Description

請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1タッチラインは前記ルーティング領域で前記封止膜の側面上に配置される、請求項11に記載の表示装置。
- 第1基板の表示領域に画素を形成し、前記第1基板の非表示領域に第1〜第3接続ラインを有する接続ライン、有機パターン、及び前記表示領域を取り囲むように配置されたダムを形成する段階と、
前記第1基板を全体的に覆うように前記第1基板上に第1無機膜を形成する段階と、
前記第1無機膜上に有機膜を形成する段階と、
前記第1無機膜と前記有機膜を全体的に覆うように前記第1無機膜上に第2無機膜を形成する段階と、
前記第2無機膜上にブリッジ電極を形成する段階と、
前記第1基板を全体的に覆うように前記ブリッジ電極上に絶縁膜を形成する段階と、
前記ブリッジ電極を露出させるブリッジコンタクトホール、前記第3接続ラインを露出させるタッチコンタクトホール、前記有機パターンを露出させるオープンホール、及び前記第2接続ラインを露出させるパッドコンタクトホールを形成する段階と、
前記ブリッジ電極及び前記第2及び第3接続ラインと電気的に連結される第1タッチ電極及び第1タッチライン、並びに第2タッチ電極、並びに、前記パッドコンタクトホールを介して前記第2接続ラインに電気的に連結されるパッド電極を形成する段階とを含む、表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記ブリッジ電極を露出させる前記ブリッジコンタクトホール、前記第3接続ラインを露出させる前記タッチコンタクトホール、前記有機パターンを露出させる前記オープンホール、及び前記第2接続ラインを露出させる前記パッドコンタクトホールが同時に形成される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ブリッジコンタクトホール、前記タッチコンタクトホール、前記オープンホール、及び前記パッドコンタクトホールを形成する前記段階は、
前記第2及び第3接続ラインと前記有機パターン上に備えられる前記第1無機膜の一部を残しておき、前記タッチコンタクトホール、前記オープンホール、及び前記パッドコンタクトホール上の前記第2無機膜及び前記絶縁膜を除去する段階と、
前記ブリッジ電極を露出させるブリッジコンタクトホール、前記第3接続ラインを露出させる前記タッチコンタクトホール、前記有機パターンを露出させる前記オープンホール、及び前記第2接続ラインを露出させる前記パッドコンタクトホールを同時に形成する段階とを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
