Claims (4)
- 原料小豆を水浸漬する工程と、前記水浸漬した原料小豆を蒸し器にて蒸す工程と、前記蒸し工程後に小豆を乾燥する工程と、前記乾燥工程後に小豆を所定粒度に粉砕する工程を含むことを特徴とする乾燥あんの製法。
- 前記粉砕工程が気流粉砕機によってなされる請求項1に記載の乾燥あんの製法。
- 前記乾燥あんの粒径が70〜100μで粉砕されている請求項1又は2に記載の乾燥あんの製法。
- 前記粉砕工程後に篩別工程を有する請求項1ないし3のいずれか記載の乾燥あんの製法。
