Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの第1電磁鋼板(4)および1つの第2電磁鋼板(5、500)がそれらの平面側(41、51)で互いに押し合わされ、電磁鋼板積層(6)に素材結合的に結合され、その電磁鋼板積層(6)は次の段階でコイル(7)に巻き取られ、
その平面側(41、51)の少なくとも1つの上に第1の熱活性化可能なエナメル接着塗装が塗着された第1電磁鋼板(4)が提供され、
前記第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)が前記第1電磁鋼板(4)で熱活性化され、その後、前記電磁鋼板(4、5、500)がそれらの平面側(41、51)で、活性化された前記第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)とこの平面側(41、51)間で互いに押し合わせられ、
前記第2電磁鋼板(5、500)が前記第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)の活性化温度を下回る温度で前記第1電磁鋼板(4)にこの押し合わせのために供給されることを特徴とするコイルに巻き取られる電磁鋼板積層体を製造するための鋼板通過プロセス。 - 特に10〜75℃の環境温度を有する前記第2電磁鋼板(5、500)が押し合わせに供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記第1電磁鋼板(4)が少なくとも前記第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)の活性化温度に加熱され押し合わせに供給されることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記第1電磁鋼板(4)の前記第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)が150〜200℃に加熱されそれによって熱活性化されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記第2電磁鋼板(5、500)が第2の熱活性化可能なエナメル接着塗装によって塗装された平面側(52)とともに提供され、前記電磁鋼板(4、5、500)の押し合わせの際に第2エナメル接着塗装層(11)が前記第1電磁鋼板(4)の活性化された前記第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)を有する前記平面側(42)とは反対側にある前記第2電磁鋼板(5、500)の平面側(52)にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)が前記第2電磁鋼板(5、500)の前記接着剤が塗布されていない平面側(51)に押し付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記第2電磁鋼板(5、500)の前記平面側(51)が化学的に前処理され、前記活性化された第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)が前記第2電磁鋼板(5、500)のこの前処理された平面側(51)に押し付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記第2電磁鋼板(500)が前記第1電磁鋼板(4)に向けられた前記平面側(51)の上に同様に前記第1エナメル接着塗装層(10)の温度で熱活性化されるエナメル接着塗装層(9)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記第2電磁鋼板(500)の前記エナメル接着塗装層(9)がその前記第1電磁鋼板(4)に向けられた前記平面側(51)の上に押し合わせの間に熱活性化されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記エナメル接着塗装層(9、10)に前記電磁鋼板(4、500)の互いに向き合った平面側(41、51)の上に粒子径1〜5μmの充填剤が加えられることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- 前記電磁鋼板(4、5、500)の上にそれらの押し合わせの際に少なくとも17N/cmの圧力荷重が作用することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
- エナメル接着塗装として焼成エナメルが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の鋼板通過プロセス。
