Description

The present invention relates to a scaffolding device, and more particularly to a scaffolding device applied as a scaffolding for work in wetlands such as sandy mud such as tidal flats and soft ground.

Conventionally, when conducting work such as natural environment surveys in wetlands such as sand mud such as tidal flats, scaffolding made of metal, synthetic resin or wooden is laid so as to extend from the land side to the work point of the wetland. However, by supporting the load from the worker with this scaffolding board, the worker can perform work such as natural environment survey in a stable state without being caught by the sand and mud of the wetland.

Such scaffolding boards are used to have rigidity that does not deform due to the load from the operator and that has an area that does not sink into the wetland due to the load from the operator. There is.

For this reason, the overall size and weight of the scaffolding board are large, and the work of bringing the scaffolding board to the site and laying it in the wetland, and the work of removing the scaffolding board from the wetland after the work is completed requires a great deal of labor and time. Will be required.

In addition, when removing the scaffolding board from the wetland, the lower surface of the scaffolding board strongly adheres to the viscous sand and mud of the wetland and is difficult to peel off, and extra labor is required to peel the scaffolding board from the sand and mud of the wetland. May be required.

In Patent Document 1, a plurality of rectangular plate-shaped blocks made of synthetic resin are connected vertically and horizontally to form a floor plate, and the floor plate is laid on a target wetland or soft ground to allow the passage of people and vehicles. The technology that made it possible is described.

By applying such a floor board to a wetland such as a tidal flat and laying it as a scaffold so as to extend from the land side to the work point of the wetland, the load from the worker can be supported by the floor board, and the work point can be supported. It is possible to carry out work such as natural environment surveys in a stable state.

Since the synthetic resin block constituting the floor plate described in Patent Document 1 has sufficient rigidity and area, it is not deformed by the load from the operator, and the load from the operator. Does not sink into the wetland. In addition, since the synthetic resin block is lightweight, it is possible to easily carry it into the wetland and lay it down, and remove it from the wetland.

However, since the structure of the connecting portion of the block is complicated, it takes time and effort to manufacture, and the cost as a product increases. Further, since a plurality of blocks are connected vertically and horizontally to form a floor plate, it takes time and labor to connect the plurality of blocks. In addition, the lower surface of the block adheres to the viscous sand and mud of the wetland and is difficult to peel off, and extra labor may be required to peel off the block from the sand and mud. Further, since the rectangular plate-shaped block is stored in a warehouse or the like as it is or transported by a vehicle, a large space is required for storing and transporting the block.

Then, in order to perform work such as a natural environment survey in a wetland such as a sand mud such as a tidal flat using the scaffolding device 1 having the above configuration, first, as shown in FIG. 8, the scaffolding body 2 is spiraled. It is carried into the site in a tubular shape, and at the site, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the spiral tubular scaffold body 2 is expanded into a rectangular shape from the land side toward the work point of the wetland 15. Lay.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, stiffeners 7 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the scaffolding body 2 at three locations on both ends and the center of the scaffolding plate group 3 on the upper surface side of the scaffolding body 2. Then, each stiffener 7 is attached to the upper surface side of the scaffolding plate group 3 via the mounting means 8 (for example, the adhesive member 9 in FIG. 5), and the scaffolding plate group 3 and each stiffener 7 are integrated. The scaffolding device 1 is laid so as to extend from the land side to the work point of the wetland 15.

If one scaffolding body 2 does not have a sufficient overall length and does not reach the work point of the wetland 15 from the land side, as shown in FIG. 9, two or more scaffolding bodies 2 are laid in a series and adjacent to each other. The scaffolding plates 4 and 4 of the scaffolding body 2 may be connected in a series by a connecting metal fitting 12 such as a clamp.

Then, when the worker moves from the land side to the work point of the wetland 15 via the scaffolding device 1, the work such as the natural environment survey can be performed at the work point of the wetland 15.

In this case, each scaffolding plate 4 of the scaffolding plate group 3 of the scaffolding main body 2 has sufficient rigidity, and the scaffolding plate group 3 composed of the plurality of scaffolding plates 4 is stiffened by the stiffener 7. Therefore, each scaffolding plate 4 does not deform and sink into the marsh 15 due to the load from the operator, and the distance between the adjacent scaffolding plates 4 and 4 of the scaffolding plate group 3 changes. There is no such thing, and the worker can continue to be supported in a stable state.

Then, after the work such as the natural environment survey is completed at the work point, the stiffener 7 is removed from the upper surface side of the scaffold body 2, and as shown in FIG. 10, the scaffold on the tip side (work point side) of the scaffold body 2 By attaching the rope 13 to the rope insertion holes 4a and 4b of the plate 4 and pulling the rope 13 to the land side, the scaffolding plate 4 on the work point side is sequentially pulled up from the wetland 15, and the entire scaffolding body 2 is pulled up from the wetland 15. And remove it to the land side.

When a plurality of scaffolding bodies 2 are connected in a series to form the scaffolding device 1, after removing the scaffolding body 2 on the work point side, the connecting metal fitting 12 is removed to connect the next scaffolding body 2 on the land side. You can remove them one by one.

In the scaffolding device 1 of the present embodiment configured as described above, the scaffolding plate group 3 in which a plurality of scaffolding plates 4 are provided so as to be parallel to each other at predetermined intervals, and the lower surface of the scaffolding plate group 3 By forming the scaffolding body 2 with a flexible sheet-like connecting member 5 integrally provided on the side, the scaffolding body 2 can be rolled into a spiral cylinder with the scaffolding plate group 3 inside. At the same time, it can be expanded into a rectangular shape from a state in which it is rolled into a spiral cylinder.

Therefore, space can be saved by rolling the scaffolding body 2 into a spiral cylinder during storage or transportation in a warehouse or the like.

Further, when laying the scaffolding device 1 in the target wetland 15, the scaffolding body 2 is brought into the site in a spiral tubular shape and rolled into a spiral tubular shape from the land side toward the work point of the wetland 15. By deploying the scaffolding body 2 in the state of being in a rectangular shape and attaching the stiffener 7 to the upper surface side of the scaffolding plate group 3 of the scaffolding body 2 via the attaching means 8, from the land side to the work point of the wetland 15. The scaffolding device 1 can be laid so as to extend.

Therefore, the labor and time required for laying the scaffolding device 1 in the target wetland 15 can be significantly reduced.

When removing the scaffolding device 1 from the target wetland 15, the stiffener 7 is removed from the upper surface side of the scaffolding plate group 3, and the scaffolding plates 4 at the tip of the scaffolding plate group 3 have rope attachment holes 4a and 4b. By attaching the rope 13 and pulling the rope 13 to the land side, the plurality of scaffolding boards 4 of the scaffolding board group 3 can be sequentially pulled up from the wetland 15 from the work point side and removed to the land side.

Therefore, the labor and time required for removing the scaffolding device 1 from the wetland 15 can be significantly reduced.

Further, a plurality of scaffolding plates 4 are provided so as to be parallel to each other at predetermined intervals to form a scaffolding plate group 3, and the scaffolding plate group 3 composed of the plurality of scaffolding plates 4 receives a load from an operator. Therefore, the load from the operator can be distributed to each scaffolding plate 4.

Therefore, each scaffolding board 4 of the scaffolding board group 3 does not adhere strongly to the sand and mud of the wetland 15 and is not difficult to peel off, and each scaffolding board 4 of the scaffolding board group 3 can be easily removed from the sand and mud of the wetland 15. It can be pulled up to the land side and removed.

Further, on the scaffolding body 2 composed of a scaffolding board group 3 composed of a plurality of scaffolding boards 4 and a connecting member 5 integrally provided on the lower surface side of the scaffolding board group 3, and on the upper surface side of the scaffolding board group 3 of the scaffolding body 2. Since it has a simple structure composed of the stiffener 7 that can be detachably attached, the manufacturing cost can be reduced and the cost as a product can be reduced.

In the above description, each scaffolding plate 4 of the scaffolding plate group 3 has a hollow or solid rectangular plate shape, but each scaffolding plate 4 is provided with an air vent hole penetrating between the upper surfaces of each scaffolding plate 4. It may be configured to more effectively prevent the lower surface side of the wall from adhering to the sand and mud of the wetland.

In the above description, the scaffolding device 1 according to the present invention is applied to work in a wetland 15 such as a tidal flat, but the scaffolding device 1 according to the present invention may be applied to work performed on soft ground.
