Description

The present invention relates to a wiring tool capable of easily wiring or wiring by exchanging a hanging bolt for supporting a cable rack, a substantially horizontal cross rail provided on a lower floor, a grid frame, or the like.

Conventionally, a cable rack suspended from the ceiling is suspended by locking the lower ends of the hanging bolts suspended from the ceiling on both sides of the cable rack, and the hanging bolts are suspended at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction of the cable rack. There are many open spaces. In order to wire the electric wires on such a cable rack, the worker climbed onto the cable rack using a stepladder, and the worker used a tool to wire there.

In addition, a horizontal cross rail or a grid frame may be mounted on the lower floor surface, but when passing an electric wire between these floors and the grid frame, the operator puts the tip of the wire. I held it from above and crossed each frame to wire the wires.

In particular, in the case of wiring to a cable rack provided under the ceiling, the worker must climb up to the cable rack using a stepladder, and a scaffolding plate is put on the cable rack, and the worker crawls on this. Since it is moved and wired in a state of being in a state of being in a state of being in a state of being in a state of being in a state of being moved, it is a dangerous work and requires a lot of preparation and work. In addition, the work of wiring between the lower floor and the horizontal grid frame above it must also be done by crossing each frame with the worker crawling over the horizontal grid frame with the end of the wire. This is an extremely laborious task.

Therefore, a wire passing tool as shown in Patent Document 1 has been developed. It is provided with a retainer for holding a linear member such as an electric wire, a cable, or a wire, a support for supporting the retainer, and a pair of connectors for connecting the retainer to the support. A square frame is formed by these holding bodies, supports and a pair of connecting bodies, and the connecting body is a position where the holding body is connected to the supporting body by an actuating means and a connection between the supporting body and the holding body. When one of the connecting bodies is located at the position where the connection between the support and the holding body is released, at least the other connecting body connects the holding body to the supporting body. It is a wiring tool that is positioned at the position where it is operated, and uses a drive motor as the operating means.

Further, a guide rope pulling device for cable drawing of Patent Document 2 has been developed. This is a long main body, an operation rod attached to the main body so as to be orthogonal to the length direction of the main body, and one end side of each can be rotated around an axis parallel to the length direction of the operation rod. In addition, at least three swing arms attached to the main body at a predetermined pitch in the length direction of the main body, a swing arm locking means, a swing arm locking releasing means, and a swing arm urging means. , The flange is provided at the same pitch as the predetermined pitch, and the flange is attached to the other ends of the at least three swing arms in the operating position so as to be closely positioned on one side in the length direction. A long guide rod to which the guide rope is attached to the other end in the length direction, and the swing arm and the guide rod when each of the at least three swing arms is in the operating position. It is provided with a guide rod attachment / detachment means for locking and releasing the lock between the swing arm and the guide rod when the swing arm rotates around the axis from the operating position.

Japanese Patent No. 4144719

In Patent Document 1, the support is made into a long rod shape, and an operator standing on the floor holds the support and connects the electric wires while exchanging the hanging bolts or the cross rails of the cable rack under the ceiling. Can be wired on a cable rack. At that time, when you come to the hanging bolt or cross rail, open one connecting body, put the hanging bolt or cross rail inside the square frame, close the one connecting body, open the other connecting body, and open the hanging bolt or cross rail. Pass the cross rail.

Since the operator operates the drive motor to open and close all of these connections, the suspension bolts or each cross rail must be operated, which is still a laborious task.

Further, although Patent Document 2 is a device that does not require a power source, the guide rod is provided with a means for locking the guide rods at the tips of the three swing arms, each of which is provided on the main body so as to be rotatable on one side. It is a narrow guide rod attachment / detachment locking means having facing openings, and it cannot be said that the locking is reliable and strong.

In addition, each of the three swing arms must be rotated, and the swing arm through which the hanging bolt has passed must be rotated in the reverse direction and locked to the guide rods in order, which makes the movement complicated and may cause a failure. is there. Moreover, when the main body and the guide rod are positioned in the vertical direction, the opening of the guide rod attachment / detachment locking means of each swing arm may face downward, and the guide rod may come off. Have difficulty.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a wiring tool capable of wiring or wiring by exchanging a vertical suspension bolt, a horizontal small diameter cross rail, a frame, or the like, regardless of power. It is a thing.

In the invention of claim 1, two detachable small plates are provided facing each other on one flat substrate, the detachable small plates are supported by a bogie structure, and a central portion of the bogie structure support is provided. When a support rod rotatably supported is provided at the fulcrum of the substrate, a locking tool for locking one end of the strip is provided on the back surface of the substrate, and one of the detachable small plates adheres to the substrate. The other detachable plate body is supported so as to be separated from the substrate, and when the one detachable plate body adheres to the substrate, the substrate is supported by the one detachable plate body and the support. It was used as a tool for wiring.

The invention according to claim 2 is the wire-passing tool according to claim 1, wherein male and female hook-and-loop fasteners are provided on the opposing contact surfaces of the substrate and each detachable small plate body. ..

The invention according to claim 3 is the wire-passing tool according to claim 1, wherein magnets for attracting each other are provided on the opposing contact surfaces of the substrate and each detachable small plate body. ..

According to the invention of claim 1, when one of the two detachable small plates is attached to the substrate, one of the substrates of the wire passing tool is supported by the flat plate and the support. .. Therefore, even when the wire passing tool hits a bar having a small diameter such as a hanging bolt, one of the detachable small plates is peeled off from the substrate by the force of the operator pushing the wire passing tool. The rod material can slip between the substrate and the detachable small plate body. Further, when the bar material comes into contact with the other removable small plate body, the other removable small plate body is similarly peeled off from the substrate, and the bar material can pass between the substrate and the other removable small plate body. ..

Therefore, even when the wire-passing tool of the operator collides with the bar, the wire or wiring can be easily performed while exchanging the bar without any separate operation.
Since these substrates and the pair of detachable small plates are maintained in an attached state at both the vertical position and the horizontal position, these rods are maintained even if the rod material is positioned in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. The materials can be exchanged for wiring or wiring such as cables.

Further, according to the inventions of claims 2 and 3, since the surface fastener or the magnet is provided on the contact surfaces of the substrate and the detachable small plates facing each other, the substrate and the detachable small plates are surely adhered to each other. Therefore, smooth work is possible.

(Example 1 of the embodiment)
Hereinafter, the wire passing tool A of the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the wire passing tool A faces one flat plate-shaped substrate 1 and is provided with two detachable small plates 2 and 2 detachable on the substrate 1. The two detachable small plates 2 are supported by a bogie structure. Then, when one of the detachable small plates 2 adheres to the substrate 1, the other detachable small plate 2 is supported so as to be separated from the substrate 1, and the tip can be rotated to the central fulcrum of the bogie structure support 3. A support rod 4 is provided.

Further, a locking tool 7 for locking one end of the cable 6 is provided on the back side of the substrate 1. Then, in the wire-passing tool A of the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the support rod 4 is vertically arranged, and two detachable small plates supported by the bogie structure support 3 at the tip thereof. The substrate 1 to which one of the body 2 and the detachable small plate 2 is attached is supported substantially horizontally.

Further, male and female hook-and-loop fasteners 8 are provided on the contact surfaces between the substrate 1 and each of the detachable small plates 2. The bogie structure support 3 is composed of a rod body 3a provided with arms 3b protruding at substantially right angles at both ends, and the detachable plate body 2 is rotatably supported at the tip of each of the two arms 3b, and the rod body is also provided. A shaft 4a protruding from one end surface of the support rod 4 penetrates the central fulcrum portion of 3a, and the bogie structure support 3 is rotatably supported with respect to the support rod 4.

Then, using the wire passing tool A of the first embodiment, the cable 6 is placed and fixed on the ductor 13 supported by two pairs of a plurality of pairs of hanging bolts 12 from the ceiling. The line-passing work for passing the line will be described.

First, the tip of the cable 6 is attached to the locking tool 7 of the wire passing tool A. Then, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the operator B holds the support rod 4 and positions the substrate 1 and the detachable small plates 2 and 2 of the wire passing tool A above the cable rack 14 to the cable rack 14. Move on the floor along. At that time, the substrate 1 and one of the detachable small plates 2 come into contact with the hanging bolts 12 of the cable rack 14.

However, the suspension bolt 12 is pushed in between the substrate 1 and the one detachable small plate body 2 against the adhesive force of the surface fastener 8. This state is shown in FIG. At that time, due to the bogie structure of the bogie structure support 3, the bogie structure support 3 rotates about the axis 4a of the central fulcrum, and the other removable small plate 2 is pressed against the substrate 1 by the force of the hook-and-loop fastener 8. It will be in an attached state.

Then, when the worker B further pushes the support rod 4 of the wire passing tool A, the suspension bolt 12 is located between the two detachable small plates 2 as shown in FIG.

Further, when the support rod 4 is further pushed along the cable rack 14, the substrate 1 and the other detachable small plate 2 come into contact with the hanging bolt 12, but the support rod 4 is suspended between them against the force of the hook-and-loop fastener 8. When the bolt 12 is inserted, as shown in FIG. 5, the bogie structure support 3 rotates about the axis 4a of the central fulcrum, and one of the detachable small plates 2 is pressed against the substrate 1 by the force of the hook-and-loop fastener 8. At the same time, the other detachable small plate 2 is separated from the substrate 1 in the attached state.

In this way, the wire passing tool A passes through 12 suspension bolts. At that time, since one or the other detachable small plate 2 is always attached to the substrate 1, the cable 6 attached to the wire passing tool A is pulled by the wire passing tool A and passed through the cable rack 14. Be lined.

(Example 2 of the embodiment)
Next, the wire passing tool C of the second embodiment of the present invention will be described.

In this wire-passing tool C, the central fulcrum portion of the rod 3a of the bogie structural support 3 connecting the two detachable small plate bodies 2 and 2 can be rotated around a shaft 4b protruding from one end side surface of the support rod 4. It is pivotally supported. Therefore, the support rod 4 extends below the substrate 1 and the detachable small plates 2 and 2. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 8, a plurality of cross rails 16 are provided under the ceiling 15 at intervals, and when a cable 6 is passed between the ceiling 15 and the plurality of cross rails 16, the line is passed. Tool C can be used.

In this case, the operator takes the support rod 4 and goes under the cross rail 16 and presses the board 1 and the front detachable small plate 2 against the cross rail 16 against the force of the hook-and-loop fastener 8. The detachable small plate 2 is peeled off from the substrate 1, and a cross rail 16 is passed through the substrate 1 and the detachable small plate 2 with a gap between them. At that time, the substrate 1 is held because the rear detachable small plate 2 is attached to the substrate 1 by the bogie structure support 3. Then, the detachable small plate 2 at the rear can be peeled off from the substrate 1, and a cross rail 16 can be passed through the space between them. In this way, by using the wire-passing tool C, the operator can stand on the floor and wire the cable 6 between the ceiling 15 and the cross rail 16 under the ceiling 15 from below.

In addition to this, as shown in FIG. 9, in the wire passing tool C, a plurality of cross rails 18 are provided on the lower floor 17 at intervals of substantially horizontal, and the lower floor 17 and the lateral rails 18 are laterally provided. Even when the cable 6 is passed between the crosspiece 18 and the crosspiece 18, the cable 6 can be passed over the cross rail 18 using the wire passing tool C.

In the first and second embodiments described above, male and female hook-and-loop fasteners are provided on the opposing contact surfaces of the substrate 1 and the detachable small plates 2, but the present invention is not limited to this. Adhesive means, such as magnets and adhesives, may be provided. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned cable, but is used for passing a striatum such as a wire or a rope.
