Description

The present invention relates to equipment technology for culturing kelp.

Cultured kelp is softer than natural kelp and is popular in the market because it can produce high-quality soup stock that is comparable to natural kelp.

FIG. 4 shows an example of aquaculture equipment for producing aquaculture kelp. The aquaculture facility 1 includes a horizontal member 3 to be arranged in the sea 2, a vertical member 4 for supporting the end portion of the horizontal member 3, and a plurality of hanging members 6 for growing the cultured kelp K. Each upper end portion of the above is fixed to the cross member 3. The symbol S is the sea level.

Normally, a rope is used as the horizontal member 3, the vertical member 4, and the hanging member 6.

Conventionally, the following Patent Document 1 has been proposed as a technique for such aquaculture equipment.

Since it is a facility for cultivating kelp, the cross member 3 is located in the sea 2 below the sea level S. Since the cross member 3 has a long length, for example, a length of 100 to 200 m, it is preferable to arrange floating balls (not shown) at appropriate positions to maintain the horizontal posture of the cross member 3.

As shown in FIG. 5, the rope of the vertical member 4 that supports both ends of the horizontal member 3 fixes the lower end thereof to, for example, a heavy anchor block 5. More preferably, the vertical member 4 is supported by two ropes having an inverted V shape. This is to stabilize the horizontal member 3 by suppressing the movement of the vertical member 4 due to the ocean current. A member for binding / engaging the rope to be the vertical member 4, for example, an engaging hook (not shown) or the like is arranged at an appropriate position (for example, the upper surface) of the anchor block 5, and the engaging hook or the like is used. The rope that will be the vertical member 4 is engaged.

In the hanging material 6, kelp seedlings are usually arranged at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction. Alternatively, a means (for example, a fiber material with voids, a net material, etc.) for capturing kelp seedlings (zoospores; male gametophytes / female gametophytes) in the sea is provided.

Further, the upper end portion of the hanging member 6 is previously tied (tied) to the rope which is the cross member 3 and fixed.

Cultured kelp K reaches the harvest time in about two years. At the time of harvesting, the ship is taken out early in the morning, the horizontal member 3 bound to the vertical member 4 is removed, and the horizontal member 3 is collected.

As a result, the hanging material 6 connected to the cross member 3 and the cultured kelp K adhering to the hanging material 6 are recovered.

The problem is that a large amount of labor is required when harvesting cultured kelp.

First, the horizontal member 3 is removed from the vertical member 4, collected on a ship together with the hanging member 6 / cultured kelp K, and transported to a dry place (kanba). The horizontal member 3 usually has a length exceeding 100 m. Therefore, careful work and skill are required to recover the cultured kelp so that it will not be damaged.

Next, kelp must be exposed to a dry place (kanba) immediately after harvesting and dried in the sun, otherwise the quality will deteriorate and the commercial value (market price) will decrease.

For this reason, it is necessary to deploy the cross member 3 / hanging material 6 carried to the dry place as soon as possible and expose all the cultured kelp K to the sun to increase the commercial value. The quality of kelp depends on the presence or absence of wind, and it is necessary to avoid rainy weather, so it is necessary to work at once from early morning when the climatic conditions are good. The hanging material 6 connected to the long cross member 3 over 100 m and the cultured kelp K attached to the hanging material 6 are quickly carried to the drying place, and the cultured kelp K is neatly aligned and dried in the sun. The work, of course, requires a lot of personnel. If the weather conditions are not favorable, recovery / drying work cannot be performed, which often increases human costs.

On the other hand, the number of fishermen involved in kelp farming is aging and the number is decreasing, so it is becoming increasingly difficult to secure the necessary personnel for the collection / drying work of kelp farming. There is.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to enable quick and efficient recovery / drying work of cultured kelp K even with a small number of personnel.

In order to achieve the above object, the kelp cultivation facility according to the present invention includes a horizontal member to be arranged in the sea, a vertical member to support the end portion of the horizontal member, and a plurality of hanging materials for growing kelp. As a technical premise of a kelp cultivation facility for fixing each upper end of the hanging member to the cross member, either a buckle or an engaging tongue is arranged on the cross member, and the upper end of the hanging member is provided with either a buckle or an engaging tongue. , Either an engaging tongue or a buckle is arranged, and the hanging member is fixed to the cross member at an appropriate interval by engaging the buckle and the engaging tongue (claim 1).

The culture equipment according to the present invention fixes a hanging material for growing cultured kelp to a cross member via a buckle and an engaging tongue.

By using the buckle and the engaging tongue, not only the hanging member can be easily fixed to the cross member, but also the hanging member can be easily removed.

Unlike the conventional aquaculture equipment that binds the hanging material / horizontal material that is a rope, the hanging material can be removed individually and the cultured kelp can be collected, so even a small number of people can quickly increase the amount that can be worked. It can be collected and dried and developed (dry alignment) in a short time in a dry place.

The buckle may include a release button or a release lever, and the engagement tongue restrained by the buckle may be released by pressing the release button or lifting the release lever.

There are several types of buckles that can easily attach / disengage the engaging tongue, but one of the easily available buckles disengages the engaging tongue by pressing the release button. This is the type of buckle mainly used for automobile seat belts. In addition, there is a device that disengages the engaging tongue by lifting the disengaging lever. This is the type of buckle mainly used for passenger aircraft seat belts.

In addition to these, there are buckles that can easily attach / disengage the engaging tongue, and any type of buckle can be used, but the one that is currently mass-produced and can keep costs down is the release button / release lever. It is preferable to use a buckle provided.

The buckle may be a one-touch buckle with a release button used as a vehicle seatbelt device (claim 3).

Buckles / engaging tongues used for seat belts of vehicles (automobiles, etc.) not only have high load resistance, but are also almost unaffected by salt damage. According to the experiment, even if the buckle / engaging tongue used for the seat belt of the automobile was submerged in the sea for about a year, there was no rust, and there was no problem in disengaging with the release button. This is because automobile parts are manufactured by eliminating the adverse effects of salt damage as much as possible, and metal plating also has a sufficient thickness.

The hanging material may be a flexible rope material or belt material (claim 4).

Since the buckle / engaging tongue of the seat belt may be used in the present invention, it is desirable to use the belt material bonded to them as it is as a hanging material for kelp cultivation. Of course, a conventionally used rope material may be used.

According to the kelp farming equipment according to the present invention, the kelp farming equipment can be quickly and efficiently recovered / dried even with a small number of personnel.

It is a figure which illustrates the cross member and the hanging material of the aquaculture facility which concerns on this invention. It is an enlarged view which shows the buckle and the engaging tongue shown in FIG. It is a figure which illustrates the structure which moves up and down of the cross member shown in FIG. It is a figure which shows the conventional aquaculture equipment. It is a figure which illustrates the specific structure of the vertical member shown in FIG.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a kelp aquaculture facility according to the present invention. The aquaculture facility 10 includes a cross member 11 arranged in the sea (below the sea surface) and a hanging member 16 fixed to the cross member 11 at an appropriate interval, as in the conventional facility.

Further, both ends of the cross member 11 are fixed to an appropriate vertical member (not shown) as in the conventional equipment. As the vertical member, an anchor block (not shown) or the like is used to prevent the vertical member from flowing. As the cross member 11 and the vertical member, for example, it is preferable to use a rope (for example, a resin rope) that can flexibly respond to the movement of seawater.

The upper end of the hanging member 16 is fixed to the cross member 11 via the buckle 21 and the engaging tongue 25.

In this embodiment, the buckle 21 is fixed to the cross member 11, the engaging tongue 25 is fixed to the upper end of the hanging member 16, and the hanging member 16 is engaged / disengaged by the buckle 21 and the engaging tongue 25. Is detachably fixedly arranged on the cross member 11.

The positional relationship between the buckle 21 and the engaging tongue 25 may be reversed. This is because even if the engaging tongue 25 is fixed to the cross member 11 and fixed to the buckle 21 at the upper end of the hanging member 16, the workability of engaging / disengaging is substantially the same.

As the buckle 21 and the engaging tongue 25, for example, those generally used as seat belts for automobiles can be used. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the seat belt of an automobile is provided with an easy-to-operate release button 22, and the engaged state of the engaging tongue 25 can be easily released by pressing the release button 22. In addition, since it is plated with a sufficient wall thickness, it has the advantage of not causing problems due to rust even when immersed in the sea for a long period of time.

Reference numeral 23 denotes an outlet for the engaging tongue 25. When the tip of the engaging tongue 25 (the tip of the tongue plate) is inserted into the insertion port 23, the latch mechanism inside the buckle 21 enters the tip hole 26 of the engaging tongue 25 and restrains the engaging tongue 25. To do.

The shape of the engaging tongue 25, the shape of the buckle 21, and the position of the release button 22 are not limited to those illustrated in FIG. For example, there is a type in which a release button 22 is provided near a portion (side surface of the buckle case) in the longitudinal direction of the insertion port 23 having a substantially rectangular shape, but for ease of operation and function, the release button 22 is provided on the upper surface of the buckle case. It is the same as the type provided.

When using an automobile seat belt, belt materials 24 and 28 are fixed to the buckle 21 and the engaging tongue 25. Therefore, the belt materials 24 and 28 may be used as they are as the hanging material 16.

In this embodiment, since the buckle 21 is fixed to the cross member 11, the buckle 21 can be fixed via the belt member 24 fixed to the buckle 21. For example, the belt material 24 is made into an annular shape (ring shape) and wound around the cross member 11, and the annular belt material 24 is fixed to the cross member 11 via an appropriate fixing metal fitting (screw, screw material, etc.). .. On the other hand, the belt material 28 fixed to the engaging tongue 25 can be hung downward as it is and used as the hanging material 16.

Since the surface of the belt materials 24 and 28 used for the seat belt is smooth, it is difficult for kelp seedlings (zoospores; male gametophytes / female gametophytes) floating in the sea to adhere to them. Therefore, preferably, a member (for example, a seedling net) on which kelp seedlings are arranged in advance is fixed to the belt material 28, or a wound 29 to which kelp seedlings easily adhere is provided at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction. Provide.

The scratch hole 29 has a size of, for example, about 3 to 6 cm above and below, and is formed by scratching the belt material 28 and opening the belt material 28 to the extent that seawater can flow while exposing the resin fibers. If such scratches 29 are provided at appropriate intervals, the artificial seeding work of kelp seedlings becomes easy. In addition, kelp seedlings (zoospores; male gametophytes / female gametophytes) in the sea easily adhere to resin fibers, and grow kelp by gaining a growth foothold in the same way as kelp growing in rocky areas (so-called natural kelp). Can be made to. The wound 29 may be large enough for kelp seedlings to grow. It is desirable to set the size appropriately according to the sea environment (seawater temperature, type of kelp) to be cultivated.

Therefore, according to such a configuration, when collecting the grown cultured kelp, the buckle 21 and the engaging tongue 25 are separated, so that each of the hanging members 16 (28) is individually separated from the cross member 11. Can be separated and collected.

Compared with the conventional work in which all the hanging members 16 and the cross members 11 are collected at once, the collection work is much easier, and only the required amount can be collected with a small number of personnel. Flexible work is also possible depending on the weather and working hours.

In addition, when the cultured kelp is deployed in the dry field, the amount of dried kelp that can be worked is sufficient, so that the work can be performed quickly even with a small number of personnel. If the kelp is dried in the sun immediately after collection, the quality of the cultured kelp will not deteriorate, so that the commercial value can always be maintained high.

Since the cross member 11 does not need to be collected and may be fixed to the vertical member (not shown) supporting both ends thereof, the work of attaching the newly attached hanging member 16 becomes easy. Of course, the cross member 11 may be replaced with a new one after all the hanging members 16 have been collected. The buckle 21 / engaging tongue 25 can also be reused.

In this embodiment, it is explained that a wound 29 is provided in the belt material 28 (hanging material 16), and a zoospore (male gametophyte / female gametophyte) in the sea is attached to the fiber of the wound 29 to grow kelp. However, as in the conventional case, the yield is more stable when the hanging material 16 is seeded with kelp seedlings in advance and then arranged in the sea. Both are feasible.

As shown in FIG. 3, it is desirable that the cross member 11 is attached by an appropriate method, for example, via a tubular member (sliding member) 32 capable of moving the vertical member 31 up and down.

This is because the cross member 11 can be repositioned from the vicinity of the sea surface S to a deeper position as needed by attaching the vertical member 31 via the tubular member 32 that can move up and down. .. Reference numeral 35 denotes a locking device for fixing the tubular member (sliding member) 32 in the vicinity of the sea surface S, and P is a floating ball for supporting the vertical member 31 and the horizontal member 11.

When the sea is rough due to the weather, if there is a cross member 11 / hanging member 16 near the sea surface S, the cultured kelp may be damaged, so move the cross member 11 / hanging member 16 to a deeper position. It is desirable to prevent quality deterioration.

When lowering the cross member 11 deeply, the locking device 35 and the tubular member (sliding member) 32 may be disengaged and naturally settled. More preferably, for example, a positioning rope (not shown) anchored to the tubular material (sliding material) 32 or the cross member 11 is used to stop the sedimentation of the cross member 11 at an appropriate depth, and the positioning rope is appropriately located. For example, it is fixed to the lock device 35 to maintain the depth of the cross member 11. After the weather improves, the positioning rope may be pulled up to return the cross member 11 to the vicinity of the sea level S. When pulling up the positioning rope, human power may be used, or a hoisting machine such as an electric winch may be used.

The horizontal member 11 and the vertical member 31 are not limited to the rope material, and a non-flexible bar / pipe material may be used.

The hanging material 16 is not limited to the belt material (belt material), but may be a rope material.

The mechanism for moving the cross member 11 up and down can be appropriately selected. An electric device such as a motor may be used. The lock device 35 is not limited to the one having a latch mechanism, and may have a simple structure such as an engaging hook, a clasp, and a restraint band. This is because it is sufficient if the cross member 11 can be locked as a function. It is not necessary to use a member such as a tubular material (sliding material) 32 in order to settle the cross member 11 in bad weather. This is because if there is a means (positioning rope or the like) for pulling up the settled cross member 11, the cross member 11 bound (tied) to the vertical member 31 may be unbound and naturally settled. The aquaculture facility according to the present invention can also be used for wakame seaweed cultivation.
