 62. The reinforcing rib 65 is a convex reinforcing portion that protrudes from the mounting portion 61 and the protruding portion 62, and is formed from the mounting portion 61 to the protruding portion 62. The reinforcing ribs 65 can reinforce the holding member 60 to increase the strength of the holding member 60. In this way, the holding member 60 may be provided with parts other than the mounting portion 61, the protruding portion 62, and the wrap portion 63. Further, the holding member 60 may be formed in a shape other than the L shape.

The panel body 2 is not limited to the double glazing, and may be another panel-shaped fixed body (glass plate, fixed shoji, waist panel). Further, a plurality of holding members 60 may be provided on the overhanging portion 7D of the frame main body 7A, or only one holding member 60 may be provided on the overhanging portion 7D of the frame main body 7A. The wrap portion 63 of the holding member 60 may be brought into contact with the panel body 2 in a state where the mounting portion 61 of the holding member 60 is attached to the overhanging portion 7D.

The overhanging portion 7D of the frame body 7A, the ridge 50, and the holding member 60 may be provided on the outdoor side of the panel body 2. In this case, one side of the vertical frame 7 in the prospective direction is the outdoor side, and the other side of the vertical frame 7 in the prospective direction is the indoor side.
