Claims (17)
- 外側支持リング及び内側支持リングと、
外側バンド及び内側バンドを有し、外側バンドと内側バンドとの間に延在するベーンを有する、セラミックマトリックス複合材材料からなるノズルフェアリングと、
外側支持リングと内側支持リングとの間に延在する金属製ストラットと、
を備えるノズルセグメントアセンブリであって、
前記金属製ストラットが、前記ノズルフェアリングと前記金属製ストラットとの間で荷重伝達を可能にし、
前記金属製ストラットが、ノズルフェアリングを通して延在して、ベーンを通して前記金属製ストラットが進行できるようにしており、
前記ノズルフェアリングは、前記ベーンの半径方向外側端部及び前記ベーンの半径方向内側端部においてのみ前記金属製ストラットから前記ベーンのキャビティ内面まで延在するパッドを通して前記ノズルフェアリングから前記内側支持リング及び外側支持リングのうちの少なくとも1つに軸方向荷重又は接線方向荷重の少なくとも1つを伝達するようにする構成されており、
前記内側支持リングは前記ノズルフェアリングの前記内側バンドの半径方向内向きの側部上に配置され、
前記外側支持リングは前記ノズルフェアリングの前記外側バンドの半径方向外向きの側部上に配置され、
前記ノズルフェアリングは前記外側支持リングと前記内側支持リングとの間に捕捉されている、ノズルセグメントアセンブリ。 - 前記外側支持リング及び前記内側支持リングが360度リングである、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記外側支持リング及び前記内側支持リングが、円弧状セグメントである、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記外側支持リング及び前記内側支持リングのうちの少なくとも1つが、固定構造体によって支持される、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記外側支持リング及び前記内側支持リングのうちの少なくとも1つが、固定構造体から片持ち構成で支持される、請求項4に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記外側支持リング及び前記内側支持リングのうちの少なくとも1つが、軸方向端部にて支持される、請求項4に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記金属製ストラットが、ボルト接続、滑り嵌合ピン止め接続、フック及び相欠き接続、及び一体接続を通して前記内側支持リング及び外側支持リングのうちの少なくとも1つに接続される、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記ノズルフェアリングの上方又は下方のうちの少なくとも1つである面を通して前記ノズルフェアリングから前記金属製ストラット及び前記内側及び外側支持リングのうちの少なくとも1つに荷重を伝達する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記ノズルフェアリングと、前記金属製ストラット及び前記内側及び外側支持リングのうちの少なくとも1つとの間でピン継手を通して荷重を伝達する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記金属製ストラットと、前記ノズルフェアリングの内側バンドにおける前記内側支持リングと、の間、及び、前記金属製ストラットと、前記ノズルフェアリングの外側バンドにおける前記外側支持リングと、の間に接合部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 内側バンドと外側バンドのうちの一方にてピン継手を備える、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- ノズルアセンブリを通る流路を更に備える、請求項1に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 流路が更に、ノズルフェアリングのベーンを通って延在する1以上のキャビティを含む、請求項12に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 流路が更に、ノズルフェアリングのキャビティと流体連通して前記金属製ストラットを通って延在する1以上のキャビティを含む、請求項13に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 前記金属製ストラットが、ベーンの内面上で空気を衝突させる複数の冷却孔を有する、請求項14に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- ノズルフェアリングのベーンが、流路と流体連通した複数の冷却フィルム孔を有する、請求項15に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
- 流路が更に、内側バンドと流体連通している、請求項15に記載のノズルセグメントアセンブリ。
