Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture in which a power supply unit and a light emitting unit are provided in the instrument body, and the power supply unit and the light emitting unit are covered with a power supply area cover and a translucent cover, respectively.

In the lighting fixture, a metal fixture body is attached to the ceiling, a power supply circuit board is provided as a power supply portion on the back surface side (that is, the ceiling side) of the fixture body, and the front surface side (that is, the floor side) of the fixture body. Is known to have an LED circuit board provided as a light emitting unit (Patent Document 1). The LED chip of the LED circuit board is covered with a translucent cover. Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2012-146666

By the way, an infrared method is usually adopted as a remote control for controlling lighting from the outside of a luminaire. Therefore, in order for the remote control signal to reach the receiver mounted on the back side of the metal instrument body, it is necessary to form an opening in the instrument body and close the opening with another member having infrared light transmission. there were.

However, since the receiving unit is located at a position deep from the opening and the size of the opening itself must be limited, it may be difficult to secure the sensitivity of the remote control.

In order to solve this, it is conceivable to increase the output of the remote control, increase the number of grains, and increase the battery capacity, but these measures lead to cost increase. Further, although it is conceivable to mount the receiving unit on the LED circuit board side, there is a possibility that the receiving unit may hinder uniform light emission by the light emitting unit or the wiring may be complicated.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a luminaire capable of increasing the sensitivity of a remote control.

The luminaire of the present invention includes a power supply unit and a light emitting unit provided on the same circuit board, and a power supply area cover that covers the power supply unit, and the power supply unit is provided with a receiving unit for remote control. The power supply area cover is made transparent at the place where the receiving part is provided and is made opaque except at the place where the receiving part is provided, and the power supply part and the light emitting part are made of a building material in the main body of the fixture. The power supply area cover is covered with a milky white glove.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a luminaire capable of increasing the sensitivity of remote control.

An exploded perspective view showing a state in which the lighting fixture of the first embodiment according to the present invention is viewed from below. Cross-sectional view showing the state in which the lighting fixture of FIG. 1 is assembled. Enlarged view of part I in FIG. Sectional drawing which shows the luminaire of 2nd Embodiment which concerns on this invention.

When the instrument body 14 is attached to the ceiling 11, the cushion 13 (see also FIGS. 2 and 3) interposed between the ceiling 11 and the instrument body 14 does not cause wobbling or the like.

Further, the lighting fixture 10 includes a cover member 20 that covers the power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 of the circuit board 16, and a glove 25 that is attached to the fixture body 14.

The glove 25 is a milky white light projecting member, and is detachably attached to the glove mounting member 26 of the instrument main body 14 from below with an engaging projection 25A (using three of the six). In this state, the instrument main body 14, the circuit board 16, the power supply area cover 19, and the translucent cover 23 are covered with the glove 25.

The instrument body 14 is formed in a disk shape in a plan view, and an instrument mounting portion 14A is formed in the center. The fixture body 14 has a ring-shaped contact surface 21 that bulges toward the circuit board 16 around the fixture mounting portion 14A in which the lighting fixture side mounting member 15 provided in the center is housed.

In the first embodiment, an example in which the disk-shaped instrument body 14 is directly attached to the ceiling 11 as a construction material in a plan view will be described, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the square-shaped instrument body 14 in a plan view is described. It is applicable when using. Further, it can be applied when the engaging member is engaged with the ceiling side mounting member 12 and the appliance main body 14 is suspended by an electric wire through the engaging member. It is also applicable when the appliance main body 14 is hung from the ceiling 11 by using a chain, a wire or the like.

The ceiling-side mounting member 12 is connected to an electric wire on the back side of the ceiling 11. In the luminaire side mounting member 15, wiring with a connector (not shown) is pulled out below the fixture main body 14.

Therefore, by connecting the luminaire side mounting member 15 to the ceiling side mounting member 12 and connecting the wiring connector of the luminaire side mounting member 15 to the connector 28 (see FIG. 2) provided on the circuit board 16. The electric wire and the circuit board 16 are electrically connected to each other on the back side of the ceiling 11.

The ceiling side mounting member 12 and the lighting fixture side mounting member 15 are omitted in FIGS. 2 and 3.

As shown in FIG. 1, the circuit board 16 is formed in a substantially donut shape by opening a hollow portion 29 corresponding to the central portion of the instrument main body 14. The circuit board 16 has a back surface 16A on the instrument body 14 side and a front surface 16B on the side opposite to the instrument body 14.

A power supply region 17 and a light emitting region 18 are provided on the surface 16B. On the back surface 16A, a light emitting region back surface 16C corresponding to the light emitting region 18 is formed.

On the surface 16B of the circuit board 16, a power supply region 17 is provided on the fixture mounting portion 14A side of the fixture main body 14, and a light emitting region 18 is provided in a region far from the fixture mounting portion 14A of the fixture main body 14 (outside the power supply region 17). Is provided.

By providing the power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 on the same circuit board 16, the number of parts can be reduced. Further, since the power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 can be connected by a circuit pattern, it is not necessary to connect the power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 with a harness, and the number of parts can be reduced.

The power supply region 17 is formed on the fixture mounting portion 14A side, and the light emitting region 18 is formed away from the fixture mounting portion 14A of the fixture body 14, so that the power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 do not overlap each other in the vertical direction. A large number of electronic components 34 as power supply units 33 are mounted in the power supply region 17. The electronic component 34 includes a connector 28 and a receiving element (receiver, not shown) for remote control.

By mounting each electronic component 34 in the power supply region 17, the lead protrusion 35 of each electronic component 34 projects toward the back surface 16A side of the circuit board 16.

Further, a large number of LED chips 37 as the light emitting unit 36 are mounted in the light emitting region 18. The power supply unit 33 is connected to each LED chip 37 by a circuit pattern 38, and each LED chip 37 emits light by the electric power supplied from the power supply unit 33.

Further, of the back surface 16A of the circuit board 16, the contact surface 21 of the instrument body 14 is in contact with the back surface 16C of the light emitting region. Therefore, the contact surface 21 is in contact with a portion of the light emitting region back surface 16C corresponding to the circuit pattern of the light emitting unit 36 connecting each LED chip 37.

As a result, the heat of the circuit board 16 can be efficiently dissipated to the contact surface 21.

The power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 of the circuit board 16 are covered with a resin cover member 20. The cover member 20 includes a power supply region cover 19 that covers the power supply region 17 of the circuit board 16 and a translucent cover 23 that covers the light emitting region 18 of the circuit board 16.

That is, the power supply area cover 19 and the translucent cover 23 are integrally molded.

The translucent cover 23 has an outer collar portion 51 and an inner collar portion 52 that come into contact with the surface 16B of the circuit board 16, and a dome portion 53 that is supported by the outer collar portion 51 and the inner collar portion 52.

The dome portion 53 is supported by the outer flange portion 51 and the inner flange portion 52, and is formed in a dome shape so as to collectively cover each LED chip 37 in a non-contact manner.

The outer flange portion 51 and the inner flange portion 52 are in contact with the surface 16B of the circuit board 16.

The power supply area cover 19 includes an inclined surface 44 that is inclined downward from the inner flange portion 52 of the translucent cover 23 to form a side wall, and a cover bottom portion 45 that closes the lower end portion of the inclined surface 44. Have.

A collar 47 is arranged between the cover bottom 45 and the instrument body 14. The collar 47 is arranged outside the fixture mounting portion 14A and is formed in a cylindrical shape.

Here, the translucent cover 23 and the power supply area cover 19, that is, the cover member 20, are made of a resin material and are formed of a transparent, satin finish, and milky white color. Further, when the cover member 20 is formed in a satin finish or milky white color other than transparent, the portion corresponding to the receiving element is made transparent.

As described above, the power supply region 17 and the light emitting region 18 are provided on the surface 16B of the circuit board 16, and the receiving element (reception unit) for remote control is provided in the power supply region 17. Further, the power supply unit 33 and the light emitting unit 36 are covered with a resin cover member 20. Further, the cover member 20 is formed to be transparent, satin-finished, and milky white, and when the cover member 20 is formed to be satin-finished or milky white, the portion corresponding to the receiving element (reception unit) is made transparent.

This makes it easier for the remote control signal to reach the receiving element (reception unit), and the sensitivity of the remote control can be increased.

Further, by integrally molding the translucent cover 23 and the power supply area cover 19 with the cover member 20, the number of parts and the assembling process can be reduced. As a result, the cost of the luminaire 10 can be suppressed, and the productivity can be further increased.

As described above, the lighting fixture 10 of the first embodiment includes a fixture main body 14 supported by a ceiling 11 which is a construction material.
