Description
少なくともワークピース支持部に面した側で、好ましくは、長手方向に互いに対向して位置する2つの端部材の上で支持され、ワークピース支持部に対して移動できるように、好ましくはブリッジの長手方向の延長線に直角に支持されるブリッジの、本発明の更なる特徴が提供される。
Claims (8)
- 案内システムによって、2つの軸に沿ってワークピース支持部(W)を横切るように案内され得るレーザ切断ヘッド(K)と、
実質的に直線で箱型の異形材(1)の形態で構成されたブリッジ(B)であって、当該ブリッジ(B)に沿って前記レーザ切断ヘッド(K)を搬送する切断キャリッジ(3)のための少なくとも1つの案内手段(2)を有する、ブリッジ(B)と、
前記切断キャリッジ(3)及び/又は前記レーザ切断ヘッド(K)に、電源及びレーザ源並びに/又は評価ユニット及び制御ユニットを接続するケーブルドラグ(4)と、
を備える、レーザ切断機であって、
前記異形材(1)は、垂直対称面(VSE)に関して互いに反対側に位置する第1の側面(10)および第2の側面(11)を有し、第1および第2の側面(10、11)が互いにゼロ以外で180°未満の角度(α)を成し、加工領域の方向に開いて、少なくとも当該異形材(1)の高さの一部にわたっており、
前記垂直対称面(VSE)に対して前記切断キャリッジ(3)又は前記レーザ切断ヘッド(K)から離れる方を向く前記第2の側面(11)が、前記垂直対称面(VSE)に対して10°〜60°の角度(γ)を成し、
さらに前記ブリッジ(B)は、
前記加工領域により近く位置するセクションの前記第2の側面(11)上に、傾斜セクション上に実質的に垂直に延びる上側面を備える突起部(12)であって、前記ブリッジ(B)の長手方向に延びる前記ケーブルドラグ(4)のセクションの下部経路を上側面で支持する突起部(12)を提供し、
前記ケーブルドラグ(4)の一方の側面が、前記第2の側面(11)に近接し、対向する、
レーザ切断機。 - 請求項1に記載のレーザ切断機であって、少なくとも前記切断キャリッジ(3)又は前記レーザ切断ヘッド(K)に向き合う前記異形材(1)の前記第1の側面(10)は、前記垂直対称面(VSE)に対して10°〜60°の角度(β)を成すことを特徴とするレーザ切断機。
- 請求項1または2に記載のレーザ切断機であって、垂直対称面(VSE)に対して傾斜した側面の高さにわたって離隔された少なくとも2つの案内手段(2)が、前記レーザ切断ヘッド(K)を搬送する前記切断キャリッジ(3)のために提供され、前記レーザ切断ヘッド(K)側の外側境界面(FB)を画定し、前記外側境界面(FB)は前記垂直対称面(VSE)に対して10°〜60°の角度(β)を成すことを特徴とするレーザ切断機。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ切断機であって、前記ワークピース支持部(W)に面した前記異形材(1)の側面(13)は、前記異形材(1)の幅の、又は2つの力伝達位置の間での支持距離(a)の30%より長く横断し、実質的に平坦で前記ワークピース支持部(W)に平行であることを特徴とするレーザ切断機。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ切断機であって、前記異形材(1)は、面取りをした金属シートで作られ、前記金属シートは互いに接続された中空の異形材の形態で、少なくとも1本の内部クロスバー(14)を備えることを特徴とするレーザ切断機。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ切断機であって、前記ブリッジ(B)は、少なくとも前記ワークピース支持部(W)に面した側面で、長手方向において互いに対向して位置する2つの端部材(7)上に支持され、前記ワークピース支持部(W)に対して移動できるように、前記ブリッジ(B)の長手方向の延長線に直交して支持されることを特徴とするレーザ切断機。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ切断機であって、前記ブリッジ(B)の支持部及び/又は、前記ワークピース支持部(W)に対して移動するための前記ブリッジ(B)の案内手段が、前記ブリッジの重心の下方に配置されることを特徴とするレーザ切断機。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のレーザ切断機であって、前記ブリッジ(B)から前記ブリッジ(B)の支持構造への少なくとも各力の伝達位置は、境界面(FB、11)の延長線と前記支持構造(6)の上縁部との交点から、+/−100mmの範囲に位置することを特徴とするレーザ切断機。
