Description
電気回路部と、
該電気回路部を冷却する冷却部と、
前記電気回路部及び前記冷却部を収容するハウジングと、
前記冷却部に冷媒を供給する冷媒導入部と、
前記冷却部から前記冷媒を排出する冷媒排出部と、を備える電気機器であって、
前記冷媒導入部及び前記冷媒排出部は、水平方向において前記電気回路部を挟んで反対側に設けられ、
前記ハウジングには、前記ハウジングの外縁よりも内側に設けられた垂直壁に接続面が前記水平方向を指向するように、他の電気機器と接続するケーブルのコネクタが接続されるコネクタ接続部が設けられ、
前記コネクタ接続部は、前記冷却部の下方であって、前記水平方向において前記電気回路部よりも前記冷媒導入部側又は前記冷媒排出部側の下方に設けられている。
図1及び図2に示す車両1は、フロアパネル2とダッシュパネル3とにより車室10とその前方のフロントルーム20とに区画形成されている。車室10には、前部座席11及び後部座席12が設けられている。後部座席12の後方におけるフロアパネル2の下方には、駆動装置ユニット30が設けられている。駆動装置ユニット30は、左右の後輪5を駆動する。つまり、この車両1は、左右の後輪5を駆動輪とし、左右の前輪4を従動輪としている。各前輪4及び各後輪5は、それぞれサスペンション支持部6に支持される不図示のサスペンションを介して車体フレーム50に支持されている。
図2〜図8に示すように、PCU32は、例えばインバータであって、電気回路部90と、電気回路部90を冷却する冷却部100と、電気回路部90及び冷却部100を収容するハウジング200と、冷却部100に冷媒を供給する冷媒導入部210と、冷却部100から冷媒を排出する冷媒排出部220と、を備える。電気回路部90には、リアクトル、コンデンサ、スイッチング素子等の電気素子が搭載される。
例えば、前述した実施形態では、冷媒導入部210の下方にコネクタ接続部230を設けたが、冷媒排出部220の下方にコネクタ接続部230を設けることも可能である。
また、本発明の電気機器は、PCU32以外の車載電気機器にも適用可能であり、非車載電気機器にも適用可能である。
該電気回路部を冷却する冷却部(冷却部100)と、
前記電気回路部及び前記冷却部を収容するハウジング(ハウジング200)と、
前記冷却部に冷媒を供給する冷媒導入部(冷媒導入部210)と、
前記冷却部から前記冷媒を排出する冷媒排出部(冷媒排出部220)と、を備える電気機器(PCU32)であって、
前記冷媒導入部及び前記冷媒排出部は、水平方向において前記電気回路部を挟んで反対側に設けられ、
前記ハウジングには、前記ハウジングの外縁(外縁201)よりも内側に、コネクタ(コネクタ)が接続されるコネクタ接続部(コネクタ接続部230)が設けられ、
前記コネクタ接続部は、前記冷却部の下方であって、前記水平方向において前記電気回路部よりも前記冷媒導入部側又は前記冷媒排出部側に設けられている、電気機器。
前記コネクタ接続部は、前記外縁よりも内側に設けられた垂直壁(垂直壁202)に、接続面(接続面231)が前記水平方向(右方向)を指向するように配置された、電気機器。
前記コネクタ接続部の上方には、ドレン通路(ドレン通路203)の出口(出口203a)と、該出口と前記コネクタ接続部との間に介在する樋部(樋部204)と、が設けられている、電気機器。
前記ハウジングには、前記コネクタ接続部を収容するコネクタ収容部(コネクタ収容部240)が設けられ、
前記コネクタ収容部の上部(上部241)は、上方に凸となる凸形状を有し、
前記コネクタ接続部と前記コネクタ収容部との間には、シール部(シール部242)が設けられている、電気機器。
前記コネクタ接続部の下方には、フェライトコア(フェライトコア84)が設けられている、電気機器。
前記電気機器は、矩形形状を有するサブフレーム(サブフレーム54)に支持され、
前記コネクタ接続部は、下面視で前記サブフレームに覆われている、電気機器。

- 電気回路部と、
該電気回路部を冷却する冷却部と、
前記電気回路部及び前記冷却部を収容するハウジングと、
前記冷却部に冷媒を供給する冷媒導入部と、
前記冷却部から前記冷媒を排出する冷媒排出部と、を備える電気機器であって、
前記冷媒導入部及び前記冷媒排出部は、水平方向において前記電気回路部を挟んで反対側に設けられ、
前記ハウジングには、前記ハウジングの外縁よりも内側に設けられた垂直壁に接続面が前記水平方向を指向するように、他の電気機器と接続するケーブルのコネクタが接続されるコネクタ接続部が設けられ、
前記コネクタ接続部は、前記冷却部の下方であって、前記水平方向において前記電気回路部よりも前記冷媒導入部側又は前記冷媒排出部側に設けられている、電気機器。 - 請求項1に記載の電気機器であって、
前記コネクタ接続部は、前記水平方向において前記冷却部の下方に位置する前記電気回路部の側方に配置された、電気機器。 - 請求項2に記載の電気機器であって、
前記コネクタ接続部の上方には、前記冷媒を前記ハウジングの外に流出させるドレン通路の出口と、該出口と前記コネクタ接続部との間に介在する樋部と、が設けられている、電気機器。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の電気機器であって、
前記ハウジングには、前記コネクタ接続部を収容するコネクタ収容部が設けられ、
前記コネクタ収容部の上部は、上方に凸となる凸形状を有し、
前記コネクタ接続部と前記コネクタ収容部との間には、シール部が設けられている、電気機器。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気機器であって、
前記コネクタ接続部の下方には、前記ケーブルに取り付けられたフェライトコアが設けられている、電気機器。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電気機器であって、
前記電気機器は、車体フレームの一部を構成し、且つ矩形形状を有するサブフレームに直接又は間接的に支持され、
前記コネクタ接続部は、下面視で前記サブフレームに覆われている、電気機器。
