本発明の低分子化プロテオグリカンは、優れたチロシナーゼ阻害活性を有し、しかも、青森県などの郷土料理としてよく知られている「氷頭なます」をヒントに工業原料として実用化されたプロテオグリカンから酵素分解により得られる物質であるため、安心感の昂揚や積極的使用に貢献できるものである。従って、低分子化プロテオグリカンを有効成分とするチロシナーゼ活性阻害剤は、医薬品、化粧品あるいは食品褐変防止剤の分野で広く利用することが可能である。
The low-molecular-weight proteoglycan of the present invention has excellent tyrosinase inhibitory activity, and is derived from proteoglycan that has been put into practical use as an industrial raw material with the hint of "Hito-Namasu", which is well known as a local dish in Aomori Prefecture.
